How to capture files in MVC 4 Action Filter ?

Hi,
I have three buttons and one submit button in my MVC web page. On click of each of those buttons i send a file to server and i want the files to be captured in an action filter and when when i finally submit the form i want those files to be binded
to the model object .
How to preserve the prior send files in action filter?

I am creating a web based application and I am using webutil package for al lot of my work being that I ma working with renamin,deleting and uploading files for a users machine to the database. There is one functionality thing that I have to do in this application that webutil does not take care of and that is capturing the modification date and time from a file on the users machine. Since webutil allows you to write file on client PC directory, then you first create a directive file, then host that directive file. the directive file content is just the command lines when you manually do it on PC.

How to capture files in a directory

I would like to use LabVIEW be able to browse to a desired directory and click a button that would grab all filenames of VIs in that directory (and subdirectories if a checkbox is selected) and place all those filenames into an array. I know how to do portions of this, but I'm not sure how to grab all the filenames. Can anyone offer suggestions?

The listbox function is perfect for this. If you have either 0 or more items or 1 or more items as the Selection Mode, then it will return an array that you can use with the Index Array function and the Item Names property node to get the selected values.

How to capture the selected values of the filter?

Hi Everybody
I have created a dashboard using a 4 column filter. It all works well - no problem.
I now need to enhance the functionality of the dashboard which needs the selected values of each of the parameters of the filter. As far as I know, the selections of the fiilter columns are not "Inserted In" any cell, only the data values of the corresponding row not including the filter columns are inserted in the "Inserted In" row, is there a way to capture the values of the filter column selections in some cells on the spreadsheet?
An early response from you all shall be highly valued.
Also, does anyone know which is the current equivalent version of Xcelsius to the old Xcelsius Workgroup version. This Xcelsius Workgroup version supported the "XML Integration Dynamic Refresh" wherein you didn't have to reinserted the updated Excel spreadsheet into Xcelsius have an updated dashboard - as long as the corresponding XML files were updated with the latest data, the exported dashboard would refresh.

I have a conditional filter defined at Universe level
Wen this is used for Running Query using web Intelligence, It is asking for a prompt. That is cool and fine
Now my Question is that , I was unable to capture the prompt value being passed while running the Query .
For this object I am passing the values at universe Designer(3.1 SP5)
I would like to capture those prompts, I am not getting the same when I use UserResponse Function
Please Help me on this

How to load several transformation files with a single action

Hi everybody,
We are loading data from BI cube into BPC cube. We are working on SAP BPC 7.0 version and we have designed several transformation files in order to load each key figure we need.
Now, we want to load all the transformation files executing only one action. Which one is the best way to do it?
We thought that it would be possible to build a single process chain, where we would call the target cube and all the transformation files. In this way, the administrator only has to execute once a package that would execute the process chain. We don't want the administrator to execute several times a package looking for the different transformation files.
How can we do it? Is there any example or document related to it?
Any idea out there?

Can you please let me know on how to Capture the File Names of any extension(EG : xls,text,.csv etc) at a time and stores in excel file using SSIS?

If you need to act differently on each file type separately or if not all types of files are wanted, i.e. the Filespecifier cannot be *.* in the Foreach loop:
In the ssis package
make 3 variables:
to store the file extension, e.g. User::CurrentExtension of type string
to store the filename found in the directory: @CurrentFilename
to store the name of the directory where the files reside e.g. User::CurrentDirectory
make a foreach loop of type Foreach Item enumerator:
in the items list you add each file extension that you need
txt
csv
xls
xlsx
As Variable mappings map the CurrentExtension to Index 0
Inside this foreach loop add another foreach loop of type Foreach File enumerator, in the collection Expressions
add Expression Directory , set to @[User::CurrentDirecotry]
add Expression FileSpec, set to "*." + @[User::CurrentFileExtension]
In the Variable mappings, map Variable user::CurrentFilename to Index 0
Inside this loop use Execute SQL Task to insert the filename in a Excel connection.

How do I add time/date stamp to my screen capture file names?

I'm on mac osx.
I'm trying to add time/date stamp to my screen capture file names. (at the moment it's just 'Picture 1' etc..)
I've tried the following command in terminal but have not had success. please help!!

Multiple context mode, how to download the packet capture file

Hi guys,
Is there a way to download the packet capture file from a specific context? I know that I used to use https://<ASA_IP>/admin/capture/<capture> to download it if it is just one context.
The ASA uses mgmt 0/0 for management and it is connected in a separate OOB network. Only this network has TFTP servers for uploading the capture file. The context in question is in transparent mode. Its IP doesn't have access to any TFTP server.

Here are the steps:
1. First, you have a signature capture tool. Most of the phones come with their own signature capture tools. For example, for Pocket PC - you can go to the MSDN site and then download the capture program.
2. The captured signature should then be stored as an JGP/ PDF/ or any version.
3. In your mobile application, you have to convert this file into binary format. This must be uploaded to the mobile middleware
In the mobile middleware, you must ensure that attachments are enabled. You can refer to this [link |https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/wiki?ath=/display/mobile/createapplicationsusingBinaryMemoandTextMemoinNetweaverMobile+7.1] for actions that you must do in the middleware and in the back-end.

FCP captured files showing as Unix Executable

I know there's been a bit of discussion about this problem but I wanted to see if someone could shed a bit more light on my situation. For the past few years we've been doing all our video capturing (using FCP 5.1.4 capturing in HDV) and editing on a PowerMac G5 running 10.4. Once finished with a project it would get packaged to a larger Dell file server. When we upgraded to a new imac and FCP 7 all of our projects mov files were showing up as Unix Executable. I tried chmod -x but it didn't really solve the problem. What does work is this:
1. Transfer an entire project from the dell file server to my PowerMac G5.
2. Connect to the PowerMac G5 from my Core i5 iMac through network.
3. The project movie files from the G5 show up normally in the finder of my i5.
4. Connect to dell file server from my i5.
5. Transfer files from the G5 to the dell file server via my i5.
6. Files show up properly from the dell server on my i5.
Now this is all well and good cause it seems to work. The problem is we have thousands of files and terabytes of projects. Obviously OS X is just changing something small in the file about how it reads it. Is there a way I could alter this directly on the dell server without having to transfer all my files in the way described above?

Looks like I may have fixed my own problem. FCP never used to put an mov extension on any of it's captured files. Simply putting it on seems to have fixed the problem. Still really doesn't explain why the previous method worked, but it's a lot easier making an automator action to put extensions on than transferring terabytes of data.
