2)     Query- copy ‘ZXT_MXXX_QYYY’ as head start

So can I Get this feild to Query Designer
2.     CC /WBS/IO on ITyyyy--?
I know dataflow .they come from infotype IT yyyy
Program name MPyyyy00 and  3 different fields.
So how can I Get cc/wbs to Query Designer?
Can anyone suggests steps to do it plz..

Check the<b> ZXT_MXXX</b>  multiproivder is based on what all infoproviders..
Check in your infoproviders..for this <b>CC /WBS/IO</b>field..
If it is avialable in the underlying infoproviders, it should be available for your reporting on multiprovider..

    Use Parted Magic. But you *should* backup any important files just in case, regardless of method you use. You never know. Someone could unplug your computer, a power surge might happen, etc. A cousin of mine actually did something similar while I was gaming, the extension cord has a red button which he "accidentally" pressed. I would've cracked his skull had he done it while resizing a partition.
    Anyway, the partitioning scheme should be the first thing you do when you decide go this route (dual booting). I remember about a year ago I forced myself to use Linux by formatting the entire drive to ext4, except for the 2 GB + 20 GB ntfs partitions. It was what kick-started me on this path. Here's my partitioning scheme for both computers, maybe you'll get an idea and do something similar:
    Older computer:
    2 GB ntfs - MicroXP
    8 GB ext4 - Arch Linux + Home dir (to keep the dot files organized in one place)
    20 GB ntfs - games partition
    Rest is for media, formatted as ext3 with inode 128 (so it can be loaded as Read-Only in Windows too via Ext2fsd so they won't be affected in case of a virus infection)
    New computer:
    20 GB Windows 7
    10 GB Arch Linux + home dir
    50 GB games partition
    Rest of the space is ext4 mounted to /media
    Note that they're all primary partitions for remembering easier (sda1, sda2, sda3, sda4) instead of a combination of primary and extended which would probably look like sda1, sda5, sda6, sda7, etc.

  • How to create iSCSI target using the entire drive?

    This sounds silly, but after setting up the DL4100 in RAID 5, I could not assign the entire 11.89TB to an iSCSI target... Only integer numbers seem to be the valid input. And the only choice of TB or GB offered no help because I could not enter: 11890 GB either?! What am I missing?

    Here's my take: 4TB x4 in RAID 5 = 11.89TB but via iSCSI creation will result in 0.89TB unallocable to iSCSI due to the GUI disabling non-interger values (ie: no decimal points). That is 890GB of storage that is supposedly used for firmware upgrades, logs, etc?! 
    Snooping around I noticed that the validation is only performed via javascript and a quick re-POST to the unit of the params can trigger modification/creation of a non-integer iSCSI volume sizes. Please note that you can only grow volume sizes and not shrink them! Below is a walk-thru of how to do this:
    Disclaimer: *WARNING: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK*
    1) Create the iSCSI volume as per normal but at the integer value less than what you intend (eg: if you wanted 1.5TB, create 1TB) then wait for the iSCSI volume to be created.
    2) Use a web browser with debugging turned on and capturing traffic. For my example I am using Firefox and hit F12 to fire up the debug tool. Pick "Network" and you will see Firefox start picking up all traffic to the DL4100.
    3) Go into the iSCSI volume and choose "Details" to modify it. Put the current size as the modified size and click "Apply". Look in the list of messages to locate a POST message "iscsi_mgr.cgi" that has a Request body with a "size" parameter and select that to be resent.
     4) In this copy of the same message, look in Request Body and the list of parameters being passed back to the unit. You should find one of the parameters called "size". This value is sent to the unit in GB... Change the value to a GB value that you desire (eg: 1TB would appear as "1000", so you can change it to "1500" for 1.5TB) and then re-POST this POST message back to the unit.
    5) Wait for the update to transact and verify that your iSCSI volume has indeed been resized to a "non-Integer" TB value.
    That's it! I hope this helps others who have been trapped by this limitation. Please be mindfull not to allocate all your dive space since as Bill_S has mentioned, some space is required by the system for its own housekeeping operations.

    I have a MAC Pro in my test set up. is there any way to create a bridge in between the two given Gigabyte ports and control the bandwidth for the device connected to Ethernet-2 while getting the internet connection from Ethernet-1.

    I believe you can manually set the bit rate for the second Ethernet port when it is operating as Ethernet Sharing (essentially turning that port into a limited Router).
    There are no standard tools in Mac OS X for inspecting the packets there, but there may be tools available for networking developers/troubleshooters to do that.
    When that feature is enabled, the port appears from your Mac to have a "self-assigned" IP Address -- a semi random Address in the 169.254.xxx.yyy range. From the connected devices, it will appear to have a legitimate private Router Address, often 192.168.1.1

    Hi,
    Go to se93 and select the create button.
    You will then be asked to writed down the tcode of your choice then create a short text for that tcode.
    Select the 2nd option button w/c is the "Program and Selection Screen (report transaction)." Press enter.
    Then key in the program name and the variant you saved in the program.
    When transporting to Prod, Save the variant there as well.
    If you placed "DEFAULT" in the creation of tcode, you should also save "DEFAULT" variant in production

  • Unable to create new query using query manager

    Hi friends,
    I have been trying to create a query using query manager for couple of hours but still not able to.I am following the instructions given in oracle Peopletools 8.52 : Peoplesoft query
    Chapter - creating new queries.
    Below are the steps I am going through to create new query:
    Step - I open the component Reporting Tools-> Query->Query Manager , I don't get the tabbed pages one for search an existing query and another for create new query.

    Step 2 - When I click on create new query link, I am redirected to a page where it asks for record name to add in the query. But, even this page is not displayed as how it supposed to be

    Step 3 - Following the above step, when I click on Person record to add into my query I am asked to select the fields that I want to display in the output.
    But I somehow do not get the proper tabbed pages where individual pages are there to add the attributes to complete the query like adding multiple records, fields, query, expressions, prompt...etc

    I am neither able to select multiple records in my query nor able to customize my query to get the desired results.
    Below is the query that I want to create using query manager:

    As I cannot access your screenshot by the blocking of company firewall rules.
    I'm guessing currently you are using PT 8.52.00 version, correct?
    This should be a bug, that you need to apply the 8.52.0X patch, not sure which patch fix this, you can apply the latest one to solve this issue for no tab page of query manager. (PT 8.52.06)

    then i have to trace the modification in the grid in one internal table...

    Would just like to ask how to create a validation for the project coding mask wherein the WBS elements hierarchy will be checked against the template saved. For example,
    project coding mask is XXXX-XXXXX-XX-X-X-X-00-X
    mother WBS should be XXXX-XXXXX-X and lower level WBS would be XXXX-XXXXX-XX.
    The validation should not allow a mother WBS to be XXXX-XXXXX-XX.
    How can we go about this?

    You can use validation with the combination of the level and the coding mask.
    In the validation:
    Pre requisite: WBS level = 1
    Validation: Prps-posid = prps-posid :1-12:
    Message : Error
    If required you can give the parameters for your detail error message.
