How good can labview do in web solution

I am familiar with LV, but new to web solution of LV.
In case I need to make a web solution for energy management system or scada system.
Can LV make it, such as linking through different web pages, realtime display, other general web tech.
May I know the advantage and disadvantage of it.

There are two techniques to connect LabVIEW via web.
1. Remote Panel: This one require LabVIEW run-time engine installation on remote machine, and there's a license fee for more than 5 connections concurrently, but the good things are no additional code develop, and VI controllable via web.
2. Web Service: This technique compile LabVIEW code as a web service, and can communicate with any client supporting web service such as flash, php, silverlight, and so on. The bad things are client code development, and cannot control VI directly.

You probably should consider upgrading to Forms 10.1.2 since 6i (6.0.8) isn't supported anymore.

You shouldn't have any problem running Minecraft; It's Java based and will run on most platforms. I'm running Minecraft without a hitch.
Assasins Creed? Hmm, depending on your hardware spec i shouldn't see you having a problem.
I'm running on the 2013 15" Retina, with dedicated graphics chip though; However the Activity Monitor shows that it is using the Iris chipset to run Minecraft.

I have installed a web UI builder and now i'm trying to get rid of it by going through tutorials.
My biggest problem is i'm unable to understand the concept making web pages,
And my+ requirement is I have a servo motor and by running this motor plots which are being made on a graph i want to display it in a web browser and anyone can see it without a control.
Can anyone help me that how can i use WEB UI Builder efficiently to the above task.

I don't have a evaluation copy of Web UI Builder and now with mty efforts i'm able to run my LabVIEW VI into web UI Builder by using web services.
But the fact is i'm unable to build and deploy it( as it is only in full version).
My problem is by building and deploying my Web UI program what can i do with that.can i possibly publish it on Website i'm having?

Here's a slightly simpler version.
(Depending how you want to process the output, you might not need to traspose and/or reverse. Boolean to 0,1 works directly on the 2D array if needed )

Can you be a bit more specific on how the output is supposed to look like? Initially you wrote "black or white", and since all pixels are either black or white, do you want to send all pixels? In what format? In what order? Please clarify?

How can I get my web cam to work in Adobe Connect ?

This is actually an end user's question that I am having trouble answering to...
We use Adobe Connect to give online language classes, the end user is one of the students.
I cannot find the right Support answer to give him.
Problem:
My camera does not work when I connect to Adobe's rooms but camera works fine with other software.
Even though I suspected my old camera was working fine, yesterday I went ahead and bought a new camera.
I thought perhaps my webcam software may have been a problem, so I bought a different type camera with different software.
Even after removing all the old software, same result:
I surmised the problem might be caused by my firewall and security software, so once I tried changing the permissions for Adobe, and my Webcam, but that didn’t work.
Another time, I restarted my computer right before class and then turned off my firewall completely so there would be no interference but to no avail. I’m totally perplexed.
Isn’t there anyone else experiencing a similar problem?   Has anyone else found a solution?
I run Windows Vista with McAfee Internet Security Software. I always reboot the computer before class and open no other programs other than Google Chrome.
I now have a brand new Microsoft LifeCam Cinema Camera with LifeCam 3.5 Webcam Software.
I test my camera before going online. It always works fine.   Then I shut down the camera program and login into class.
When I “connect webcam” in the room, the light on my camera comes on (suggesting that it is ON), but only a black image is transmitted to the room.

Check to see if you have Google Voice installed. If so, remove it and see
if your problem vanishes. If not Google Voice, check to see if you have
any other communications software which interacts with your cam and
disable it. This was the problem I had with a similar problem on a Mac.

I sent the advice out to the end user, but unfortunately this wasn't the
solution.
His reply is below :-
The default resolution of my new camera is already set at 640x360, but I
went ahead and tried several lower resolutions (e.g. 424x240; 320x240; and
160x120) but none worked in the room - camera still showed up as black
blank screen. Also, as far as I can tell, I don’t have the option of
adjusting the frame rate.
I started playing around with my Internet Security Settings to see if they
might be playing a role. So far, all to no avail.
Hmm...quite a tricky one - webcams always are - maybe if he can find a way
to adjust the frame rate (?).
He's going to fiddle about with the settings a bit more and see if
something does the trick.
If anyone has had a similar problem and found an ingenious solution,
please jot on a note on this thread.

Here are my steps.
1. I upload multiple image (jpg) files onto my photo album.
2. I select the "sharing" by email option for this album.
3. I enter the recipient's email address.
4. The recipient receives my message and clicks on the link.
5. The recipient accesses my photo album and clicks on one of the images.
6. The image opens up to its own screen.
7. The recipient selects the "download" and then save file option.
Here is the part I do not understand. For some reason, during this "download" process, the original name which I have given to the file is replaced by different name. So I was hoping that someone knows how to prevent the file name from being changed during the "download and save" process.
Much appreciated if you can help me find a solution to this problem.

erm ok i will explain...
actually..i know that labview can be a client or server. when the labview be a client, it can access other enable activeX application such as excel or word. i manage to do that a little such as to open excel file and save it at another location by using activeX functions or using the report generation toolkit. yes, i already know and understand the flow or concept of how the labview can be a client. But by using others activeX application especially excel, how can we make the labview be a server? i just need a very easy example and few steps for me to understand how can labview be a server or how excel can control the labview properties?

Hi,
As you said you could do it at the report level and also at the universe level.
One more way is to create the filters in the universe levele and add them in thequery filter.
Ex: in the filter you need to write :
Column1 is null and and column 2 is not null etc.

You're saying that when you click on the iCloud preference pane button it sends you to the defunct MMe
rather than giving you this?
Is your profile up to date, i.e. are your running 10.7.5? Make sure you click on the iCloud button and not the MMe button.
