How do i get around having to put my credit card details into itunes?

When trying to set up an itunes account it requests credit card details. This is an issue as we have 50 ipads at a our work place. Does anyone know a work around or am I missing simple tick box?

Well I assume that my details are stored in the phone (just bought my first app) & that being the case do I need some kind of Ani-Virus protection installed ?
BTW it was Action Cam from the Nokia store and it seems to do the job quite well, but like any app that has the camera running for quite a while I guess it will drain the battery quite quick (time will tell)
I do have a charger that plugs into the car's cigar lighter but it all looks a bit messy with the lead snaking up to the top of the dash. ................. any thoughts/recommendations on this ?

it asks me to review the account before i can download a free app,
i review it... but it leads me to the account setting... which gives me only 2 options visa, or mastercard,
i think there used to be a none option... but its not there anymore,

So you are trying to change the account from India to the Uk right...? Cause it wont accept UK card if you're trying to keep it for India...
