How ENABLED_FLAG on PO_VENDORS table will get updated?.

All,
Can someone please post how this ENABLED_FLAG on PO_VENDORS table gets updated to 'Y' vs 'N'. What is the process updated it?. Isn't it based on END_DATE_ACTIVE?. Because i see few vendors for whom END_DATE is past date but still ENABLED_FLAG is 'Y'.

As far as I know Summary_Flag column was added in earlier version of Oracle Applocations to all the application tables. Even PO_HEADERS_ALL has it though it is never used.
Last time when I had done some RnD i had concluded it has some thing to do with KFFs.
Thanks
Arun

  • Whether the table 'B' will get update

    Hi Guys,
    In forms 6i , i have code like, when hitting the save button, on-insert trigger in block 'A' should insert data into table 'A' and the same time on-insert trigger in block 'B' should update data in table 'B' . The question is whether the table 'B' will get update, if any exception occured in table 'A' through any database trigger on table 'A'. there is no rollback on block 'B' , but exception is handling in blcok 'A'.
    please help me.

    You Need to define seperate session by using autonomous transactions,it allows you to leave the context of the calling transaction, perform an independant transaction, and return to the calling transaction without affecting it's state.
    SQL> CREATE TABLE a (id   NUMBER(2))

  • How and when the table will go STALE ?

    Hi,
    I want to check how and when a table will be marked as STALE.
    I have done following steps
    ---- Created a table --------------------
    SQL> create table t1 (id number, name varchar2(100)) ;
    Table created.
    ---- Inserted decent amount of data --------------
    SQL> declare v1 number; begin for i in 1..25 loop
    2 insert into t1 select object_id, object_name from all_objects ; commit; end loop;
    3 end;
    4 /
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> select table_name, status, num_rows, last_analyzed, monitoring from user_tables where table_name='T1';
    TABLE_NAME STATUS NUM_ROWS LAST_ANAL MON
    T1 VALID YES
    ---- Gather stats -----------------
    SQL> exec dbms_stats.gather_table_stats( user, 'T1', METHOD_OPT => 'FOR ALL COLUMNS SIZE 1');
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> select table_name, status, num_rows, last_analyzed, monitoring from user_tables where table_name='T1';
    TABLE_NAME STATUS NUM_ROWS LAST_ANAL MON
    T1 VALID 115544 18-JAN-08 YES
    ---- Insert more data ---------------------------
    SQL> declare v1 number; begin for i in 1..25 loop
    2 insert into t1 select object_id, object_name from all_objects ; commit; end loop;
    3 end;
    4 /
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    Now, after I have analyzed the table and get the stats in, I loaded good amount of data. So, in theory, this table should be marked as STALE.
    Where can I check if this table has been marked STALE? when ?
    Please guide.
    Thanks

    You need to read that manual with more caution. It has all info you need.
    1. Table modification info stays in shared pool and flushed into dictionary by Oracle automatically. You can explicity do it by calling dbms_stats.flush_database_monitoring_info.
    2. dba_tab_modifications view = How many DML are applied to target table?
    dba_tab_statistics.stale_stats = Is statistics stale?
    3. When you call dbms_stats.gather... familiy, Oracle flushed the stale info to disk. You gnerally don't need to care about that.
    4. Statistics is considered to be stale, when the change is over 10% of current rows.
    (As of 11g, this value can be customized per objects. Cool feature)
    create table t_stat(id int);
    insert into t_stat select rownum from all_objects where rownum <= 100;
    commit;
    exec dbms_stats.gather_table_stats(user, 'T_STAT');
    select * from sys.dba_tab_modifications where table_name = 'T_STAT';
    No row selected
    select stale_stats from sys.dba_tab_statistics where table_name = 'T_STAT';
    NO
    insert into t_stat select rownum from all_objects where rownum <= 20;
    select * from sys.dba_tab_modifications where table_name = 'T_STAT';
    No rows selected <-- Oops
    select stale_stats from sys.dba_tab_statistics where table_name = 'T_STAT';
    NO  <-- Oops
    exec dbms_stats.flush_database_monitoring_info;
    select * from sys.dba_tab_modifications where table_name = 'T_STAT';
    TABLE_OWNER     TABLE_NAME     PARTITION_NAME     SUBPARTITION_NAME     INSERTS     UPDATES     DELETES     TIMESTAMP     TRUNCATED     DROP_SEGMENTS
    UKJA     T_STAT               20     0     0     2008-01-18 PM 11:30:19     NO     0
    select stale_stats from sys.dba_tab_statistics where table_name = 'T_STAT';

  • How and when does table SWIWIOBJCT being updated / populated with workitem

    Hi Experts,
    I am currently debugging an issue wherein a Invoice Workflow is being displayed in the Purchase Order Workflow Overview. I debugged this and found out that this is because there are entries being selected from table SWIWIOBJCT and this will be also displayed in the workflow overview.
    So what I am trying to look into is how does this table being populated. Like, what are the criteria and requirements that this table will be updated / populated.
    Any help is highly appreciated.
    Thanks so much in advance,

    The EKBE table will have items related to PO history - so if you go to a PO line item and look at the PO history you will see an invoice but you will NOT see a payment.   Payments are not directly related to a PO and therefore no payment information would appear in your PO history and therefore it wouldn't be on the EKBE table either

    You are welcome. I'm glad you got it back up.
    (1) You say you did the symbolic link. I will assume this is set correctly; it's very important that it is.
    (2) I don't know what you mean by "Been feeding the [email protected] for several weeks now, 700 emails each day at least." After the initial training period, SpamAssassin doesn't learn from mail it has already processed correctly. At this point, you only need to teach SpamAssassin when it is wrong. [email protected] should only be getting spam that is being passed as clean. Likewise, [email protected] should only be getting legitimate mail that is being flagged as junk. You are redirecting mail to both [email protected] and [email protected] ... right? SpamAssassin needs both.
    (3) Next, as I said before, you need to implement those "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server." Once you have that done and issue "postfix reload" you can look at your SMTP log in Server Admin and watch as Postfix blocks one piece of junk mail after another. It's kind of cool.
    (4) Add some SARE rules:
    Visit http://www.rulesemporium.com/rules.htm and download the following rules:
    70sareadult.cf
    70saregenlsubj0.cf
    70sareheader0.cf
    70sarehtml0.cf
    70sareobfu0.cf
    70sareoem.cf
    70sarespoof.cf
    70sarestocks.cf
    70sareunsub.cf
    72sare_redirectpost
    Visit http://www.rulesemporium.com/other-rules.htm and download the following rules:
    backhair.cf
    bogus-virus-warnings.cf
    chickenpox.cf
    weeds.cf
    Copy these rules to /etc/mail/spamassassin/
    Then stop and restart mail services.
    There are other things you can do, and you'll find differing opinions about such things. In general, I think implementing the "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server" and adding the SARE rules will help a lot. Good luck!

    I received LR 5 for Christmas but have not downloaded it yet on my computer. I have had LR 3 for about 4 years.  I am due to buy a new computer soon but need to know how many licenses/downloads I will get before downloading LR 5 on my current computer.  I may also purchase a laptop in the next year so that would require 3 licenses altogether (current iMac, future iMac, future macbook).

    You have one license.
    You can download and install it on an infinite number of computers, as long as it is only installed on two of your computers at any one time, and in use on only one computer at any given time.
    So in your case, current iMac, that's would mean its installed on one computer, no problem. Future iMac and future MacBook ... so if you uninstall from current iMac and install on Future iMac and future MacBook, it's now installed on two computers at a time, no problem, as long as you're not using Lightroom on both simultaneously. And if after that, you got two new computers and uninstalled Lightroom from the previous two, you're still good, it's only installed on two computers at any one time.

    Something additionaly. If the removeSession throws exception, or does not work as expected, the only way to continue is to extend the HeliosSession Class, and add to history by yourself.
    The code for extending the HeliosSession is listed above.
    The only thing you need is to call
    ((HeliosSessionExtended)localHeliosSession).addToSyncHistory(this); //this is the FDSession, or the new one used in constrctor of HeliosSession, or in the createSession Method from syncService)

  • UJE* tables not getting updated

    Hello security experts,
    We are currently on BI 7.4 version and have BPC 10 (CPM 801 SP 005) implemented, we are facing issues with the creation of New Teams and Member access profiles in the system.
    Ideally when a new team/ Task or Member access profile gets created the respective UJE* tables must also get updated.
    We created 3 new Teams and Member access profiles in the BPC front end, while checking the backend tables we found that not all UJE* tables are getting updated as expected.
    Tables that got updated are :
    UJE_MEMACCESS
    UJE_TEAM_AGR
    UJE_TEAM_MULTAGR
    Tables that didnot get updated:
    UJE_TEAM
    UJE_PROFILE
    UJE_PROFILE_ASIN
    UJE_PROFILET
    UJE_TEAMT
    UJE_USER_TEAM ( we assigned users to the team via front end as well)
    Ideally these tables must get updated for every new Team; Member access profile created. Am I missing some configuration which should update these tables?
    Thanks & Regards

  • How data in table bbp_pdacc gets updated?

    Hello,
    The Shopping cart is getting created successfully but data is not getting updated in bbp_pdacc and due to which data is not available in bbp_pd.
    Thanks and Regards
    Himani Singh

    Hi,
      If the data is not there in bbp_pdacc, then you should see account assignment details when you view the cart in SRM Portal
      Do you see the account assignment details there after saving the cart.
    If its not there then it could be related to what you are buying like Direct procurement or not. Otherwise , Put a trace ON if there is any Authorization issue(that possibility is remote though).
    Did you apply any patch or upgrade any support pack level recently?
    Regards

  • BWFI_AEDAT table not getting updated - FI_GL_4 Delta

    Hi Friends,
    We have just started loading Delta loads using FI_GL_4.
    The Changed records are getting updated correctly for all the documents into BWFI_AEDAT and loaded into BW except in cases of an Intercompany doc.
    Is there a particular reason that changes to Intercompany Doc will not get updated in the table or is there a way to find out how this table gets populated so that I can debug this issue.
    Any help is highly appreciated..
    Ashish.

    Hi,
    How many days after INIT are you going for delta??
    If there is entry in BWFI_AEDAT there is no reason why delta should not come.
    check for newly created documents in BKPF using CPUDT to see if new documents have been created in this period too.
    Regards,
    Saurabh

  • How to join two tables and get the supply delivery date next to order?

    So there are two tables. One has customer's order no, ordered date, order quantity, available quantity and code of article-
    The other table comes form supply side where we have supply order no, article number, ordered qty, and delivery date.
    We keep stock so this can not be MOT (made to order) system.
    What i need is correct date of arrival to appear next to cusotmers spoecirfic order. The older cusotmers order get's the parts first, second oldest order is next in line etc.
    here is any example
    customer's order
    ref order

    There is actually a 3rd "table" and that sort of connects the two and that is stock on hand per art. code.
    The main issue is that stock is assigned to purchase orders only when it actually arrives in the warehouse.
    A human can easilly connect the dates of when the stock will arrive and quantities with correct customer's order. In this case the firts order will get 50 pcs in August while 10 pcs will remain on backorders. The missing 10 pcs Will arrive in October. The second order will get 10 pcs in october and 3 will remain on backorders with no delivery date. While the third customer orders does not have a delivery date.
    So how to make the SAP do this calculations and display the arrival date next to date of customer's order?

    I checked the instructions as i do not have access to this part. It seem this is a query. We had issues with queries in the past as not all codes from orders would appear in them. They never found the reason why that is happening.
    However, I think the main issue is that the information here is not connected and is separately provided for supply and for sales. So i doubt it can be connected in this query.
    edit: as you can see the only connection is stock on hand.
    and total number of various items we have is close to 100.000 of various article codes.
