How i recover my iphone

I need to recover all my old iPhone information. I plugged in my iphone on my daughters account and I updated it but when I looked at my phone all my information was gone and all my daughters stuff was on there. How can I get my contacts and pictures back? I still have the phone plugged into my phone and this was the first time I ever updated it.

Does anyone else have access to your iPhone?

You can't delete the Calendar app - it's built in to iOS. Search all of your folders, or use Spotlight search to find the app.

I have iPhone 6 and the after the screen has broken the phone was starting to enter random passcode from itself until its locked and disabled. I have replaced the screen with a new one and I need to make a backup of my data in the phone and not reset or restore from the phone backup in my iTunes as it's old and not updated. You cannot now. The only way to reset the passcode and remove the disabled status is to restore the device. There is no way to make a new backup now. That is actually the whole point of the passcode attempt limitation and the disabling of the device - to keep someone without the passcode from getting at your data. Once disabled, your sole single recourse is to restore it in order to be able to do anything with it.
At this point you can restore from your existing backup, or as new. Either way, you've already lost the current data on the device.

If Find My Phone was not setup/activated, then there's no way to track your phone now. Neither Apple nor your carrier will help you.
Report the loss to your carrier, Insurance company & the police. Change all of your passwords, especially your Apple ID.

How to recover an iPhone that locked during update

My iPhone 3G failed during an update of iOS six software. Now when you do heard reboot for soft you get a USB cable plug into iTunes displayed on the screen but cannot activate iTunes on the computer that is iTunes does not recognize the iPhone anymore. The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords, especially your Apple ID/iCloud password NOW!
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be re-activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored.

The fact is there might be another way to recover your lost iPhone files via iTunes on your Mac machine. This Mac utility is able to extract & restore iTunes backup files for your lost iPhone data. Not too many Mac users know that each time you sync data between your iDevice (iPhone, iPod, iPad) and iTunes, all previous records will be backed up by iTunes automatically and saved as (.sqlitedb) files.
