I am setting value to the binding but its not calling the value change listener..

First Thanks Wayne for your sugegstions and help.
I found part of the solution. I was using the Add methos only. I found I need to add the Dimension name first then I could use the Add for the dimension to add members. I had different impression reading the help file.
Documents["***********.bqy"].Sections["Query2"].Columns.Add("FY_Period");
Documents["***********.bqy"].Sections["Query2"].Columns["FY_Period"].Add("Q2.Apr",bqOLAPSelectorMember,false);
But now the issue is I have both Dimension FY_Period and member Apr is selected in the query statement. I do not need the FY_Period. All I need is the "Apr" member. I am not able to delect the FY_Period programmatically.

A while ago I added javascript to some parts of my PDF around the use of dates and phone numbers, I now have Acrobat 11, and I am at a loss of how to add a new javascript (i cant remember at all) the code I have is

and it does not appear to be working, but if the code is right, then I am guessing I am putting it in the wrong place.
Any help would be awesome.

How to add exiting event listener in javascript

I am trying to figure out how to add an event listener in javascript for the exiting event when the red x is clicked on a Windows window (top right corner).
I found this among adobe documentation, but it does not work:

The code posted above is from page 10 of the "HTML Developer’s Guide for ADOBE AIR (prerelease updated 11/16/2009)".
I am actually exiting the program because I only have one window open and I click on the red x in the top right corner to shut it down... in theory, the example above provided by Adobe, should interrupt the exit sequence by displaying an alert box amd then shut the program down.
Here's the excerpt from the manual...
unload events (for body and frameset objects)
Adobe AIR 1.0 and later
In the top-level frameset or body tag of a window (including the main window of the application), do not use the unload event to respond to the window (or application) being closed. Instead, use exiting event of the NativeApplication object (to detect when an application is closing). Or use the closing event of the NativeWindow object (to detect when a window is closing). For example, the following JavaScript code displays a message ("Goodbye.") when the user closes the application:

Try something like this.

and in the deleteConfirm javascript method, based on the response, call the delete.do action.
If row.id doesn't work, try row.uid.

I've started livecycle development this week, and after going through JP Terry's book can't see how to incorporate sections of javascript into my new forms. I get the objects onto my form, but they have no functionality! Does anyone know where I can read up on this sort of thing?
Is there a dummys guide to livecycle forms?

You don't have the session.
All you have is HTTP.
The only way to communicate from the client to the server is via an HTTP request. The only way to send a value like that is with a parameter.
Using a form with method="submit" as mentioned will pass the parameters without displaying them in the url bar (is that what you wanted?)

I am very new to OA Framework. Can you experts give me some guidance on how to proceed with the following customization?
My requirement is in iprocurement when you open a new cart and check out on "ICX_POR_SHOPPING_CART" there is a Project Field and reference to Charge account. If the users go to charge account (ICX_POR_CHECKOUT_SUMMARY) and enter the segment values ( which includes project segment) and enters a value in project segment other than '000000' with out entering the Project Field on "ICX_POR_SHOPPING_CART" the page should give error.
Please give me some suggestions on how to proceed.

How to add a custom button in WD screen to call a workflow in siebel?

We have a requirement to have a custom button at the summary screen(after the rule execution) "Create Opportunity", on clicking on it a new opportunity record should be created in Siebel. As we know the "Save" link calls "PolicyAutomationSaveSession" inbound web service method and saves the information in session table and we can modify the PreSession and PostSession workflows. But we are not sure how it calls the service method and where is the mapping defined.
Can you please help me on how to add a custom button and how to invoke a workflow in siebel side to implement this requirement?
Also is there any document which can help me to add a custom button in screen and to add the code behind the button?

Closing a Web Determinations window is essentially the same as closing any HTML window. It involves javascript, which you would have to add to the Web Determinations templates.
Essentially the javascript command to close a window is {{window.close}} or {{top.close}}
For timing, you might be able to use the setTimeout function of Javascript (see: http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/met_win_settimeout.asp)
At the risk of exposing exactly how bad my javascript skills are, I have attached a super-simple html fragment, a page that closes itself after 3 seconds. It may help you get started in the right direction. In general closing a window is a fairly dubious activity and is often not permitted by certain browsers. This html page at least works in Internet Explorer.

In my application, in a particular jsp page i had the 3 links namely add.edit and delete. When click on add button, it is pointing to another jsp page where i can enter user details. But what i want now is when i click add button, the form in which we fill the user details should be added to the current page itself dynamically i.e., it should not go to another page when i click add button and that form should be displayed in the current page in a new frame dynamically.
The same should happen when i click n edit or delete options. everything should be diaplayed in the same page in different frames.
Can anyone suggest me about how to add a frame dynamically.

You create a frameset with two frames. One frame you give 100% of the rows and run the JSP in this frame. The other frame you give 0% of the row so that it is hidden. In the JSP you use a JavaScript funtion to submit the form. This function will call the parent frameset to reset the row values to 50%/50% which will make the bottom frame visible and then submit the form request with the bottom frame as teh target.
It is not so much as creating frames as using JavaScript to hide and display frames.

SharePoint 2010 Rest API: How to add attachment to a list item via ListData.svc

I have set up a project using the REST API in c# Visual Studio 2010.
I have added a service reference to the URL //site/_vti_bin/listdata.svc/
I can query the list and get back data, but I can't retrieve the attachments.
I can write data to the list, but I can't add attachments.
Are there any examples of how to add or retrieve attachments using the REST API services.
