How to code in the URL to have a default show up in the search section.

Hi All,
I have a query in CRM-PCUI. Do anyone know how to code in the URL to have a default show up in the search section. I do not want to set it in the settings since it needs to be changed for each search criteria each time. Or if this can be defaulted using a view how would that be done?

No that is unfortunately not what i want but to pass with the URL any parameter so that i can get the Show drop down to have a default show up in the search section.

Unfortunately the only way I can think to achieve this involves the use of "UI Scripting". The other previous posters have given you the preferred method you should consider using. If you want to script iTunes so that you visually see the search take place in iTunes you'll need to use the method shown in the script I've posted below.

I have same macbook air and i am assuming ou mean when its in fullscreen? well go to the top and the top bar should come down and you should see a blue icon with two little arrows facing towards eachother. Click it and it should minimize then click the little red x. done!

How do I switch the Search Bar back to the previous version?

Using the newest update of Firefox has given me a new searchbar, one where I can't switch search engines quickly, instead having to go into a menu to do so. This is detrimental to me since I use the search suggestions of each search engine I have installed. I cannot do that anymore. How do I switch the search bar back to the previous version?

Blueprint shouldn't use entire lines of code as the search string.

If I have the editor open on some MXML code, and a range of characters is selected in the editor, then invoking Blueprint uses the selected text as the search string. This seems like the right thing to do.
However, if there is NO text selected, Blueprint uses an entire line of code as the search string (whatever line the insertion point happens to be in). I my experience this is almost always wrong, because (a) most lines of code e.g. "}" or "allPanels[1] = new LayersPanel();" or "private var allPanels : Dictionary = new Dictionary(); do not usually produce very useful search results, and (b) because these strings clutter up the search history.

Easiest way to change the search is to install 3rd party freeware Inquisitor. After installing it, restart Safari. Go to Safari Preferences. Click on the arrow at the far end of the menu panel. You'll see an hour-glass icon. Click on it to open the Inquisitor panel. Click on the search engine drop-down menu and select your preferred search engine.

You can drag the attachment collumn from settings and sort on that collumn

Sometime Bing is not located in the Add/Remove programs section of the control panel.
6 Easy Steps to Remove Bing from Mozilla Firefox:

I've added [http://www.yourdictionary.com/ YourDictionary] to my search bar. When I put in a word (e.g., minutiae) and press [Enter], the address bar shows, http://www.yourdictionary.com/search?ydQ=minutiae and, the default search word "search" is shown on the YourDictionary page which appears, ''not ''my desired search word. When I put in my desired word in the search field on YourDictionary's page, the address bar shows, http://www.yourdictionary.com/minutiae So, it appears that FF search bar is sending the wrong code. And guess what, the behavior was the same. I was a bit confused.
I tried shutting down and restarting FireFox and then my computer. My tabs were saved. Still the same behavior. So, I kept the YourDictionary.xml on my clipboard, removed it from the search box, closed firefox, saved the xml to the search plugin subdirectory of the profile directory, closed my notepad, restarted firefox and . . . . tadaaaa ''it worked.'' How do I delete the search bar in a new tab window so that I can have nine tiles instead of only six?

I used to get nine tiles when I opened a new tab. All of a sudden I only get six with a search bar at the top. All attempts to delete the search bar have failed. I have tried changing the rows and columns in about:config, and I learned about using Ctrl/scroll to shrink the tiles to allow more on the screen. That is a hassle compared to what used to happen. Is there any way to get rid of the search bar, or is there any way to get the nine shrunken tiles to come up when I click on a new tab rather than have to scroll? Thanks for your help.

How do I delete the search feature from the bookmarks section (left side of the window when open)? Just the search feature in bookmarks.

I don't know if it's always been there, but there is a search box now at the top of my Bookmarks toolbar that opens on the left side of my window. When the Bookmarks toolbar is open the first thing is Bookmarks and the X to close bookmarks. Just below that is a search box. I don't have a lot of bookmarks and don't want the search box. You can find toolbar buttons to open the bookmarks (star) and the history (clock) in the sidebar in the toolbar palette and drag them on a toolbar.<br />
There are two bookmark buttons with a star in the Customize window.<br />
One star button has a drop marker that open a Bookmark menu (you may not see the drop marker in the Customize window).<br />
The other star button without the drop marker opens the bookmarks in the sidebar.

How do I remove the search bar that continues to reappear no matter how many times I manually remove it?

For a short while now the search bar has been appearing on my Firefox browser. I don't want it there and removing it using the 'custom' settings when I click in a blank area in my browser does not work, it keeps coming back along with the 'bookmarks' button.

Seems that may have worked and that's great, thank you. But now I have another problem which seems to be as persistent as the search bar has been.
Now when I edit the bar and position of the buttons some of those buttons disappear when I click Ok in the customization, but reappear when I reopen the customization settings.
Why is that? When I put a space in between some of the buttons the buttons near the space will disappear and leave a blank space where it should be.
I'm beginning to be rather annoyed with this Firefox Beta to say the least and am considering returning to the version before it. Whatever I do now as far as customizing is concerned of the toolbar is reset every time I reopen Firefox. The buttons are no longer where I had set them up, the address bar is stretched to it's maximum, the Menu Bar is back the far left edge, buttons are missing that I had put there, and buttons I had removed are returned.
:| I know it may seem insignificant to some people but it annoys the crap out of me. I understand this is a beta and if there is no solution then I perhaps will use the earlier version for a while.
