How do I view thej2sdk-1_3_1-src.tar

I downloaded the file, I unzipped it and I have this large folder that has 11,521 files in it--I cant view or copy any file except by double clicking on it and then it opens the a new developer window with the source for this file in its code window--I cant open a file from any of the java developers I have on my machine--Oracle 9i is what I want to load it into, but I can use borland's jbuilder if necessary
I'm sure it's just that I don't understand what a .tar file is and how it should be used, so any help is appreciated

The tar file are meant for Linux, Unix OS. "tar" stands for Tape ARchive. These are compressed files like zip files. In short :

notification/message says download complete

nows it says complete action using (here i only have 2 icon options 1= DB Text Editor 2 = HTML Viewer)

After you define a custom pattern it should be added to the bottom of whatever patterns are already loaded.
For example, if you define a custom pattern and then go to Edit>Fill>Pattern, the newly defined pattern should have been added to the existing loaded patterns.

Yesterday I ran into a problem that was eye opening to say the least. I could not not access my contacts in order to find a friend's phone number. No one remembers phone numbers any more. God knows I don't.
I was on a jetski and it broke down. I was stranded at a dock miles away. I needed to contact my friend to tell him (a) I'm ok, (b) where I was, (c) to bring a tow. Of course I had no phone on me because it would have gotten soaked.
People were kind enough on the dock to let me use their smart phones to attempt to retreive the phone number and call for help. But I quickly discovered that it is impossible.
On an iPhone, I tried to use their Safari browser to go to www.icloud.com. When you do that, it simply redirects you to the apps. But it isn't my phone, and their apps are logged in to the owner's accounts. I wasn't about to update the settings in a stranger's phone.
One guy let me try his iPad with Cellular. Same problem as the iphones. It would not let me use www.icloud.com. It insisted that I use the native iOS apps.
On an Android, www.icloud.com would simply refuse to work. It would say it was not supported.
The question I have is: How can I view my contacts from someone else's smart phone in an emergency situation?
Second question: Why can't I use www.icloud.com on a smart phone's web browser like I can on regular computer?

But what are the chances of being able to call a trusted person who has access to a computer to do this for you?

Without "pretending" to be yourself on the other phone (change settings) there's nothing else you can do.
iOS devices are meant to be single user and can't view iCloud.com the same way a Mac or PC can do.
You need to find a desktop or laptop machine (Mac or PC) to log in at iCloud.

So, I am on my iTunes. On the previous Version of iTunes, you can have the list of Albums and view at the same time the Artwork whether it was for 10, 20 songs or even just 1 song. Saved bookmarks shows a long list, but I can't figure out how to just view all the pushpins on the map, so I can access my favorite locations and notes as I drive or plan a trip.
Maybe create a map pushpin folder to save only pictures related to the saved map bookmarks. And save on phone or skydrive? I still just go by memory. But the list, notes and scenes are getting really numerous. RV campsites, fishing, biking, skiing, services, phone signal, shopping, wifi, laundry, jobs, pictures, and much more.
I have an old HP mini that I like and use with my iphone 4. Have no interest or extra money to be upgrading my devices every time the software/bloatware updates overload otherwise perfectly good phones and laptops. Hope to be able to share with others how to have their phones and computers work for them, instead of the other way around.
Might stay with iPhone and even buy an ipad if they become more univerally compatible, or switch to all windows devices. Not too happy with PCs bloatware programming these days either. My old windows 98 laptop runs some really powerful programs. Wonder how many people would buy Jeeps and such vehicles, if they could not easily drive them on regular city streets or highways?

How can I view my full billing history for the app and music stores without iTunes installed?

I just received an email receipt from Paypal showing a $12.99 purchase from iTunes. I almost NEVER purchase anything over around five dollars in the app or music store. Since PayPal does not show what this purchase was for, I have not received the receipt from Apple yet, and I cannot find anyway to look up online what this purchase was for....I need help to find out ASAP what this purchase was. If my account has been compromised or if I have been incorrectly charged for something, I would like to get the issue handled immediately. I do not want to install iTunes on my PC (nor should I have to for Pete's sake), but I cannot see anything recent at all in my app or music history on my iPad (not that I would ever purchase anything for $12.99 anyway...I just don't).
