How to confirm the var/mobile/...../Document folder is in the archive package

I'm a newbie, so I'm not sure I am saying this correctly, so bear with me.  I recently uploaded my app to itunes Connect and was "Ready for sale" a few days ago.  When it appeared in the App Store I purchased it to see how it looks.  I noticed that the information contained in my database, that I didn't want updated appeared correctly.  However, the information I wanted updated did not appear.  I suspect that maybe I didn't archive the var/mobile/....../Documents folder.  How can I verify that I did? and if I did why didn't it appear?  Thanks in advance for any help or insight you can share.

The problem is the Questions are not showing up in the view of the copy I sent to iTunes Connect that was sent to the App Store..
The following is the source code from the viewcontroller.m to display the question.  The app works fine in xcode 4,  iPhone 6.1 Simulator, my iPhone device, and iPad 6.1 Simulator.  It also works on a remote iPhone device.
