I bought one movie in one of my iPad but I can not see it in the other one's like the songs. What I need to do. ?

If the movie is in your mac, sync other devices to that movie by connecting those other devices to mac with USB cable.
When the new device shows in iTunes side bar select movies in the top bar. You should see all the movies on your hard drive.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly iTunes and iCloud are different things, movies are handled by iTunes.
iTunes now has iTunes in the cloud and iTunes Match, but neither deals with movies. Your purchased movies will need to be copied from your old computer to your new one.

Transfer your purchases to your computer, as you should on a regular basis anyway. Sync the other device with the updated iTunes library.

As you have discovered, ringtones can only be downloaded once so there is no other way to do it.

I can't watch movie I have bought on my Ipad mini. What am I doing wrong?

I was able to watch the movie the first time I downloaded it, but now when I go to videos and click on the movie it will not play.

Another easy way to fix this.
What I've noticed is that upon upgrading your projects and events to work with iMovie 10, initially it will work... Until you quit iMovie and reopen it again. Any events with hashtags will show up without the star next to the iMovie event. SO, if you happen to read this, after upgrading to iMovie 10 from its predecessor, immediately change the event name to NOT include a hashtag/pound symbol.
Otherwise, if it's too late, you can either do the above or this...
Hold down option and click on iMovie. This will prompt you Locate, Create a New Library, Cancel this window, or Choose a different library. What you want to do is create a new library, call it whatever you want to, this will only be temporary. After the program opens, it should be a blank Library. Then go to File > Open Library > iMovie Library (your original library) and proceed to change the name of your events. Quit the program. Go into your Movies folder in Finder, delete the library you temporarily created, and your back in business.

I have a similar problem. The default answer on the web is to open Videos on your iPad, then touch and hold the movie you wish to delete, then tap the little cross that appears. Alternatively, you can connect to iTunes, select your device in the list, scroll down to the Rentals summary and delete from there.
I have a problem with both of these solutions! The Video App on my iPad does not contain any video icons, just an option to browse my shared library, so I can't delete it from there... ANd in iTunes, the movie in the Rntals tab on my device summary is greyed out, so I can't do anything from there either. But the movie is taking up 2.5 Gb....
Can someone please offer an alternative to resetting the device entirely?!

If the apps that are on your son's iPad were purchased under his Dad's Apple ID, then signing your Apple ID onto the iPad will not help you with updating those apps.
Also, if the iPad was sync'd with his Dad's iTunes library, then hooking it up to your computer/iTunes library, will require you to reset the iPad, and everything that was loaded under the other Library and Apple ID will be wiped out.
Can you provide a little more info about what was set up under which Apple ID and what iTunes library the iPad was sync'd with?

You can remove one or more of the keyboards that you've selected via the Edit button at the top right of Settings > General > Keyboards > International Keyboards (the Edit button will be greyed out when there is only one keyboard left selected)
