How do we add new fields in copy control

hi
in standard sap we dont have the fields when we are doing copy cntrol from sales to billing some fields are not there so i want to add some fields in that copy control how do i do that

Hi Nag,
Go to [VOFM] use Data Transfer option and create a new routine. Make sure the new routine has the existing logic and fields included along with the new fields that are to be copied. Activate the routine and assign it to the Sales to Billing Document Copy Control.

How do I add new fields to Repeating Frames in existing Report. The Report has 2 GRPFR, 1 HDR and 2 Repeating Frames. I would like to add a new field(column) to inner most repeating frame. I added the new golumn to QUERY and GROUPs in Data Model. After adding the new column to inner most Repeating Frame in Layout Model, the Layout model is losing all other frame and it is showing only the modified one.
How do I add new column to repeating frames without disturbeing other frames.
Any hellp will be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!.

expand your repeating frames do it more big
for add your new items or field. after you inserted or add, can you put more little your repeating.
too can you to do one copy of one field in your repeating frame and assign it in his source your new item in your data model.
normally i begin with the principal frame and go one by one internally.

How do I add new fields to the 'Customer Data' tab under the BP

I had previously found a screen in the SAP GUI to add fields so that they would show up on the 'Custmer Data' tab under the Business Partner screen. I thought it had been somewhere in se80 but I cannot find it again. Does anyone know where this is? Thank you!

You can do this using transaction EEWB. This is the Easy Enhancement Workbench.
within this, you can use the wizard which will guide you through a step by step process to add the fields you need. Basically, there are 2 ways to add new fields :
1. Add new fields - this adds fields to table BUT000, but places the fields on a new tab called 'Customer Data'
2. Add new attributes table - creates a new table and links it to BUT000 using the partner number.

I have added some nwe fields to already existing table control added three new fields...
though the recoreds are inserted in teh table properly with the three new fields user id data and time fields
but on display only the data is not shown in these three columns though the data is coming in internal table...but not to the screen output

First try the small button Configuration on top right of the table control, as displayed when you run the program. Hit 'Administrator' and see if the fields are checked as invisible. Uncheck them, activate and save.
If the fields are not in that list at all, then check if the table control is initialized for the screen you use. For example
CONTROLS: tc_ent_lines TYPE TABLEVIEW USING SCREEN '0100'.
but you copied your screen and use the same table control in the new screen 0200. Then all you have to do is
REFRESH CONTROL 'TC_ENT_LINES' FROM SCREEN '0200'.
before you show the screen.

Hi,
You do not have to do extra coding for this. Just append the extra fields in the table VBAP and include these in the screen 8459 (Additional data A) or 8460 (Additional data B) of program SAPMV45A.

When we are adding any new fields/editing the existing structure of MDM, follwoing steps to be performed
- Unload the repository & Make changes on MDM
- Load the repository with Update Indices
- Genearate XSD using NWDS . Refer below link for this

I have to add new fields in report painter(std one) which is not in any library and so I am not able to add the fields in characteristics. Though I have added zfields in CCR1S but I am not able to add these fileds in characteristics in report painter(say - CJe3 t-code)

hi,
first i copied the report 12KST1G in my Y12KST1G with form. In CJE2 when i Click this report then in the whatever fields coming in the characteristics we can put it in 'variables' tab and these will be the fields which is displayed on the selecton screen. So after doing the wbove changes in the exit , I am not able to get the fields in characteristics vale so that I can put it in variable. or do we have to do some chnages in the screen for this z report which is like std. one.
FYI..The display of the fields was done in z-report with library but this is like a report without library and we did some chnages in the exit.

SEPA tree: how to add new fields?

I tried to add some fields to the SEPA tree in DMEE. The technical adding migt not be the problem, but in the output file the new added fields are not shown.

These are the steps I've done:(a lot similar to the MAX explanation)
1º Create a structure append in MARA where I added mu new fields;
2º Create the program SAPLZMGD1 as copy the std program SAPLMGD1;
3º Create a new subscreen in my custom program SAPLZMGD1, where the fields of APPEND structure of MARA are managed;
4ª For each new field, the user should include a field instruction between the modules PAI GET_DATEN_SUB and SET_DATE_SUB;
Ex: FIELD ZZNEW
CUSTOMIZING
1º Copy the std sequence 01 or 21(depends of the company) into your custom sequence Z1 by trx OMT3B;
2º In the new sequence Z1 I add a new DATA SCREEN (as copy of custom DATA SCREEN BASIC DATA 1 or 21),
3º In my new DATA SCREEN I added my new subscreens (you could add max 10 subscreen;
4º In the Control of sequence of screens to modify the reference of screens for his/her screen copies and created previously.

I think of something like:
First, you create extension, with transaction WE30.
Then, reduce your idoc, your extension should also be proposed.
Do not forget to add this extension in outbound we82, and/or we57 in inbound, and WE20, and find BTE or exit to populate extension.

when created added a field on the screen by using user exit then after that you have add the field in main table where you will be getting these table in the userexit only, please make sure about this. And i am sure defenitly it will get updated in to the table.

11.5.9/OAF 5.7 : how to add new fields in iProc "search results" page

We need to add new fields into iProc "search results" page - "Personalize Self-Service Defn" is et, we can enter the personalization screens (from both the "master" link at top/right page level or from the link above the region) - anyway cannot find how to add new fields. Do we have to go to AK developer and/or XML files or is it feasable from OAF (as it is with 11510) ? TIA.

It depends on what fields you want to add.
1. If Oracle has included the fields, just render them via personalizations
2. If they are brand new fields:
a) you will need to extend the VO (I do not know the exact name).
b) change the query to get your extra db columns if necesary
c) add transient attributes to the VO and map them to b).
d) Then you need to add the items via personalization and map them to the attributes you created in c)

What kind of report? Usually, you have to add the field in the table declaration and then also in the SQL query. After that, include the field in what kind of report you are using.
