How to create a multiple VLAN or xenbr in oracle vm

hi,
i have a server which has a 1 nic card.hence having 1 xenbr i.e.xenbr0
now my requriement is to create multiple vlan or xenbr into the system.so instead of 1 xenbr i can have many xenbr's & all my guest vm's are in differernt subnets.
i have trunked the network port from switch side
i refered below url but still not working..

To create a new brigde and use it in your hosts you can try this
brctl addbr xenbrX
ip link set xenbrX up
brctl addif xenbrX ethY
ifup ethY
you have created a new bridge with the number "X" on interface "Y" ... now all you have to do is configure you guests to use this new configuration:
vif = ['
type=ioemu,
bridge=xenbrX'

Please make your question more clear . Also mention the reports version.
1) If you are runnning reports in Unix, you can give
.... destype=file desformat=pdf desname=<filename>
in command line

then the answer is that you can use pluggable destination "ftp"

I am able to create a linked server to Oracle in SQL.. But I do not know the steps to create a linked server too SQL in Oracle.

There are 2 products in Oracle you can use to link to a MS SQl Server. The first one is for free and it is called Database Gateway for ODBC. With a suitable 3rd party ODBC driver you can connect to any foreign database. The second gateway is our commercial gateway and it is called Oracle Database Gateway for MS SQL Server. It is designed for MS SQl Server connections and more powerful then Dg4ODBC. It know how to map a lot of Oracle functions to SQL Server equivalents and you can also use it to directly call SQL Server procedures or functions. This dedicated SQL server gateway is also able to participate in distributed transactions.
But again, this is a commercial gateway and you have to purchase a license for that second gateway, the Database Gateway for MS SQl Server.

I have one requirement to be completed , i need to send the out put of the report via mail in pdf format. for that what i did was, iam executing report in background and creating spool request and converting it to pdf and sending the file.
now the problem is, its a customer ledger report, for each customer i need to create a new spool request and send mail to that particular customer, now my dought is how to create multiple spool requests for a single pro and how i need to go about it.
And one more question is can we create a spool request for a report which is running in online.

How to create a multiple line label?

Hi,
I need to set a multiple line label. If I enter the following code:
strTitle = "<html><body>The first line, ";
strTitle = strTitle + "the second line.</body></html>";
jLabelTitle.setText( strTitle );
I can see a two line label. However, with such code, if I go to the UI editor for that frame, the jdev immediately crashed. I am using jdev 9i_902. If I go to UI editor for any other frames without such code, everything is fine, no problem at all.
Can anybody explain why? Is there other way to create a multiple line label?

Harvey - I have reproduced this in the production and the latest build. I have logged bug 2446385 but have found a work around. If
you code:
strTitle = "<html><body>The first line, "+"the second line.</body></html>";
jLabel1.setText(strTitle);
It seems to work ok.

How to create a dedicated-server session (to a oracle database)

Hello!
I've installed Oracle SQL Developer (Rel.: 2.1.1.64.45) and Oracle Instant Client (Rel.: 11.1.0.7), my Client is configured to enable connections using tnsnames.ora or host-/easy-naming (sqlnet.ora-entry: NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (TNSNAMES, HOSTNAME)).
Regardless how I configure a database-connection in SQL Developer, I allways "only" get a shared-server connection (even when using a tnsnames.ora-entry with "...(SERVER = DEDICATED)...").
SQL Developer (any release) in combination with ("fat") client 9.2.0.7 (using tnsnames.ora) creates dedicated-server sessions as wanted.
Is there any setting in SQL Developer which dis- and/or enables dedicated-server sessions or is this a feature/problem of Instant Client 11.1.0.7?
Any ideas and/or suggestions?
(Additional Info: There is no difference in this behavior according to the connected database, I work with databases 9.2.0.7, 10.2.0.3, 10.2.0.4, 11.1.0.6 and 11.2.0.1)

There is a link you should find useful, it's the Getting Started link under the Migration section. This explains how to download and setup the drivers you need to correct to non-Oracle databases. There are also links to online demonstrations on how to create connections to these databases. See how you go with that material.

I went and edit the look up codes for look up type 'PO TYPE' by navigating to set up --> purchasing --> Lookup Codes. But from UI, I'm not able to edit the page. So I wanted to know, does Oracle allows the user to create a custom PO type? If so, how do i create such one?

Sorry, but making single PDF from many smartforms is not what I want to achieve. I wold like to know how to get one PDF document made by ALC-forms.
In my example I have many PDF documents. So, how to get (or put) them all in one PDF?

How do I Configure Multiple VLANs on a SG 200-18?

I am having problems accomplishing these tasks with my new SG 200-18.
All assistance is appreciated.
I have a LinkSys WRT54G2 connected to port 1.
I would like ports 2-8 to be in one VLAN with access to the Internet and to be able to share their printers, hard drives, etc. with other computers on ports 2-8.
I would like each of ports 9-16 to be on a separate VLAN with access only to the Internet and no other ports on the switch.
I would like to be able to manage the switch from any of the ports 2-8.
After I create the VLAN 1009 (see screenshot below), port 9 can browse the Internet and cannot see the other ports on the switch which is correct.
However, ports 2-8 can no longer access the switch at 192.168.1.20 in order to manage the switch.

Well first you want to make sure you are running latest firmware 1.1.1.8 I do believe
Next either console into the switch or you can turn on SSH/Telnet under Web gui (Security••àTCP/UDP services and make sure SSH/Telent is enabled)
Now we configure the switch via Cli
We need to enter global configuration mode.
Configure Terminal
(next add our vlans)
Vlan database
Vlan 10
Vlan 20
Vlan 30
Exit
(you can run show command to see your vlans)
do show vlan
(Now configure the port how you would like)
Interface GE1
Switchport mode access (this is making Gigabit port 1 an access port)
Switchport access vlan 20 (this command is changing access port vlan from 1 to 20)
(less configure a trunk port)
Interface GE2
Switchport mode trunk (this makes port 2 for trunking)
(Now less add our Vlans)
Switchport trunk native vlan 1
Switchport trunk allowed vlan add 10,20,30
Exit global configuration
(Use this command to copy your settings to startup)
Copy running-config startup-config

I see you have a WRT54G router which i don't think support vlans unless you have 3rd party OS installed.
So currently is the SG300 swtich operating in layer 2 or layer 3 , guessing this is why you choose to move up to 300 series switch?
If the switch is not in layer 3 mode but in layer2 when setting it to layer3 the switch will default all pervious settings.
If the switch is set in layer 3 mode you might have forgot your default route
(Command setting default route)
configure terminal
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1 being address of your WRT54G)
Now you would need to set up ACL's to deny and allow what traffic you wanted to filter on the SG300
Also reading your post we would need you to call into support center SBSC @ 1-866-606-1866
This way we could get a better idea of your current configuration and assist with fixing or finding a solution for you.

you need to write your own driver. you will need to write a HID miniport. from that one miniport you can describe as many HIDs as you want. you can write the HID miniport driver in UMDF if you want to stay in user mode.
the namespace you link to above will not create HIDs and the normal rules about not allowing you to open a keyboard or mouse HID from user mode still applies.

How do i create more than ONE, "Unit of Measures - for a perticular Service" in a Product Category/Group ?
AC01/AC02/AC03 would allow me to add "BASE UOM", but cant add more than one UOM for that service.
Can we have one-to-many relation between Services & UOM ? if not, how is it done in SRM-MM ??
