How multiple pages can be scanned at a time from inside the form6i/10g ?

I need to scan multiple pages from Oracle forms (6i/10g) using a scanner which is scanning multiple pages per minute. Can any one post a solution for me.

here are the two ways I use to scan images.
1) if the image is a single TIF image then d2kwutil can upload the image into a BLOB field on the database (but it is limited to only SINGLE-page TIFs).
2) if the image is a single or multi-page PDF, then your forms client must copy the image to a filesystem location known by the database (where the filesystem location is a directory on the database), and then the database can import the image into a BLOB field within the database.
either solutions work pretty fast for me (<10 seconds per image)

Can't access TextInput's text from inside the parent class

i have a really strange problem here:
When I add a TextInput to the stage I can access it with instanceName.text. this works.
Now I have one Movieclip with one TextInput inside (the textinput's instance name is testetxt). This MovieClip has a corresponding class and its code is the following:

          testetxt.text="test";
The textinput gets transparent but the text isn't changed... I realized it was because the textinput wasn't initialized yet. so I have to wait a while, but how can I know that it was initialized and I can set the initial text by code?

the usual work-around is to start an onEnterFrame loop that you terminate after one loop and after that one loop everything created in that first frame is initialized.

HOW MANY PAGES CAN BE USED

I HAVE MAYBE MAXED OUT MY APPS PAGE, BUT CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW MANY PAGES CAN BE USED, IS THE MAX 12. OR CONTINUOUS UNTIL THE MEMORY IS FILLED?

There are a maximum of 11 home pages and 180 apps. The downside of adding apps beyond the 11 pages is that it isn't officially supported and can cause problems if too many are added. (Someone posting here complained that adding more than 500 caused the phone to choke.)
Also, there isn't a good way to delete these apps either directly on the phone or in iTunes. You have to delete the visible apps first until the one you want appears on a page - not very practical.

1. I don't have that fat format I checked as I saw this on another answer...BUT...you are right the project was very bloated and I made a new project with the sequence and moved a bunch of projects off to an outside drive and things are flying again...this effect "twirl" was on three clips and this seemed to be creating a problem along with it being a bloated project. Don't know why this effect renders easily then the next second doesn't it's on three clips on the entire project and one or another might not render all of a sudden.
2. I understand what you said about the timeline export...I decided to export the sequence without the matte it was nested in and that sequence did have the chapter markers on the timeline and they again didn't export??? I'll look tomorrow at this it makes no sense if what you're saying is how to do it...the final cut pro book said they should have showed up if I export from the browser and that didn't work either.
3. I then matted that output and rendered it to output but I am worried this will degrade and compress the sequence more than I want by outputting the same sequence with current settings twice???...the couple of outputs I could make nested looked very good as this was one render...however, I tried doing a quicktime "current settings" with the dvd studio pro info still trying to export chapter markers and maybe it's my imagination but the output didn't look as sharp as just an output with just chapter markers???
r. I did look at the final cut pro book and it says that mpeg 2 movies will not read chapter markers anyway if you create one in compressor...if this is true it makes no difference if the quicktime output isn't having chapter markers show up. I assume when I go to author though I can put an mpeg 2 movie into dvd studio pro and create chapter markers at that point!! It seems weird it says it can do it with an mpeg 1 but not an mpeg 2 when everyone is using that for dvds.

1: In side the project - File -> Add Existing Item -> Web Page ( imported test.html page from my local folder)
2: Let it convert some of the tags for me ( so now it becomes - �test.jsp� )
3: Set it to initial view.
4. A default portlet page � newPortletPage.jsp is still there with no initial view.
Now after doing this, No Visual Designer and Properties window available to for that �test.jsp� page. Though it allowed me to �build� the project successfully.
When I build and run the portlet application, got the error message �Error occurred in portlet!� on Pluto Portal. Please advice.

You do not open fcpproject files. You don't double click or anything else. The files have to be in the correct folder structure in the Final Cut Projects folder and the application opens them automatically. Can you post screen shots of the Final Cut Projects folder and its location.

In general, one doesn't.
I suggest you create a new folder (I use "Trash Soon") on the desktop near the trash icon. Move all the stuff out of the Trash bin into the Trash Soon Folder. Then move the things you really want to eliminate to the Trash can. Empty Trash.
DO NOT store anything you want to keep in the real Trash can. There are many activities that may cause "Empty Trash" a a side-effect.
If you have multiple drives, The Trash is an illusion created for your convenience. The actual Items may be on several different drives, but all marked as "in Trash". Moving them to a folder on a different drive may cause unexpected copying.

I have a web application with this structure:
Tomcat starts a servlet and that starts a master thread to run once every 10 minutes,
that master thread in turn starts any number of individual tasks to run until completion,
the idea being a "shoot and forget" methodology.

I know that inside the TimerTask i can call cancel() but that will only prevent it from running again it does not actually remove it completely, it remains in existence and therefore uses up memory. What i need to do is call the cancel() method on the Timer in order to remove both the Timer and TimerTask.
If i do not do this then the program will just keep creating new Timers until eternity.
( or basically until i run out of memory )
How do i call the Timer.cancel() method from INSIDE the TimerTask ?
( Note that both classes are seperate classes/files and not inside the same file or class. )

Gotcha,
the Timer does get cancelled but the TimerTask runs to completion first.
Was expecting a kill() type effect but that is not what cancel() does.

According to your description, you want to retrieve data from sharepoint list in a sub folder. Right?
In this scenario, we should select the XML data source type and in the connection string provide the
List.asmx service URL when creating data source. Then we need to use the List web Service and specify "recursive" for ViewAttribute in Lists.asmx. For detail steps, please refer to the links below:

Yeah I've been trying to figure this out as well, for example... my song might be 90 bpm and I want to program another track using midi but have it play at 180 bpm. Don't give him the password to the Apple ID. The Apple ID you use for Find My iPhone doesn't have to be the same as the one he uses for the App Store.
You also might want to check to see what services your carrier offers for tracking phones. Many carriers have features for parents to manage children's phone usage and track the phones.
