Hi Prateek,
I Did the Things Which is Presented By Michal in This Blog.
But When I Executed RZ70 With My Gateway Service as "sapgw01" And the Gateway Host As "Server Host Name".
I Got the Error When I Click on "start Data Collection" After Execution of the Program As Follows
"Used RFC destination :SLD_NUC"
"RFC call failed : Error opening an RFC connection"
"Batch job not scheduled"
All Other Are Success Like Data Collection ......
Please let me Know What to Do Now...

How to call custom themes for Web Dynpro ABAP Application?

I need to change the appearance of Web Dynpro ABAP application. So far I followed below steps,
1.     Created theme folder u2018testngou2019 (SE80->MIME Repositoty -> SAP->PUBLIC->BC->UR->nw5->themes -> u2018testngou2019 ).
2.     used program BSP_UPDATE_MIMEREPOS to dowmloaod content of u2018sap_tradeshowu2019 (SE80->MIME Repositoty -> SAP->PUBLIC->BC->UR->nw5->themes -> sap_tradeshowu2019) to desktop.
3.     Modified the themes using Eclipse Theme Editor.
4.     used program BSP_UPDATE_MIMEREPOS to upload modified themes to MIME repository u2018testngou2019 (SE80->MIME Repositoty -> SAP->PUBLIC->BC->UR->nw5->themes -> u2018testngou2019) .
My current URL is like http://server.name:XXXX/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf_a_startpage_int_cand?sap-client=XXX.
Now I want to know how custom themes called for Web Dynpro ABAP Application.
Is my approach correct?

Hi Naddy,
What you used is one way and even I failed when tried that method,
Instead go to SE38 - WD_THEMES - and you need to upload the zip file and you need to follow a folder structure.
it is case sensitive, atleast the zip file.
Make a zip file by name "Project.zip" -
Create a Folder Project and have the below folder structure,
1 data - all the properties files and also the designinfo file, below is the code
2 themes - (to get all the files download the theme from portal and you will have all the folders)
   2.1 ur
     2.1.1 name of the theme
       2.1.1.1 common
       2.1.1.2 csf
       2.1.1.3 r
       2.1.1.4 ur - all the css files (would be good if you can get the files from the server.)
       2.1.1.5   WSRP
3 war - empty folder
*.designinfo
isVisible=true
version=7.0.14.1.0
isDefault=false
isSapDesign=false
designName=**** name of the theme
Once done create a zip file and click on Start Import and give the path and will ask for transport request, it will take a while to upload once done as mentioned in the use the parameter sap-ep-themeroot="path"
This will resolve the issue.

How To Create Style Guides for Web Pages

I need to create style guides for websites. I will be provided with the assets (images and required measurements). It will be my job to create style guides using In Design.
I have never used In Design, but I am a member of Lynda and Total Training online. Neither seem to address simple style guides for websites. Both seem to address designing from scratch for print and newsletter creation.
Any links to tutorials? This seems straight-forward, but because I have never done it, I would appreciate direction.

I received a sample of what I'll be working on. Attached is one screenshot (blurred areas to conceal confidential info).
Overall, I will be given web page images (as seen below and as an original sized attachment) like screenshots.
I will be given measurements.
I will create a web style guide with text and the placement of images, and pinpoint where the objects are placed on the pages in pixels. e.g. Hero section - 80 pixels, padding - 40 pixels, etc. You can see this below in the (tiny, or see the larger attachment) text on the sides of the web page image.
The original designer also added some type of padding. You can see it below in blue at the bottom of the page. Is this the norm? How is that done?
Big Question: There are no pixels in InDesign. Are points equivalent, or should I set this (pixel notations) part up in Photoshop?

How to create HD Video for Web

After watching HD movie trailers on the Apple Web site I was wondering if anyone has information on how I can create 480P Video clips of my own work for my website? At the moment, I use compressor and the settings for Large DSL. It's good, but I'd like to basically copy the apple site, and give viewers the option of watching my work in HD if they want to.

I agree with Mr. Wolsky's advice for YouTube. However, I get the feeling sampan would rather have small file sizes for quick upload rather than high quality.
Without Compressor, it seems the smallest file can be generated using Share->Apple Devices... and selecting the iPhone option. If you want smaller than that you need Compressor unless you have another non-Apple compression tool that could be used to further compress the output.

Rounded corners in Web pages now can be done best with CSS3. A lot of contemporary browsers support them -- Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari. IE doesn't support rounded corners (not yet), but this will happen somewhere in the future...

Of course, you can also use rounded corners in a Fireworks image, then apply the corners to the HTML elements via CSS; this will work in all browsers, including IE. There are a lot of tutorials over the Web which cover this topic, too

Creating Search Help for Web Dynpro ABAP (FPM) Forms

I am very new with SAP HCM P&F with FPM form. I am stuck with field search help functionality in FPM form. I have created on search help using
Web dynpro component to get all travel requests for all employees and linked it to FPM form field and its working fine....
But.... my requirement is how to filter travel request based on the PERNR (employee number) field in FPM form.
I think it can be achieved by using importing parameter LISTENER of interface IF_WD_VALUE_HELP_LISTENER but I am clueless how to pass PERNR to this interface to get travel requests for only employee number in field PERNR.
Kindly help me out in this issue.

Using the VA corresponding to the Web AS Java system, goto the SLD Data Supplier service, then Runtime tab->HTTP Settings tab (bottom). fill in required parms and save. To trigger an initial send, use the button ("This triggers data transfer to SLD...") - left most button on upper toolbar of service. Check your SLD for tech system creation.

If you want a SAPGUI transaction code that will launch your Web Dynpro ABAP application then I suggest creating a parameter transaction code that wraps around the SAP standard transaction code WDYID. You can use the parameter STARTMODE to decide if you launch your browser within the SAPGUI window or if it opens a new browser window. You will get SAPGUI based Single Sign On with this transaction code as well. Here is an example of a TCode I setup:

Hi Sumit,
When U Told the thing that first time to execute the RZ70 and All i Did this in XI System
So I got An Entry for the Technical System for XI System.
Now i Deleted that and Executed RZ70 in R/3.
When I Executed RZ70, I got this Error.
 "RFC Call failed: Error Opening an RFC Connection ".
Now I am Unable to see Any Technical System Under Web As ABAP. It's Showing Empty Now.
Please Let me know

How to configure SSO for web dynpro ABAP (not web dynpro Java)

Hi Experts,
 I am testing SSO in IDES for web dynpro ABAP (Not for web dynpro Java / not for portal). When I am entering url of web dynpro application in web browser like internet explorer, then it should ask for user id and password first time, after login whenever user would access that url, it must not ask for user ID and password (url would be access web browser in mobile). For this I select to configure single sign-on for web dynpro ABAP. I have done below works:
1). I have created a web dynpro application having url: http://susws076.sap.swk:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zadb_hello_world2
2). I run TCode SICF and access service node to "Zadb_hello_world2". Double click on it, hit change. pressed "logon data" tab, select "Alternative logon
 procedure"
 Then deleted all logon procedure other than "SSO Authentication" and saved.
3). Go to "STRUST" and create certificate, choosed "Environment==> Logon Ticket" fill the required parameters and execute. It is OK (no red traffic
 signal).
4). Execute TCode "RZ10" to change profile parameter, insert new parameter (indicated by red arrow)
After all this settings I opened a browser enter above URL and hit enter but there is an error
There is no login page. It directly showed this error page. No cookies is saving.
Can anyone tell me what all the settings/configuration other than this I have to do. And is there any wrong setting done by me?
How to set the for single sign-on?

How to create Activex object for my Visual C++ object

I am working on development on Acrobat 9.0 SDK. I am facing problem is that I can compiled Visual C++ source code to an api. I can test functions on this api on Acrobat 9.0 windows, but I could not test it on IE web browser, because I don't know how to create Activex object from my Visual C++ source code or its api.
I read Acrobat 9 SDK document and found under C:\Acrobat 9 SDK\Version 1\PluginSupport\Tools\Visual Studio App Wizard has two files: Acro9PIWizInstaller.msi and setup.exe. I am not very sure those file are the key to help me to create Activex objects for my api. Are they the one I need to create Activex object? If not, could you please advise me how to create Activex object for my api or C++ codes.

Its better to create the Exchange Rates in a Data Form than in an Data Grid, so that you can easily Import and Export the form and even can feed the values easily....
Select the POV like in Scenario-Actual,Year-Your particular year,Period-In Period Dimension do not choose any option so that it can be selected in Columns and Rows,View--the same as Period Dimension,Entity-[None],Value-<Entity Currency>,Account-Do Not select ,ICP- [ICP None],Custom 1-[None], Custom 2-[None], Custom 3-[None], Custom 4-[None]...
In Columns Select Scenario -Actual,Period-{[Fourth Generation]},Currency-#USD(Default Currency)
