How to Copy content of a sap tranparent table to another table

Hi ,
I have created a transparent table ZUSR02A copy of USR02 trought se11.
How can I copy the entire record content of USR02 table into ZUSR02A table trought an abap program?

DATA: T_ZUSR02A TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF ZUSR02A.
SELECT * FROM USR02 INTO TABLE T_ZUSR02A.
INSERT ZUSR02A FROM TABLE T_ZUSR02A.
U can also use the command MODIFY instead of INSERT

How to copy contents of ASA 5510 to another ASA 5510?

Hello,
I want to copy contents of 1 ASA 5510 to another 5510.
Both ASA has same license.
-I tried to connect to 2nd ASA via console cable
-Went to "Conf t" and copied config of 1st ASA. [ using paste tab from Hyper Terminal ]
- used commands like copy running config disk0:/startup.config.cfg
- also used write memory all , wr mem commands
- But after reboot config was gone.
As of now I have ASA 8.3.x version in both ASA's.
How can I save config to 2nd ASA via Hyper Terminal?

I am trying to save basic config.
Basic config also not getting saved.
Steps followed as follows :-
- Given private IP to eth 0/1
- no shut
- speed auto
- wr
- exit
- wr
- exit
- hostname asasec
- wr
- reload
After reload firewall is not saving configuration.

How to copy a node from one dom document to another?

I have one dom document that I have to split up into multiple dom documents. I am able to get the inividual nodes that I want to put into seperate documents.
My problem occurs when I create a new dom document and try to add the node from the parent document. I get an exception saying (copied from api: WRONG_DOCUMENT_ERR: Raised if newChild was created from a different document than the one that created this node. )
How can I make it so that I can copy a node from one document and add it to another.

Have you checked out the API called importNode in the DOM Document. It lets you move nodes between different documents.
This api lets you simply copy the existing node from one document into another. without creating any new nodes for it.
I have done a small example please have a look.

I have unlocked the sub task of the dummy TR , how can the contents of this sub task be copied to the actual TR's subtask.

Go to SE01
Request -> Create ->Choose Transport of Copies->Enter description->Click Include Object button (Ctrl+F11)->
Choose Object list from request->Enter Request Number which contains object(s) you want to copy.

How ever, I have a problem on creating my first BC Sets. Should I creat a BC Sets as my template via copy existing customizing data? I seen some existing BC Sets which arenot I want. We implemented big5 modules for some company codes. I want to copy one of them as my BC Sets template. I won't create it manually because I worried about I will miss some data if I select these data one by one. I cannot find out a Full-BC Sets template contains all customizing data. Could you please give me some guide. I cannot ensure my understanding of BC Sets. Please correct it if I have wrong idea.

I'm afraid there is no standard functionality for copy paste in ALV.
You would need to develop something to achieve that - a button for example.

There are probably many ways to achieve what you´re looking for. It heavily depends on several factors, which solution turns out to be the best for you. You should take into account security, data integrity and sensitivty, business context and system architecture, among others.
First of all though, you should specify wheter you want to access the SAP table for unidirectional read access only, or if you have the requirement to also update data in any SAP table (are you talking about a SAP standard table or a customer Z-table?)
If you´re looking for a straight forward solution for read-only access, you can create a custom Z* RFC-enabled function module that reads out your SAP table and returns the values to your calling application. You could also use the WebServices interfaces of your SAP WebApplicationServer, depending on your release level. Furthermore, kindly check, if there are standard BAPI´s available that contain the data you need in their return parameters.
Of course, you also could directly interface on a DBMS level between MS access and your underlying SAP DB, but most likely such a solution will never be supported in any productive environment, and for good reason. So you should look into one of the other options mentioned.
I´ll gladly provide more detail about any of the mentioned approaches, but would like to have a little more input about your requirements before, so the optimal solutions can be found.

I want to select an item of a sap.ui.table.Table by finding the right item and selecting it.
Take the example at this SDK page:

You have first name and last name. I want to select "Mo Lester". While there is a function called setSelectedIndex, there is no function for setSelectedItem.
I have to search the items of the table for a required entry and select it (like clicking on it).
Is there a way to do this (programatically)?
I'm using aggregation binding with a JSON model.

How can I directly update a SAP screen table control with values?

I have a need to update a table control on a standard SAP screen with values. Here's the scenario: The user will come into a standard SAP transaction (IQS2-change notification) and click on an action button which calls a function module. That function module will determine what needs to be added to the SAP screen table control (add additional task rows). When the function module returns with the row data to be added to table control, I would like to set those values as if the user input directly. The table control is located on it's separate tab (TASKS) in the transaction. I cannot find any user exists or BADI's for this transaction to allow me to affect the TASKS tab table control for this GUI. I'm trying to prevent from having to make a custom modification. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks.

How to copy and paste a multi-page table of contents?

Hi everyone.
I have a large document with a Table Of Contents extending over two pages. I'd like to copy the entire TOC then paste it into a new Pages document.
I have been able to copy the TOC however when I try to paste it into a new blank Word Processing pages document the following Error message appears: "The table of contents is empty because none of the paragraph styles selected in the Document Inspector are used in the document."
I can paste it into a blank Page Layout pages document however it pastes it into a text box with only one page of the TOC in it. Even if the new Page Layout document has two pages and I extend the text box over the two pages only one page of the TOC is copied into the new Page Layout document. At the moment the only work-around I can do is to take a screen shot of each individual page of the TOC and paste them individually into a new pages document. I have tried exporting the entire original document to a plain text file however all the formating is lost (obviously). I have also tried exporting the entire original document to a Word document (.doc) however it won't let me copy the multi-page TOC and paste it into a new Word document.
Is there any way to successfully copy a multi-page table of contents to a new Pages document?

How does one export individual pages from a Pages document?
I've also tried to copy the TOC section from the document thumbnail however I can't figure out how to select multiple pages in the document thumbnails. It only allows me to select one at a time. Furthermore, when I do select a single page from the thumbnail section and attempt to drag and drop it into the the thumbnail section of the second document it picks up the whole document and wont allow me to move it from the thumbnail section of the original document.
Shift click to select multiple pages, and I did say Copy and Paste, not drag and drop.

I use a G4 QuickSilver 2002; run Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard. I would like to copy the contents of one old hard drive to the main hard drive. How do I do it? I tried using Disk Utility, but didn't know what to next once the Disk Utility folder appeared. Enclosed please find picture of DU. I'm trying to copy disk named Hard Disk to WD1200 Boot Drive.

Alll the Disk Utility can do is clone an entire drive. In the process the Destination drive is erased. Is that the result you want? If so do this:
Clone using Restore Option of Disk Utility
1. Open Disk Utility in the Utilities folder.
2. Select the destination volume from the left side list.
3. Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
4. Select the destination volume from the left side list and drag
it to the Destination entry field.
5. Select the source volume from the left side list and drag it to
the Source entry field.
6. Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
Destination means the external backup drive. Source means the internal startup drive.
If you want to copy files to the Destination without erasing the Destination, then you can do that using Drag and Drop. Select the files you wish to copy and drag them to the Destination drive. Note, that if the Destination is a boot drive, then be sure you only drag your files and data - no system files.
