How to stop subscription emails after Unsubscribe

Hi.
This is APEX 4.2.2.00.11.
We exported an application from instance A that included four saved subscriptions, then imported it to a test environment B.
We received the emailed IR subscriptions from instance B, as expected. Then clicked the Unsubscribe link in the emails, were directed to the proper page 4155:200 on instance B, clicked the Unsubscribe button, and APEX presented the green check mark confirmation.
Tha problem is the emails continue.
Looking at two closely, both are from Primary Reports. One was daily and the other weekly frequency. The attached Report.htm files are 0K bytes. Given the nature of the queries, they were expected not to find data in the test environment.
Although there were two email recipients on the subscriptions, when I unsubscribed, it removed the subscription for both of us, which would be a problem if you have wide subscription distribution. You wouldn't want one recipient in the group to blow away the subscription for everyone.
The one that was to be weekly email is sent 5 times every half hour, two with a complete and proper unsubscribe URL, and 3 that don't only have the request path, starting at f?p.
The other that was to be daily email is sent 8 times every half hour. Some half hours have 6 on the 00 or 30 minute mark, and then the remaining 2 at 05 or 35 minutes after the hour. 2 of the 8 have the proper URL, the other 6 only have the request path.
APEX Listener is configured to support multiple databases, with a path prefix identifying instance B. We see this in the Unsubscribe URL in the emails, which is what leads me to suspect instance B is where the problem is coming from.
The ORACLE_APEX_WS_NOTIFICATIONS job runs minutely at 0,30. the ORACLE_APEX_MAIL_QUEUE job runs minutely every 5 minutes.
Since this is happening at a customer site, where I have limited access to the APEX environment, I don't have a lot of information about how they have configured APEX mail support. I have verified you cannot see any IR subscriptions in the workspace, and have verified that the APEX notifications job is running periodically and there are no records in wwv_flow_worksheet_notify.
I'm looking for ideas:
How do we stop them?
How do we identify the process sending the emails and the subscription from/to/report title data that's driving the process?

To stop your emails you need to do two things. First, go to Your Stuff - Profile- Manage Email Notifications (in the upper right hand Actions box) - either check individual threads to remove or click in the top box which will check all the threads and then click on Remove Email Notifications.
Second, also in Your Stuff but go to Preferences this time and then Email Notification Preferences. Check no for each of the notifications you want stopped.
That should stop all the emails from ASC.

TB stopped receiving emails after one with huge attachment. Updated TB. Can send but not receive. Using Yahoo POP server. Browser access works fine.

Several days ago, after receiving a 7MB attachment, I stopped receiving email on my Yahoo POP account. Browser access to the Yahoo server works fine. I obviously deleted that message and attachment but curiously, it and only it continued to be downloaded to my inbox!!! I tried downloading a new TB and installing it. Nothing changed except that specific email no longer appeared (another did though, see later). Settings are to leave msgs on server until I delete them. I transferred all my inbox to a local folder and then compacted mail and tried testing reception from another source and nothing appeared on TB, just on browser access. Oddly, one very old message repeatedly appears, I assume as a result of the auto check for new mail but not sure. Though I try to delete this old message, I can't. I haven't removed and recreated account yet because I don't want to lose all the filter history. Scanned for solution and can't find any. Any ideas, please?

Outlook in Office 2007 stopped receiving email after April 2014 update installed

After installing the Office 2007 updates for April 2014 yesterday, I stopped receiving email. Email is still going to our server (where I can read it), but is not being delivered to my Outlook account.

TS3276 mail stop receiving emails after os update

Since I updated my mountain lion, my mail stop receiving emails, I still got them on my iphone so i don;t know what's wrong with my mac. my chrome freezes and youtube videos start freezing as well.. there must be something wrong with the update!!

What happened when you took the steps suggested in the support article?

Mail won't quite without "force quite" , Mail stops receiving emails after a while, not happy about MAIL's performance!!!! :(

I have massive problems with Mail.
I use mail at work and have 3 accounts running
1. Mac. mail account
2. Gmail mail account
3. Exchange Server
I have quite a few folders in my accounts where I have to archive my emails to.
Often very often or lets say annoyingly too often mail stops working.
- stops receiving emails
- emails I have put away in folders disapear in my inbox again
- if I try to quite Mail it won't I have to force it and then when I open it again all my emails I was working on open again even so I have sent them already.Also all the emails I have folded away are back in my inbox WHAT A WAIST OF TIME!!
I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT MAILS PERFORMANCE AT THE MOMENT! IT SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK!
Does anyone have the same problems and more importantly does anyone has a solution to this problem other then switching to Outlook???

I have the "stops receiving mail" problem with Exchange. Sometimes I can open up the Activty window in Mail and stop the stuck processes. Other times I have to close then reopen Mail. I usually do the latter. A fix would be nice.
I wonder if your other problems are related to this. The actual process of relocating your messages is maybe queued up behind one of the stuck processes. Just guessing. I have not had that problem.

You can't once you have deleted it from the Trash, I believe. But if you can then see:

How to: if email empty, print by paper?

Hello Gurus,
Using the forum posts, I have implemented sending dunning letters per email.
I want that if the debitor email address is empty then the dunning letter is printed by paper.
I tried modifiyng user exit EXIT_SAPF150D_001 so that if the email address is empty, the output device is set to '1', that is printer: FINAA-NACHA = '1'
So I create a dunning run (F150) as usual, selects the ouput device 'EMAIL' (created for email output)
For customers without email address, there is a spool request created but it does not come out of the printer, it still contains the original output device 'EMAIL'. I don't know if I need more coding in the user exit or...

Email Receiver QPAC - stops receiving emails after a while

Hello,
I have a workflow with the first step being an Email Receiver QPAC. Next I extract out some information to set to variables and then use the Chain QPAC to go to my next workflow and loop back to the Email Receiver (thanks Howard!). It works great immediately after invoking the workflow and I even left it running for one hour and tested it again and it works and received my email properly. So, I left everything running overnight, but now none of my emails are being received. I looked in the process manager and everything in running just fine, so the nothing stalled.
I've been waiting for over 15 minutes now for my Email Receiver to go off and nothing.
Does anyone have insight into what is going on?

Try turning debugging on.
In JBoss, you do this by modifying the log4j.xml in \Adobe\LiveCycle\jboss\server\all\conf
Change the threshold from INFO to DEBUG for the file appender, as shown below:
This will cause the EmailReceiver (as well as a whole lot of other classes) to send debug output to the log file:
\Adobe\LiveCycle\jboss\server\all\log\server.log
You should see some lines in the log file each time the EmailReceiver fires. These should tell you what it's searching for, and might give some insight into what's going wrong.

How 2 send email after connection lost & comes back - without loosing text.

Having problems with ISP connection - not fault of Firefox. When connection is dropped while I am typing an email, yellow message appears at top of email screen advising connection lost & to try again later. Once the connection is regained, there is no obvious way to send the email - screen remains frozen even after connection is regained. End up having to retype email and hope connection holds.

One option would be to compose your emails in a separate program that lets you save locally so you don't have to worry about your internet connection. Options include Microsoft Word or a wide variety of free software such as http://www.libreoffice.org/ . But it's a hassle and interrupts the flow, so definitely not optimal.
In a search on the add-ons site, I did find one that promises to save your form data as you go. The problem is, a lot of webmail sites uses techniques that bypass regular form controls, so this might not work. But, it could be worth a try, or feel free to keep searching.

Stops recieving emails after one day on 5800

Hi have been currently using the Messaging and find it really a great program but after one day my the program will not download any new email via send and receive.
In the connection info there is specified that the last sync is successful but no emails are received.
If from the settings I choose to reset the data I start receiving new emails for about a day or so and the same thing happens again.
I am subscribed to a gmail and yahoo account.
Does anyone has the same problem?

I have a similar problem, sometimes messages sit in the outbox even though it is connected. I send/receive, exit the app, reboot the phone, but they won't send. I've had to reinstall it a few times because it keeps happening.
Generally it's a good app, but what i really would prefer (and i'm disappointed it doesn't seem to be in the new firmware update) is HTML support in the built-in client.

How to recover emails after i deleted the roaming folder

i deleted my roaming folder by mistake and i can't access my emails.
i used a software called crash plan to recover some data and it recovered a folder that has like 5 gb of data and 2 profiles ...but even if i select this folder in server settings i can't see mu old email.
now i only see some old stuff in the sent folder.
Can i somehow recover my emails back?

If you deleted the 'Roaming' folder then you completely deleted all Profiles, all preferences, all mail, all contacts etc etc etc. It's almost as bad as reinstalling an OS from a Thunderbird point of view and for any other non-Windows installed apps.
You could try this info:

Otherwise, You would need to use a backup - assuming you did create a backup of your Profile folder.
If you had an IMAP mail account then all of those emails are stored on the server, so creating a new Profile and IMAP mail account would get all emails on server.
Pop mail accounts would only redownload everything still in the server Inbox.

since updating my software on my ipad-mini this week to ios7.0.2 i can no longer access my mail through the mail icon. when i click the mail icon, i get a welcome to mail message, listing icloud, exhcange, google, yahoo, aol, outlook and other. i clicked google and entered my gmail details, and got a message saying my details are already entered. i did same for yahoo, and got the same message. then i am returned to the welcome to mail page, but cannot get to my email. i have no such problem on my macbook air (running mac os x, version 10.7.5). appreciate any advice. tx
