How to apply 11.5.10.2 HRMS FAMILY PACK K release 3

Hi
Please let me know the patch number for 11.5.10.2 HRMS FAMILY PACK K release 3, Is it "11i.HR_PF.K.DELTA.3 -- 6699770"?
I checked for the installed patches in fnd_product_installations table I found 11i.PER.N is installed for Human Resources , 11i.HRI.F
for Human Resources Intelligence and 11i.GHR.J for US Federal Human Resources.
There is no patch level like 11i.HR_PF.
Can I directly apply the above patch directly to my system.
Please help me.

IRecruitment mandatory patch for 11i - HRMS Family Pack K RUP4

Hi,
Is there any way to confirm if the HRMS Family Pack K RUP4(7666111) includes the irecruitment patch set, IRC.E.RUP2(6208000) ?
The readme of the patches HRMS Family Pack K RUP2, HRMS Family Pack K RUP3 and HRMS Family Pack K RUP4 does not mention patchset IRC.E.RUP2.

It is not included -- You can confirm that yourself by searching for (Patch 6208000) in the "Patches & Updates" tab, and you will find that this patch is not included in any other patch/patchset.

What version of Oracle Applications you are running on?
It looks like the patch failed when attempting to run the employment verification function. Did you apply all pre-req. patches before applying this family pack?

Do we have to upgrade HRMS 11.5.10.2 Family Pack I to Family Pack K?

Hi,
Just a really quick question. Do we need to do a HRMS upgrade from 11.5.10.2 Family Pack I to Family Pack K to get isetup working? Our DBA has identified through analyzing the recommended patches (for 11.5.10.2) that this is a pre-requisite. We really want to try and minimise testing\effort in getting isetup working.. can we avoid applying some patches? is there an alternative? or do we need to be on family pack K and apply all the recommended patches?

Well I really want to know if we have to apply the patch 5201280 which has the prequisite of being on Family pack K.. Can we skip this patch?
The README file of Patch 5201280 says you need to have (Patch 3333633 - Oracle HRMS Family Pack J) applied as a pre-req. (NOT Family pack K).

Macbook pro system running slow - etrecheck shows issues - any idea how to apply fixes?

Hi I normally consider myself pretty web savvy but I'm totally lost on what to do here. This computer has been running slow since I got it, but the harddrive went sideways recently. Adding some RAM would help. Even though you haven't restarted for 4+ days, this is a little high. The 2 places I’ve seen recommended most to buy reliable RAM are below. I have purchased RAM several times from Other World Computing and have always been very satisfied with the product and service. They have on-line instructions on how to replace the RAM. OWC has also tested RAM above what Apple states is the maximum. I now have 6GB installed on a machine supposedly limited to 4 GB.

We're deploying new Dell pc's.
Unfortunately we have a large existing install base of Office Home and Business in the field due to customers buying Office bundled on Dell machines. Buying Open License Outlook licenses is more cost effective than upgrading to Office Pro Plus for all
these users and is our preferred path. We aren’t sure how to apply these Open License Outlook licenses since the Home and Business installations work off a single license key for all the applications

Isn't the Office bundled on Dell machines already activated?
If it's the OEM version that has been installed on the machines and you want to use retail product keys to activate the Office, it's not possible. You will need to uninstall the OEM version and install the retail version.

How to apply album cover picture to all songs on cd not just one at a time?

i found agreat website with free cd covers for my songs that will show up in the corner of my ipod. but i can figure out how to apply the picture to all the songs in an alubm an dnot just one, i can only drag the picture into the box in itunes one by one.

How to Apply a Newly Created Access Policy on Existing Users in OIM?
When the rule is getting failed the user is getting removed from the group but resource is not getting revoked. This is happening only for the old uses..for the users which i created now it working fine..i mean its resource is getting revoked.
(Retrofit access policy" is checked on the Access Policyand Revoke if not longer applied is checked.)
For the old users i see the POl_Key is null, for new users i see a value '10'. So i updated the pol_key for old users same as it got generated for new users '10'.
i even updated the form version too but still revoke doesn't work.
I cant go for the below approach..
In order to apply a newly created Access Policy on existing users, one has to make sure that:
1) "Retrofit access policy" is checked on the Access Policy.
2) Then run the "Set User Provisioned Date" Schedule task to apply the Access Policy on the existing users in OIM.
Note: After 9.1.0.1 BP03 the access policy execution has been moved to a new scheduled task "Evaluate User Policies" as mentioned inDocument 839368.1 :How to Use Access Policies to Provision with Groups.
Is there any other approach i can try.. if you have any idea please reply me asap

We decided to try the Schedule task (Set User Provisioned Date).
But i see one problem here after seeing this post in metalik --> Can Access Policies Manage The Life-cycle Of Users Created via Reconciliation? [ID 1136540.1]
According to this post Access Policies framework does not manage users who are obtained either through trusted reconciliation or target reconciliation.
Is there any custom way to achieve this??
How does the access policy framework revoke resource work? (revoke if no longer applies)??

I need install the PatchSet 7 in the iAS Server 1.0.2.2.2 (concrectly at the Forms Server Service).
I had stopped all services of Oracle, and had applied the patch. But the services of Forms and Reports is missing after.
Any idea.
How to appplies the patch?

How to apply a Character Style that's already been made in a template document?

First of all I'd like to thank everyone that helps. I'm a complete beginner at scripting and appreciate all your help.
I'm basically using GREP expressions to find patterns in a document and apply a Character Style which has already been made. This Character style was not made using script, but just in InDesign when making and setting up the template.

This is how I currently have it. I will manually define the changes to the text. The problem is, each template uses a different set of fonts and not all of them use Bold e.g. Sabon can use CE Bold.
I would like to learn how to apply a Character Style and have tried looking around but nothing seems to work.

Walk through it one line at a time using the readLine method and if the item is not there then write it to a new file. When you get to the item you want to delete just don't write it out.
