restore, I had firefox services generate a new Recovery Key, prior to my knowing that my bookmarks were stored in "C".

It sounds like your desktop profile is (still?) corrupt; it's failing to process the wipe on bookmarks. So let's be super thorough: we'll clean up the desktop, then reconnect so the Android device's data will replace it.
My suggestion is to do the following. Read all of the steps before you start. I recommend that your Android device is on wifi.
# On your Android device, go to Settings > Accounts & sync. Remove your Sync account. Your Firefox profile will be unchanged.
# On your desktop, create a new profile.
# On the new profile, assuming you want to re-use your Sync account, follow the instructions below.
# Re-pair your Android device with the new desktop profile, and wait for it to finish syncing before syncing the desktop.
Connecting to an existing sync account:
# Set Up Sync
# I have an account
# I don't have the device with me
# Enter username and password, choose "I have lost my other device"
# You'll get a dialog with a new recovery key. Choose "Change recovery key".

To see all the photos on the phone, including photos that have already been imported into iPhoto, deselect the "Hide Photos Already Imported" checkbox. If the camera contains photos that have already been imported into iPhoto, those photos are hidden by default.

There's nothing to export.
The iTunesLibrary.itl file contains all the settings, playlists, and playcounts.
Copy or backup all your important files including the ENTIRE iTunes folder, then restore all your data including the ENTIRE iTunes folder once the system is formatted and rebuilt/reloaded.

Depending on which email client software you use
the files should be in 'your home folder' library, esp.
if you use Mail application.... ~/Library/Mail
Since you don't specify what mail application,
that would most be associated with the file.
I notice there are some items to the right of your post
where it says "more like this' so that may be worth a
look to see if similar issues were answered. Also, the
Help viewer in your system is a searchable database.
Seems that google also brings up fair information, too.
Do you have a complete bootable clone of your entire
Mac system on an externally enclosed hard disk drive?

If you import the audiobook as an audiobook to your iTunes Library, it will be listed in the Books section of your Library. You may need to turn on Books in order to see them. If you cannot see the File/Edit... etc. menu, use CTRL B on your keyboard to make that menu bar appear. Then go to Edit/Preferences>Books and put a tick in the box.
But, if the imported audiobook shows up in the Music section of your iTunes Library, highglight the files (in iTunes) and select File/Get Info/Options/Media Kind>Audiobook. These files will now transfer to the Books section of iTunes.
Once on an iPod Classic, look under the Audiobooks menu. Again, you may need to change the settings in the Settings menus, in order to have the Audiobooks option shown on the Main Menu and/or the Music Menu.

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Enter the word "Starting" (without the quotes) in the String Matching text field. You should now see log messages with the words "Starting * backup," where * represents any of the words "automatic," "manual," or "standard." Note the timestamp of the last such message. If they were photos taken with your iPhone and you have Photo Stream activated through iCloud they are in the cloud. If not - they are in the wind.

Have them delete the iCloud account (your email address) on their devices then let them create their own iCloud account -> http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4436. If all of you are syncing contacts and calendars on the same iCloud account, they have to re-organise those stuffs once they have their own iCloud account. When you delete an iCloud account, it normally asks what would you do for the synced information - keep it on the iOS device or delete. If they choose to keep the synced information (e.g. Contacts and Calendars), they have to delete those thare aren't theirs or they can start from scratch by deleting the synced information from the iOS device. TS1702 After I did the latest update. I went and sync it with the computer. All my information was erased. I did what the instructions said. Now I did the installation on the apps on my phone.

If you are saying that you cannot even open the phone app? Your troubleshooting included powering the phone off and back on? If that is all the troubleshooting that you have done, the next step is to reset the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. If that does not fix the problem, then the next step is a restore. Frist from a backup and if necessary restore as new.

2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.

You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.

How do I take an iTunes library from an older HD and dump them into a new library on a Macbook?

I recently bought a Macbook Pro back in March 2012 to replace a deceased iMac G5. Assuming all my music was dead and gone, I began building my new library on my Macbook ever since. Recently, I was able to remove the hard drive from my older G5 and found out it still worked. Now my problem is that though I'm able to add all my old missing songs into my new Macbook, it's missing "Date Added, Plays, and Playlists". I tried copying over the "iTunes Library.itl" file, since I read that this is where all your info is stored, but it's asking me to replace the already existing iTunes Library.itl with the older one I'm trying to import.
Replacing the newer .itl file with the older will only create a new problem with the info of the songs that were already on my laptop.
Any one have suggestions?
