How to copy the payload from onMessage Activity in BPEL interface

Hi All,
how to copy the payload from onMessage Activity in BPEL interface when it is there at the starting of the process and when clicking on the OnMessage Activity
i'm able to see the View XML Document link. By Clicking on View XML Document Payload is getting opened for me but at this point i'm not able to copy the payload and more over the scroll bar is also not there.
When i'm saving it as .xml i'm able to see the payload but not in an xml format.
When trying the payload in SOAPUI it's not getting reformatted.
How can we solve the issue.

The input payload can be seen from "Audit Trail" tab and "Flow" tab of any BPEL instance. The XML shown in "Flow" tab are not rightly formatted XMLs and you may not able to copy them "as is" to a text editor. But, the XML shown in "Audit Trail" should be in the right XML format and you should be able to click on any audit trail entry and copy the XML payload to a text editor. soapUI should also be able to format such XMLs without any issue. Just make sure that you don't overwrite soap header/body section when pasting to soapUI request.

Hi,
since you posted this question in the DB2 forum I assume that you are using a DB2 database for your SAP system.
To access a table from a legacy ORACLE database you may use the DBSL multiconnect feature. I.e. you open a secondary connecction in the SAP system to your ORALE database. You can then ready the data from the ORACLE database into an ABAP internal table and insert it afterwards into the DB2 table on the main connection.
Another way to access an ORACLE table from a DB2 database is to use the DB2 federated database feature. This requires a little bit more DB2 skill. With this feature you can make the ORACLE table visible within the DB2 database. To copy data you can then simply use a "INSERT ... SELECT" statement.

How to Copy the PLD from one database to another

i have designed the PLD for Purchase Order, i want to copy the particular PLD into another Database.
i tried to copy the PLD from one database to another through copy express.. i copied the PLD sucessfully. But the problem is,it copies all PLD's from one database to another. i want only the Purchaseorder PLD has to be copied in to another database.any body can help me in this regard.

you will get Insert scripts of A1 and A2 tables .After that You 'll Replace A1 to RDOC and A2 to RITM.
So that you can RUN this SQL srcipts any where (In any Database)
but First u have to run sp_generate_inserts Storeprocedure(from websites) .

How to join the results from 2 webservices using BPEL?Architecture question

I am new to BPEL. BPEL process calls two webservices, which return complex results. I need to process the results from 2 webservices using BPEL .The result will be a complex xml, join/merge of previous results.
What is the best practice to do it with BPEL?
I see three ways:
1.To do the processing (join/ merge) inside the BPEL process itself and return complex xml.
2.Develop auxiliary webservice in java. Auxiliary webservice will do the processing (join/merge). Call this webservice from BPEL process.
3.Do a plain concatenation of the two XMLs in BPEL and forward it to the frontend. Frontend then will do all the logic on its side

you could process the XMLs one at a time, and use XSL transformations to process the payload to a target schema.
Activity 1:
output from webservice1 -> transform 1 -> partial XML (of target schema)
Activity 2:
output from webservice2 -> transform 2 -> completed XML (of target schema)

You can't copy data from one version to another version after Upgrade.
What is your system/landscape scenarios? Did you upgrade 3x to BI 7 on same system or different system?
If same system - data is there after upgrade also. Just migrate and test.
If different system and you did not do a system copy, you need to load data again.
Talk to your basis guy and aks how tghey upgraded.

Can you try doing it in two steps?
1. Downloading file to a shared folder path
2. Uploading file from path to SQLServer using bulk options like OPENROWSET...BULK

What does " copy to another user" mean?
You can attach the variant to a Transport through prog. RSTRANSP and move to subsequent systems.

Getting the payload from a faulted process

I'm using the fault framework and I need to know how to get the payload from the faulted process. I have a custom java logger that uses the locator API, but I'm finding out that this will only work if the process has been persisted to the dehydration store. Is there another way to get the payload? I know I can use checkpoint/wait within the bpel process to force dehydration but I'm looking for another alternative

The problem is the cube instance table has not been populated yet for the instance. So from a faulted instance that has NOT been dehydrated to cube instance, how will I get to the invoke_message table, or how will I get the payload from the faulted instance.
I'm able to get the document fine when the cube_instance table is populated, my problem is sometimes the instance has not been dehydrated and cube_instance is not available. So from a faulted instance how will I get to the invoke_message table without using the cube_instance table

Copy the data from first line while dynamically adding a new line in table

Hi,
1. There is a table
2. An add button adds a new line to the table using 'AddInstance'
3. A record is entered in the first line
4. When the add button is clicked it adds a new line and along with it copies the data entered in the first line
My question is how to copy the data from the first line and show it in the new line added. This is required so that user can use most of the common values in the first line.
