How to add/invite users to your admin console
I have read the FAQ regarding this but there is no option to invite users under the 'Admin Users' section as it states in the FAQ. I have WebBasics plan but it states I am allowed to have up to 3 users yet there is no way for me to invite these users. Also if I can not add any users is it possible to change my email for this account as I actually made the website for a client.

The option should be located within the admin panel via Site settings -> admin users -> invite.
If you are not seeing this please provide the site so we can investigate.

I've run into an issue with an older OS X Server 10.1.4 running on a G4 platform. It functions as a shared file repository and I need to add new users. However, it would appear that I've developed a problem.
When trying to add new users I get the following error:
An error occurred in the Users & Groups module in entry point "RACMMenuItemSelected".
A program error has occurred.

Now, my best guess is it's a corruption somewhere. But, I don't want to go poking around the production server taking it down and up until I've got some idea where I'm going. Any suggestions on where my troubles might be? Or has anyone had this issue before, and how was it corrected? (Hopefully not by a full software reload.)
I'd like to replace/upgrade this server, but until there's money in the budget, that's just a dream, I need to try to figure out how to fix what's here.
Help, please?
PowerBook G4 17 Mac OS X (10.3.9) 1.5G RAMNo answer was found for this issue. I've finally removed the server from production and will likely reformat and reinstall for use in other production areas. Hopefully we'll be upgrading the OS at the same time.

How to add a user to an existing group????
Can't seem to find how to add a user to an existing group (staff). I am trying to share data (rw) between my admin account (root) and a development user. On any other UNIX system I would just add the user name in the /etc/group file & logout/login in. It don't work here!

mtOS X doesn't use /etc/groups. This file is present but does nothing AFAIK.
Leopard uses directory services to handle groups and users.
membership in groups with GID>500 can be handled from GUI in system preferences->accounts. other groups can be handled from terminal with dscl (directory services command line). do man dscl for details.
to add a user to a group you'd do
sudo dscl . append /groups/groupname GroupMembership username
However, there should be no need to do it with "staff". every user with an account on your computer is a member of staff by default. -

You can actually add multiple users to a role using transaction SU01. From SU01, use the menu Environment->Mass Changes.
Here you can manually add the users, select them by address or authorisation data. Once you have your user list, you can then add or remove roles and/or profiles.
Secondly , You can use SU10 to do mass changes to multiple users including role assignments per logical systems

I deployed code from dev environment in to Test environment using deployment manager in OIM and also completed metadata import using weblogic metadataimport utility.Then when itried to search for users in OIM admin console. I am getting the following error.

Creating users via the admin console
Hi,
I'm trying to create a user via the admin console. The user will have to
authenticate via Membership, and will require a username and password.
However, when creating the user via the admin console it does not allow you
to specify a default password (or by using the command line 'ipsadmin create
user /domain/user.xml', unless there is some XML field specified in the file
to do that? If so, what is it? Specify an attribute in the
"iwtAuthMembership-password"?) After creating a user via the console, I
tried logging in using a blank password and a password the same as the
username, but neither worked. Is this password set as default to something,
and if so to what?
Also, is there some existing means for a user who has already created a
membership account to change their password? If not, then I guess I will
have to develop some code to modify the "iwtAuthMembership-password"
attribute.

After you have created the user via the console, then the user will be added to a particular role.From the console go that particular domain and then to the role under which the user was created.Then select the Users link you can see the users list.From that list select the user for whom a password is needed,then it will lead you to a screen where you can see a link named Authentication.Expand that link and click on the Membership link there you can enter the username and password for the user -

The solution proposed by Sakthi will work if you want to give to all this account the same level of security.
Once you're in the "Add User", the AD filter will show all accounts. Just select all of them and choose team / task profile .. etc in next screens.
Maybe you could create seperate domain group like BPC Admins, BPC Users.. and so on. And create customized filter for each of them. So when you add your users, just select the right AD filter and give to them the right set of security parameters.

How to add new user status in Solman

I wanted to add a new user status in Solman.i have added one new user status " reopen" . but when i checed it is showing as "no status".
I have also checked the table TJ30T, in this table we have 2 entry for all other user status one is in english and one is in german.
Please let me know how to add entry in this table or is there any other ways to add new user status in solman.

Explain the scenario where you want to create a new user status?
General remark:
Creation of new user status can be for 2 cases: Whether you want the status to show up in the status field or you want to only use the status to search corrections and the status is displayed in "Further Statuses" tab.
If you want to use the new user status for searching the corrections and this user status will be manually set, then you need to create the status in CRMBS02 transaction without specifying any status numbers.
Then the new status will be available in "Further statuses" tab and you need to manually set or unset the status.
If you need your user status to reflect in the status field then you've perform the following actions in SPRO:
1. Create Authorization key for the new status
2. Create the new status with status number and order of visibility; assign the authorization key to the status
3. Create the action which will set the status
4. Add the action in the action profile
5. Write the schedule condition required
These steps are on a high level. Hope this helps you to decide.
