Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to create a new folder within the video folder in media. I can easily create new folders within the pictures folder but not in videos.....Why??? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,
I think you can try two things : the soft reboot, and if it does not work, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can't lose data with these two reboots.
Soft reboot :
1) Hit the three following keys at the same time :
- Alt
- Right Shift
- Delete
2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.
Hard reboot :
1) your Blackberry device is on
2) remove the battery and wait for a minute
3) Put the battery back
4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

Have a look at the function group SFTP. Use function module ftp_command to create the directory sending the mkdir command.

I am creating users using the following within my application using this syntax

The default workspace for the user is set as blanks. I would like to set it to be the default workspace as per the current logged in user.

The subject of the post is "How to create Default Schema from within the application".
But your question asks how to set the "default workspace" for a newly created user.
Those are different questions and not the ones I think you need answered.
Let me answer this question "How can you set the default schema for an account when creating the account and set it to the same value used for the default schema attribute of the administrator account used to authenticate to the currently running application?".
In the apex_util.create_user call use named parameter notation and fetch the information about the currently logged-in user first, e.g.,declare

Using triggers like this will record who made an update or delete to the database and record the row before it was changed.
Note that this method might not be suitable for very high transaction rates.
You will need to 'clear' these history tables as part of routine maintenance.

How to create a new folder with a different name everyday

Hello everybody,
I have another question if you don't mind. But first thank you again to V.K and red menace for helping me with the my previous post.
This is actually the same project, I just keep on seeing new obstacles when I'm almost done.
Below is my workflow. My workflow is exporting a quicktime movie to a folder in our server.
What I need to do at the end is to move the exported file into a folder but a folder needs to be created and it has to change at about midnight everyday.
For example today the file will go to Server>Client folder>File folder named 09-04-2008
Then the next day, I need to put the new exported files to Server>Client folder>File folder named 09-05-2008.
First, how can I create a sequential named folders and second how can I tell Automator to put the files in the right folders. This process is a 24 hour process.

3) Get Specified movie ( I guess Filter finder items and choose .mov will work too)
4) Quicktime Export (exporting it to the Exported Folder)
5) Get Specified Finder Items (Pointing to File folder to get to the original file)

7) Filter Finder Items (choose .mov)
8) Move Finder Items ( pointing to Archive Folder to move the original file)

It doesn't look like there is an easy way to do this. The sort and filter actions don't let you use variables, and I haven't found any actions that will alter a list. Making a text file with the name of the newest folder seems kind of clunky, but it is an option.
What I was thinking about was an action that would take the first item in a list - then you could get your backup folders, sort by creation date, and just take the top one in the list (the newest one). Hmmm - this should be fairly straight-forward, so maybe I'll write an action
In the mean time, give the Run AppleScript action in the following workflow a try.
Tested workflow:
1) Ask for Finder Items (Type: Folders)
2) Get Folder Contents
3) Sort Finder Items (by creation date in ascending order)
4) Run AppleScript (the following script)

There seem to be a number of options to do this.
Right click on an existing folder.
Use the + labelled new folder
Use Ctrl+ Shift+E
However although boxes "create new folder" open a new folder is not created.
I have done this in the past with no problem but it seems to have stopped working. I have tried the usual things loging off and back on and trying different browsers.

How to create a new "tab" in the Library?

Ok I know how to add, change and create playlists but I can't see how to do the to the library.
My issue is... I have some music clips (mpeg4) which I've sync'd to my Ipod Video and are located in the "movies" tab (both in iTunes and on the iPod). I also have a heap of language lessons which are mpeg4 aswell, what this means is the too are put in the "movie" tab and therefore means my Thai lessons and music clips are all mixed in together.
Is there anyway around this??

You can create ordinary or smart playlists which contain video. You can then access them from the playlist. On your iPod you have to go to the video section and then access the playlist.

You have to:
-Tx(PFCG)
-Select the role that you want to create a folder
-Go to "Folder Tabsheet"
-Create your folder
-Save
-Open your workbook
-Save the Workbook into this role in the corresponding folder.

UWL Help - How can i create my own task within the Enterprise Portal

I am currently working with UWL .
I have tried the customization and those stuffs associated with UWL , and it is working properly.
My current issue is , how can create my own task within the Portal ( not using Ad Hoc Workflow , which is present in Portal) ?.
If i can create my own task within portal by API or using another method , then How can i add that task link within the drop down box that is present in the Collaboration launch pad and Mytask Workset.?
Is there any API regarding UWL (which is useful for creation of custom tasks in Portal using Developer Studio by means of Portal Application Creation) ?
How can i add that custom task in the drop down ?.
I have tried the customization of existing UWL.
I shall be grateful to those who can help me to solve this issue with links regarding the solution of my problem's.
