How to control screnario return code

Can I control the return code of called screnario? In called screnario, even both case run successfully, I still want to return different code for each case so the calling screnario can go to different direction by using ok or ko.

Last Value will not work for that unless you create one variable to each package and the same package can't be started in parallel.
Another solution is create a work table for that (like a C$ and I%) use the mother session as PK, pass the session mother as parameter to the scenario and insert the value at this table.

I have created a transaction Iview and i am calling transaction SE16 to which i am passing application parameter as the table name which i want to see.Now i am getting the SE16 screen with the table name successfully passed on to the input field. But i want the Iview to process this screen also so that i dont have to press enter to see the next screen. i want this iview to process the SE16 screen directly and show me the next screen. I need to use those values in a package.
So how do i retrieve those value and use in a variable..?
In which table, i find this value?

Yes, reference the Java API package oracle.odi.domain.runtime.session - this package contains classes for managing Oracle Data Integrator Sessions and related objects.
In this package is the java class OdiSessionStepLog which has the method getReturnCode() which will do the same as the earlier substitution variable example

How do you execute return code 4 in transformations?

In previous BI versions, you can skip an update of a field by returning a return code 4. How is this done now using the OO programing in 2004s?

The logic still remains the same, yet you have to distinguish between key fields (previously characteristics in InfoCubes or key fields in ODS Objects) and non-key fields (previously key figures and data fields in ODS Objects).
Non-Key fields (conditional update):
Raise exception CX_RSROUT_SKIP_VALUE
==> Value is initialized (same behavior as RETURNCODE <> 0 in previous releases).
Raise exception CX_RSROUT_SKIP_RECORD
==> Skip record (new feature).
Key fields:
Raise CX_RSROUT_SKIP_RECORD und CX_RSROUT_SKIP_VALUE ==> both skip the record.

Can I control the return code of called screnario?
IN the scenario "AAA" (=package) i have different path with ko/ok. I would like to choose a specific return code for each ko path. Is it possible ?

I debug the follow code, when I press button No, return code is 0, but OpenXLSFile(ResultXSLName); executed, why?
the result is whether I press YES or NO, the if condition will be true
how to compare the return code?

Does WWV_QBE_PROC.EXEC has a RETURN CODE?

When I insert a row into a table using a procedure which is submited via WWV_QBE_PROC.EXEC, I want to know whether it has been processed successfully or not (in order to display different web pages). Does anybody know of how to get a return code from this procedure? If there are return codes, where can I find what they mean?

By using CallableStatement and a bind variable. Look at the javadocs for CallableStatement.
Alternatively, just code the stored proc to return a result set, which contains a single row and a single value.

you can check it out in STMS
wht you can do is:
Run Tcode STMS > Overview imports (F5) > you will find all import queues > then click on the import queue in which u want to see the status of transport (DEV , QAS , PRD )
then find out the transport no > click on that > then click on logs or press ( ctrl + f4)
If the Return Code is higher than 0012 then it says that a critical error has occurred, probably not caused by the contents of the request. You must inform your system administrator.

My SAP System environment as follow
SAP Product : SAP NetWeaver 04
Operating System : Windows 2003 32 bit
SAP Database : MS SQL 2005 32 bit
I have installed SAP NetWeaver 04 system with system copy option. I have installed Application server & Database server on different physical server. App server : SSC2PAS3SFWBW and Database Server : SSC2PAS3SFSQW1.
After SAP NetWeaver 04 installation with system copy I have done TMS configuration with virtual system for a test, It is working fine but while releasing request form SFD system (Development system) it get error “Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0200. Message no. TK094”
I have reconfigured the TMS and check but it can’t help. TR gets release and import with OS level but at SAP level it gets error.

Transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0200

Hi Gurus,
Please help, we have a fresh system copy of our prod. I already configure new domain controller with one virtual system. it was meant for 2 system lanscape. PRD -> VIR. The problem now is everytime we try to release a config it shows an error
"Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0200"
System error shows that calling "C:\>tp EXPCHK BWPK900060 pf=
SCWOSAPBW3\sapmnt\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_BWP.PFL -Dtransdir=
SCWOSAPBW3\sapmnt\trans" Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed.
But doing it in OS level it has no issues
C:\>tp EXPCHK BWPK900060 pf=\\SCWOSAPBW3\sapmnt\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_BWP.PFL -Dtr

This is tp version 340.16.63 (release 640)
createinfo succeeded
Buffer check succeeded
tp finished with return code: 0
meaning:
Everything OK
STMS are all ok connection test, transport directory test and transport tool test.
Kindly help me to resolve issue.
OS platform is windows 2003, Netweaver 04 640, MSSQL2005.

Error: Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0208
in STMS what are the steps to fallow to just back up the code.
Any Solutions is Greatly Appreciable...

Hi,
a)If your system is UNIX check /usr/sap/trans is mounted or not?
b)After configuring TMS did you save and activate?that can be one reason.
c)tp might be corrupted.u need to upgrade your tp. (or you can upgrade to the latest kernel)

However as suggested by NIbu, you should restart the server once before doing any other checks
