How i invoke the c program?

My question is occured during the program call the cmd.exe in windows or gnome-terminal in linux.I want the program to invoke a terminal and then execute the command on the terminal later defined by the program.The process is like that a you compile and executive a exe file . Visual c++ will executive your exe file in a terminal and in the terminal you can input the required value and get the result.The executive process is like that you run the exe file straightly in the terminal,it can provide a prompt to input the new value and it can output the result too. In my option ,I want to obstain the goal. I had tried it with Runtime.exec() but failed at last.
So i'm very puzzled about how to obstain the aim.

if it must be run in a completely separate terminal, you could use this in windows
String program = ...
String[] cmd = {"cmd", "/c", "start", "/MIN", program};
Runtime.getRuntime().exec(cmd);Otherwise you could use the input/output streams from the process to get/send information to the program

How to include the ordinary program in the BOR object type program

Hi Guys, while i am trying to include a program in the BOR object type program. It is showing the following error:
"Statement 'INCLUDE Z_ERC_SEARCH_VALOFACT_MACRO .' is not permitted in BOR".
then, i tried to add "<" and ">" to enclose it, but it wants the access key to create it. anyone knows how to add the ordinary program in the BOR object type program.

It's correct that we CAN'T insert our INCLUDES in BOR program. We CAN only use TYPE-POOLS there. So you can create Type Group with TYPES, CONSTANTS and DEFINE statements, and then use them in BOR programs.
Using DEFINE you can construct MACROs with parameters and call your code there. It's limited, and not the easiest way, but some things can be achieved this way. Also forget about using Code Patterns while editing Type Group.
Note: Use TYPE-POOLS statement after INCLUDE statement in BOR program .

i almost have no experience on using AAE. after reading some documents i still have the below questions,
1. mapping program is happened in integration engine, while AAE is used for integrated scenarios without going into integration engine, then how to execute the mapping program?
2. till now all the work i have done is using the common scenario, then for which scenarios i can suggest my client that "we should use integrated scenario , and there is no 'side-effect' of using is instead."
3. in some documents "persistence" is discussed, can someone help me into more details?

When you implement AAE,Adapter engine will execute your mapping program,that means AE has the capailities , they have copied moved routing ,mapping features in AE,so no need to interact with IE.

There is no side effects at all,but there are some limitations like in PI7.1 monitoring not possible,ABAP PRoxy,look ups will not supported and only supports AE adapters communication.
