How do you get back deleted notes?

When I got my iPhone I didn't realize that my Ipod and iPhone were synced together and I deleted my notes off my iPhone not realizing that they would be deleted off my Ipod. I'm not sure if any of them are back up or not. It is also a whole bunch of notes, not just one. Is there any way to get those notes back?

If thay are not in iCloud (icloud.com) then the only way is to restore from backup if they are in a backup.

I notice you are looking for solutions other than restoring, the article does outline how you can use iCloud's Find My iPhone:
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.

Cache and history and temp only helps to a point at which it should be deleted, removed, reset etc.
What next, parental control? logging all the web addresses from the router?
A good browser really ought to purge all its temp - on broadband it doesn't help load pages any faster and may make it worse, and Safari loads everything up in memory causing it to use 2GB of RAM as well.
Your fiance ought to have their own private user account for mail and whatever else they do and not share the same user account anyway.
