How to accomplish Torque and velocity control of an axis using NI motion controller

Used torque transducer as a primary feedback. I am able to control the torque. Used Encoder feedback as secondary feedback to control velocity. But when I run the axis at 5 rpm, I observe velocity variations of more than 200 %. What is the nessasary change Should I make to control both Torque, velocity accurately?

Here are a couple of suggestions that might help:
- Tune the PID parameters so that step response will be overdamped
- Increase the PID loop update period
- Reduce the noise on the analog signal coming in. 7350 series controllers are going to be better for this because they have a 16-bit ADC resolution versus 12-bit on the 7340 series.

Images in cells ahs been removed by Apple along with over 90 other features in Pages 5.

Thank you for your reply. My problem is much simpler than you are thinking. As a teacher I prepare sheets with random number generators.
EG. 256 + 389= ______    or         467

On a PC I was able to start a page of A4 with one set and then drag and drop down and across the page.
On my Macbook I can get the numbers in but the lines do not copy. I asked at one of my One to One sessions and it had my 'trainer' stumped. He said he would make enquiries but so far no news. I am using Numbers.
I hope I have explained my 'problem' satisfactorily.

Then there are VNC clients for Mac/PC that also allow you to actually control the other machine, if they aren't in the same room and you just need to check something quick that can be handy, it's kind of slow though for regular use.
The main benefit of partitioning is being able to have different versions of bootable OS on them. You can try out Leopard on a new partition, while keeping your Tiger partition intact, you can have a XP/Vista partition for parallels or BootCamp, etc... other than that drives are pretty much fast enough, having smaller partitions probably won't realize any significant speed ups over searching the whole large drive.

How to I drag and drop from Customize Add On using a Wireless Mouse on a Laptop?

I have been assisting a friend in installing Firefox. I have added Add On, but I cannot drag and drop them into the toolbars on the top. The tiny weenie add on tool bar stinks for those of us who are older and have weakened eyesight. How Can I Drap and Drop into the Toolbars on the Top using a laptop without a mouse?

PS. I also tried drag-and-dropping to Photoshop, and it doesn't work either.
I did more research online, and the more I research this, the more it seems that the LIGHTROOM DRAG AND DROP functionality works on MAC but not on PC...
If it is the case, this would be a major annoyance.
Some people said this feature worked on PC in Windows Vista.
I tried running LR in compatibility more (Vista SP2), but this did not fix the issue.
I am starting to wonder if this is a problem with LR running on WINDOWS x64 systems... (I am running WIN7 x64)

Note Configuring and clearing buffers is a processor-intensive operation on the motion controller that requires the allocation and deallocation of memory. You should configure and clear buffers only when motors are not moving and onboard programs are not running. For example, if you wish to execute three simultaneous contouring operations on axis 1, axis 2, and vector space 1 (with axes 3 and 4), you should first configure all three buffers before starting any of the operations. and i tried to conduct two contouring operation on two vector space. and tried to clear or configuring buffer for one vector when another one is still moving. so that i can start or end the movement at any time i want,and it is ok.no error. but when i tried add a buffer breakpoint output along with each vector movement. the bp doesn't work if the other vector is running . is there anyway to solve this problem.

I think you've misunderstood what the dns attribute is for. The dns attribute returns the hostname of the client accessing your website, not the hostname of the website that linked to your website.
For example, when someone using the Comcast ISP goes to a malicious website at example.com that loads images from your website at www.amigoo.net, the dns attribute will be something like "c-1-2-3-4.ca.comcast.net", not "example.com". ACLs are used for authentication and authorization of clients (not the websites those clients chose to visit), and they don't provide the functionality you're looking for.
If I understand correctly, you want to prevent websites other than amigoo.net from linking to files in your d:/webserver/imat/pics_upload directory. You can achieve this adding the following lines to your obj.conf configuration file:

The Integer type UDF is the answer.
If you have a large amount of values to convert, you might create a new Integer UDF ("UDF_INT"), and use a GlobalChange to move them. Example: where "UDF_NUM" is not equal to " ", "UDF_INT" = "UDF_NUM".
This will put your values in the new field without decimals.

How to accomplish Revenue and Cost forecasting in Oracle?

We are implementing Oracle Rel 11.5.10. and have a specific business requirement for Revenue and Cost Forecasting.
We have Projects integrated with OM using custom extensions (We are not using Project Manufacturing). Revenue is based on scheduled shipment dates and Cost is based on PO Promise Dates. Both Revenue and Cost are forecasted for 2 quarters and are rolled up on revenue category level. When Scheduled shipment date changes it is required to automatically forecast the revenue in the period scheduled ship date falls into. We understand that out of the box functionality does not support roll up of forecast at revenue category level which leads to displaying budgets, commitments and atuals in different lines. Has any one done this in any of there client engagements? Can anyone explain how Revenue and Cost forecasting is done in a High tech Network Equipment manufacturer which usies Projects.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

My understanding is that your entire solution is based on custom proceses.
You might have a program that reads the scheduled shipment date from OM and generate budget lines for revenue.
You might have a program that reads the PO Promise date from Purchasing, and generate budget lines for costs.
You could integrate those sources and generate a new version of forecast every time you need to update your plans in Oracle Projects.

As you mentioned the myRIO encoder counts pulses. These pulses will typically come from some type of encode such as a quadrature encoder.
Look at your encoder datasheet and it should explain how it works (which mode it uses) and the resolution (ie rotation per pulse). If the encoder is attached to a wheel you can use some simple math to determine how many cm the wheel moves per encoder pulse.
Let us know if you have questions about this (please also post more info about your setup such as the encoder, what it's attached to and what you need to measure).

Welcome , I would be happy to provide you with more information about printing with black only on the Photosmart 7510. First, here is how to make sure you are changing the black only settings; In the software program that you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print. (or Command+P)I have put a red box around the drop down in the image below, from this menu you want to choose Paper Type/QualityIn the Paper Type/Quality tab, click Color Options, (usually you have to click the little arrow, again outlined in red on the image)If you want color printouts, make sure that Greyscale is selectedChange the Greyscale mode to Black Ink Only or Black Print Ink Cartridge OnlyClick Print to try the print job again. Next you might want to read about how your ink supplies are used; The following information is from this article; Ink Usage in Inkjet Printers - it discusses several aspects of ink usage with HP printers. Ink is used in a number of ways throughout the inkjet printing process. In general, ink in an ink cartridge is used for printing documents, photographs and other such materials. Some ink, however, must be used to maintain the health of the print head; some ink is residual; and some ink evaporates. Hi, my godson has been using an iPhone 3G as an iPod for music and gaming apps. I want to give him my iPhone 4 (not a 4S) and I have iTunes 11 (registered with my appleID) on my Win8 laptop. I've done a Backup of the 3G and then restored to the 4, the settings and photos "transferred" with the Restore operation, but the apps and music didn't "transfer." How do I backup (all apps and music and photos,etc.--everything on the 3G--to the iPhone 4 using iTunes 11. I think I could have done it easily with older versions of iTunes (with the "Explorer" bar on the left side of iTunes), but I can't seem to figure out how to do it with iTunes 11.
