How do I install Photoshop 13 having gotten as far as product registration. I can see the serial no when i click on the product description but have no 'link' to download.

I have done everything from the product card , entered the sr.no. on the card got the key no. and can see it on my products screen and when i click on photoshop elements 13 it shows the correct key no. but i then have no link to the download.
Any suggestions where to go from here i what i need to do next...

How to I stop safari from automatically resizing the bookmark bar when I click on the search bar?

there is probably an eloquent way to ask this but I don't even know what the feature is called.
Here is what it's doing:
I'm using safari in landscape mode on my iPad.
I click on the search bar and then the bookmarks come up below.
It takes a second to automatically resize to a size that make no sense, usually cutting off bookmark titles...and the delay of it resizes drives me nuts.
Safari did not used to do this until I guess ios 8. Any ideas how to stop this annoying "feature"??

Try deleting the Cache.db...
Quit Safari.
Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Relaunch Safari ...
You may want to try the Safari Reading List as an alternative to tabs.
Click the eyeglass icon just to the left of the Bookmarks icon top left side of the Safari window.
Drag the url to the window or click Add Page

Having trouble editing bookmarks because FF won't tell me where they are when I click on the yellow star.

The yellow star works fine for storing new bookmarks, but if the bookmark already exists, I get only the small "edit bookmark" box, and not the full box that shows where it is and lets me edit it. My bookmarks are all organized into folders, and sometimes I can't remember where that bookmark is stored. Any ideas why I should have such a problem?

Sorry, Firefox doesn't have a "locator" for bookmarks that will tell you exactly which sub-folder a bookmark is located in. IMO, a major lack of usability, but the problem has existed forever and I got used to it.
But there are two add-ons available for a feature like that.

Without installing an add-on this is what I do. 
{ Ctrl + B } to open the Bookmarks sidebar. Use the ''Search'' at the top to find that bookmark, then right-click and select Properties.

You might want to consider using a simpler home page, ideally one that is on your local drive, so you know Firefox is working even if you don't have a connection.
But your choice is much better than choosing a home page that just interfaces with a search site, when there is a builtin toolbar that can bring up any search that you care to add an engine for.

I continuously get a Firefox pop-up saying that there are missing plug-ins. This seems to be the Adobe Flash Player and the installation fails when I click on the button. I've installed it manually but Firefox still gives the pop-up. Very frustrating.

You most likely have the menu bar visible instead of the Firefox button, [[Display the Firefox button menu instead of the menu toolbar]]

Problem: How to achieve SUBMIT for the current page when I click other tab?
Description: I have a two-page application and each page associates with a tab. Say page1 associates tab1 and page2 associates tab2. In each page, I have a submit button, a after submit process associated to the submit button, and a tabular form. For page1, I fill out the fields and hit the button. The page1 will appear again and I can see the data I have insert. However, If I fill out the fields and click the tab2 (page 2) instead. when I come back to page1, the data I filled out are all gone. Is there any way in HTML DB to force the submit in the current page after you click other page. If use JavaScript, what is code looks like.

just for clarity, if I understood correctly what you said there are two possibilities:
1) keep the standard tab branch and give up the possibility of validating page items. Below you can find an example of such cases.
2) Replace the template substitution string and perform a "custom" button-like submit also adding a branch to the main page associated with the tab. Page items will be validated if the branch firing point is set after the validations.
I couldn't find an example of the latter, but I found easily an example of the former:
it's the "Report attributes", page 420 of app 4000.
If you enter 'aaa' in the "Number of rows" form field and then you press "apply changes", htmldb correctly displays an inline error message saying that the value must be numeric. On the contrary, if you click on the "Region Definition" tab, htmldb takes you to a page showing an oracle exception:
ORA-20001: Error in DML: p_rowid=4785927011172906402, p_alt_rowid=ID, p_rowid2=, p_alt_rowid2=. ORA-20001: Invalid numeric value aaa for column PLUG_QUERY_NUM_ROWS

How do I install Photoshop Elements 10 to a secondary drive? I have a solid state drive as the primary drive and a secondary drive that has much more storage where I would like to install PSE, but there is no option to pick the drive when you install.

Which operating system are you using? There is typically an option to select the installation location. Keep in mind though that there are many support files which will permanently need to be installed on your Operating System drive. In addition temporary files will also need to be installed during the install process.
If your SSD is so low on space you may want to consider getting a larger drive which can accomodate the operating system and applications installed on the same drive. You are also loosing many of the performance gains of the SSD by having your applications still installed on a standard hard drive.

Your right. It won't make any sense to subscribe for a software that I don't own. I have CS5 on my Dell Laptop which has been giving me issues, so I re-installed the Operating System along with all my editing programs and nothing more. So I can toggle between the Mac and the PC to get the job done in the meantime. I will eventually get CS6 for the Mac.

Pagemaker is ancient, obsolete and unsupported. It was discontinued over 10 years ago. (Though why it is still sold is a mystery.)
If you want to run PageMaker, your best bet is to use a Win2K or WinXP PC.
Otherwise move to Indesign or look at Serif's PagePlus or Scribus.
