How to change the defualt work directory

I am using tomcat 6
I have to use the work directory as D:/projects/jsp1.
Currently it is /webapps/

Currently used defualt <tomcat home>/webapps folder for deploying archives to Installed Tomcat container
i.e getFileHandler().append(getContainer().getConfiguration().getHome(), "webapps").
This folder is specified in <home>/conf/server.xml under host tag there is attribute appBase and cargo should be able to get the directory from this configuration file.
      <Host name="localhost" debug="0" appBase="webapps"
       unpackWARs="true" autoDeploy="true">Change to ur Folder and try, Be Carefull while Modifying Configurations...

    We keep ours under C:\Program Files\SAP.  To do this we modified the system variable SAP_LOGON_INI_FILE to reflect the path we wanted it to be.  We did this by inserting the registry entry under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Enviroment when it is installed.

  • How to change the main work center and  work center of each operation when generating work order by maintenance plan

    Dear experts,
    I face a problem that system get main work center from equipment master data as a default main work center in maintenance plan when creating maintenance plan. however, if main work center in equipment is changed later, the change will not synchronize to related maintenance plan. if work order is generated from maintenance plan, main work order in order is defaulted from maintenance plan instead of updated work center in equipment.
    another problem is that, for those orders generated by maintenance plan, the work centers in  operations is defaulted from task list in maintenance plan. in most case, work center in task list is dummy. Actually the work is done by work center in equipment master data.
    My expectation is how to auto replace the main work center and work center of operations in work order with the one in equipment master data if order is generated by maintenance plan? is there any standard configuration or enhancement/BADi that can help with this requirement?

    Sorry - development is the only way.
    Another option is to create a batch program that runs before your IP30 run(s) and updates any maintenance items and task lists with the correct work centres.

    I am a bit behind on the hardware (iPad 1) but only recently discovered the accessability options such as VoiceOver. When I gave the language rotors a go, after going around once it said "default language; Australian English." I do not see any point in this, because:
    1. This iPad was not bought in Australia nor New Zealand
    2. I live in New Zealand (although I can grudgingly understand NZ English doesn't have its own option)
    3. Everything is set around UK English.
    I've been searching Google and Apple support threads about this, but it seems only I am troubled with this. Does anyone know how to change that?
    If I spoke honestly, I just don't like the voice and would rather not have it!

    I know that not too long ago I was able to change the default value that OSX uses to determine if the startup disk is almost full (5 GB?). For the life of me, I can't remember how I did that. I do know that it was a simple process--no terminal, no Unix, just a simple dialog box somewhere.
    Can anyone remind me how to make this adjustment?

    There is no such parameter built-in to OS X. You must have been using some third-party disk monitoring utility.

    You must add your own background object, and then make it Black.
    Insert > Shape > Rectangle
    In the Wrap Inspector, set to Floating.
    In the Graphic Inspector, set Stroke to None and set Fill to Black.
    Grab the corners of the document and stretch the document to cover the entire page.
    Back in the Wrap Inspector select "In Background".
    Format > Advanced > Move Object to Section Master.

I updated my address in Contacts to no avail. I am having the same problem on my iPhone. It also struggles with my work address: I work at number 80 on my street, in suite 7C, and iCal interprets the data as 7C (Street), showing me on the map several blocks below my actual office.

    I found these files are generated in the following operation;
    1.Log in BI Publisher.
    2.Select the Schedules tab.
    I think they are kind of temp files so we will be able to delete them.
    But I'd like to know how to change the output directory.
    Can we change the above directory to other path?

    Why? As that may invalidate support since you configure/alter the deployment.
    The location is specified in oc4j_bi\j2ee\home\applications\xmlpserver\xmlpserver.war, so you could go into the war file and alter it.

    I recently purchased a new iMac and migrated account info from my MacBook Pro.  I happened to use random account name during migration without knowing it will not be easy to change the short name (account name?) and home directory name.  As a result, I am now having extremely confusing short name and home directory name on my new iMac.
    I did online search to find out how to change the two names, but I could only found somethig like "enabiling root user and....."  I have no idea what it was talking about and I don't want to take risk altering such advance set up manually.
    Please advice how I can change the short name and home directory name safely without much PC knowledge.

    There are a few ways of doing this. The easiest method is logging into the first account and copying everything to an external drive (or flash drive or whatever), which changes the permissions so that others can see the files.
    Then, login with the new account and copy the files over. Once they are copied, the correct permissions will be applied again (so other people on your computer can't access them).
    If you can't do this method for one reason or other, you can do some terminal commands to change the ownership of the files. Login to the new account. If it is an admin account, open terminal and type the following command:
    sudo chown -R -v yourusername:admin /Users/originalaccountnamehere
    That should change the ownership of the files from your old account to the new one. At that point, you can simply drag the files into place.
