I want to have a linkbutton instead of label on the title of a titlewindow or panel. How can I convert their title into a clickable link, any ideas?

I tried to convert a pdf file into word but it is not fully editable. I can edit the title from the main page and that's it. The rest of the word document is saved as image. I tried editing teh pdf file but that one is not working either.

Thank youNot all PDF files are created equal. When a PDF file is created with Adobe Tools it is usually "tagged" with information about the fonts the images, the layout etc... This way when the PDF is saved to a new format like PPT or DOC then the results are usually usable. However, if you have a PDF file that was not tagged for some reason then run the Accessibility tools on the PDF to acquire some basic tagging. This may get you a better result. Also if you have a PDF that is an image, then you may want to run OCR on it.

How to convert CLOB to BLOB with SQL Developer migration wizard?
Hi,
According to our requirement, we need to only migrate data from SQL Server 2008 to Oracle 11. I use the SQL Developer 3.0.04 migration wizard to do it.
I do migration from SQL Server (database name: SCDS41P2) to Oracle (User name: HCDS41P2).
My migration steps are as below: (I need to modify the target schema, so I add the steps 2) and step 3) )
1) Do migration by SQL Developer migration wizard;
2) Remove the Converted Database Objects node from migration project;
3) Re-do convert by SQL Developer migration wizard (contains changing the target schema);
When do step 1), the DBO_SCDS41P2 user is created automatically. CLOBTOBLOB_SQLDEVELOPER procedure is also created in this user.
I continued to run step 2) and step 3) with online mode. And find the table data which contains BLOB column can be moved into the target table. But from the Logging Page, I can't see the other detailed error info, so that I can't check which tables don't move data successfully.
Could you please tell me where the detail log file (e.g. contains every table's migration status) is if I use the online mode?
Additional, If I use offline mode to do step 3), I found the CLOB data can't be converted into BLOB automatically. Because in the load script (that is oracle_ctl.bat), only copy the source data to the CLOB column. After copy, it don't deal with the converting from CLOB to BLOB.
So could you please tell me how to convert CLOB to BLOB with offline mode?

For your first question about logging - after the migration there will be an entry in the right hand panel for the migration project. If you open this there are various fields that give information about the status of each part of the migration. Does this give you the information you need ?
For the second problem about offline moving blob data have a look at the SQL*Developer documentation -

which describes the problem and how to get round it.

Are you refering to the front panel logging option? The actual binary format is going to depend on what controls and indicators you have on the front panel and their data types. There is an example of using the file i/o functions to read one of these files in chapter 14 of the user manual. The problem you'll have if you write a program to read a log file is that every time you add or delete a control/indicator, you'll have to rewrite your program and then you'll be unable to read older log files. You'd be better off writing your own log routines. Then you would control the binary format. There are shipping examples that you can look at for fbinary file storage.

I don't know what color models WBMP supports, but that's not much to sing about!
You should find out if this limitation is in the wbmp image writer or in the wbmp format itself. -

I have compiled this file to a class file.
This is where is I saved my file
C:\JavaCard\java_card_kit-2_2\samples\src\com\sun\javacard\samples\WalletApp\WalletApp.java.
But I don't really understand how to convert the class file.
May I know what is this for?

My external unique id is too long, more then 30 characters.
How to convert it to 30 characters using sql?You should find another extranal system id in order to mantain uniqueness, but you could also use the name field (that supports 50 characters), but it deppends of which entity you are using.
Which is the entity? and...if the only way to insert data is by web services the you could use more than one field to verify uniqueness since you can query more than one field at the time.

How to convert Web app into a channel?
To whom it may concern,
Does anyone know how to convert a Web app into a channel inside the Portal server 6.0?
I developed the web app and tried to create a provider and a channel for it, but the Portal server did not recognize the WEB-INF folder and give me errors saying that it couldn't locate the class files.
I also have a problem with URL inside my jsp page (channel).
For example, I have two jsp pages:
/etc/opt/SUNWps/desktop/default/MyCustomProvider/test1.jsp
/etc/opt/SUNWps/desktop/default/MyCustomProvider/test2.jsp
and when I try to put a link from test1.jsp to test2.jsp using
... and make a channel based on test1.jsp. The channel will display the link as "http://mydomain/portal/test2.jsp" and result in "Error: page not found". I want the link to point to
/etc/opt/SUNWps/desktop/default/MyCustomProvider/test2.jsp
To summarize my questions,
1) Where should the web app be located in the Portal server?
2) How to make a link inside one jsp page (channel) to point to another page inside the same folder?

I just tried to solve my problem with your suggestions, unfortunately, my JSP channel still doesn't work :(
The portal server keeps reporting "Server Error..." when I tried to add query at the end of the href.
