How to code a ps3 question game in flash 3.0?

i am looking to make a simple ps3 game in actionscript 3.0. what i am aiming to do is, have scores for player one and player 2, I would also like to have the option to add players if at all possible up to say 6 players. I would also like to have say 1000 questions about movie trivia only appear in random order and wont re appear for the rest of a game once asked. for the next part i will use an example. Lets say player one is asked a question and gets it wrong player 2 answers the question and gets it right. how would I go about making player one get no points and player 2 get say 100 points? If say 2 players are playing and one gets it wrong and the other gets it worong or right the computer will reveal in a green highlight what is the right answer. I know I probably wont get all my answers solved i realize this is a complex thing to code i just cant find tutorials or answers anywhere on coding actionscript 3.0 for a ps3 game. and how to basis of a game like this is created.

You aren't likely to get any of your questions answered for the reasons you already identified, and I imagine you would not find a tutorial for something as complex as what you are prusuong.. You need to learn how to design with Flash, and a forum is not a place where you are going to get that kind of help. If you have code and/or a design issue that you need help with then that's where a forum might be of use to you.

First off.. Flash 5 is like.. Ancient. Dude. Seriously, thats
more than
3 versions ago, and there have been major major changes
since.
However, I'll give it a try..
First off, there has to be some kind of an event that kicks
it off. I
would build something into the score system that would
trigger this.
For example.

jumpToNextLevel();
So, somewhere in your game a variable keeps the score.. if
your game
runs the updateScore function once in a while, if it hits
more than
2000, it triggers a new function called jumpToNextLevel.
In the jumpToNextLevel, you would have to do more functions
like
pauseTheGame(), and such..
In general.. break it down to small pieces of what you want
to do. Each
function would do a series of things.. Then when your going
though your
game, you call each function as needed.

1. You want to create a new Function Module in SE37. you will have to refer to the <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/d1/801e9a454211d189710000e8322d00/frameset.htm">Function Builder</a> tutorial for that.
2. You want to use an existing function module in your program. In the code of your program in SE38, click the button <i>Pattern</i>. On the pop-up, give the name of the function module that you wish to use in your program.

Game Center is just simply used for what you are seeing, leaderboards and stats between your friends and yourself.
To launch an app, first download it from the app store, then just tap the icon on the home screen when it is done downloading!!!

It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

How do I create quiz question in reflow? There is form element but how am I going to get the value of the radio button or the text entry?

You can design the quiz in Reflow but you'll need to code up some sever side code to collect the data and reports for your quiz. If you don't want to write the code you could look at Muse or an online service like typeform or some elearning solution.

I have a similar issue. I have the CS4 Design Premium with all updates on an iMac running 10.6. All Adobe apps work except for Flash 10.0.2.566. All apps worked perfectly under 10.5. Within seconds of loading a file or clicking 'New' Flash terminates generating an Apple crash report (see exerpt below) - not an Adobe crash report.

apart from the links provided by others , if your above statement means that you might have to use Eclipse at times in place of NWDS, then I would suggest you to have a build process independent of Eclipse. NWDS makes use of SAP specific plugins which recognizes your SAP sepcific files like application-j2ee-engine.xml and ejb-j2ee-engine.xml and you see them differently inside NWDS. So to have a better project setup
1. At least create the whole project (EJB / EAR) once in NWDS.
2. Export it and then import inside Eclipse.
3. Make changes and have a build script may be based on ANT to build your project and create EAR out of it.
4. Deploy using SDM.

First, please forgive if I don't use programming terminology correctly, I am a beginner with no background in informatics.
My question will be a general one: What is the good approach to code complicated conditions?
I have a good example to start with which is actually a concrete task that I need to do in my small application:
TODO: Shorten/abbreviate a person's full name to fit in to a 16 characters.
For example: Johnathan Necromancer --> J Necromancer
There are many possibilities how to do it based on the length of the first, last and middle names and there is an order of preference for these solutions.
So if possible abbreviate only the first name like above; if it's still too long then then leave the space out, and so on. These would be the preferences demonstrated with examples:
1. J L Smith
2. JL Smith
3. JLSmith
4. John Languely S
5. John Lang B S
6. John L S
7. JohnLS

How to code it? With nested if -s or with if-else blocks or in an other way?
First I did it with nested if -s, but it was kind of mess after a while, so the most straightforward way for me was to do it as follows:
