i had broken my previous ipod, so i went to get a new one, and they told me that i would be able to get them from itunes free, but when i go back it continues to ask for billing info.

You buy one and only one download.
It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
Certainly you did not update your ipod without making sure that you had transferred anything purchased on the ipod to your computer and included it in your regular backup copy of your computer.

First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

HT1725 I purchased a album of various artist, however some of the songs did not download, an error message saying something about not having proper information to download??? any thoughts on how I get the songs I paid for but did not download?

After purchasing a album of TV Theme songs, during the download some of the themes would not load, an error message came up saying to the effect I did not have the correct info to download. Does anyone know about this issue & any thoughts on how I aquire the themes I paid for? The themes that did not load still show up in the music list but are greyed out & have an "!" exclamation mark beside the number of the item in the list.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

How can I put the songs that are on my Iphone back on Itunes (I accidentally deleted them from my Itunes in my computer)

I accidentally deleted all the songs that were on my Itunes on my computer. I am afraid to sync my phone for fear of loosing them. How do I get them back on Itunes? Note: I cannot find them anywhere else on my computer either.

Why do I get the message "Firebox already running but not responding"? I have to then restart the computer to get on the internet again.

I go on the internet, the web site works, but then maybe when I try to go to another web site I get a message saying that Firefox is already running, but not responding and I need to close it or restart my computer. I do not know where to go to close that site so have to restart the computer!

Most likely your phone was previously hacked to carrier unlock. When you restored your phone, the hack was removed and it re-locked to its original carrier. It will now activate and operate only with that carrier.

How can I stop from getting the "Firefox is already running" error message when trying to open links and FF has already been opened through a symbolic link?

I use symbolic links and program shortcuts as a way to easily open different Firefox profiles ie. one for casual/personal use and another for work. This works well, but I get the "Firefox is already running, but is not responding" error message if I try to open external links with FF as my default browser. FF is actually open and running fine, but I guess it doesn't acknowledge this fact because of how I'm originally starting the process.
I wasn't able to add the symbolically linked executables to the default program pane. Is there a way to bypass this error or other way to fix this?

I need to find out how to save all the songs on my iTunes when i completely restore/reboot my computer. Is there anyway to do it or do I have to reload every song back onto my iTunes library. Thakn You.

You copy them from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
The iphone is not a backup/storage device.

I've heard that on Itunes you get the song of the week free. If this is true, how do I redeem this song?

A free Song of the Week is also available in the UK, Canadian, and French iTMS. There could be others as well (I haven't taken the time to check them all), but present not all iTunes Music Stores have free tracks (presumably because Apple has as yet been unable to make appropriate arrangements with the record companies in those countries).
Linda, you do need to have a valid account in one of the iTMS that does offer the free tracks. To create such an account (if you don't have one already), you'll need a credit card with a billing address in that country or a gift certificate or prepaid card purchased in that country and a mailing address in the country.
