How to create a Tiff stack?

Yesterday I somehow managed to create a wonderful, "time saving" for sure, folder full of AE frames rendered as tifs. Now I can only get one frame of a file that has close to 700 frames. "Composition/Save Frame As/ File/Render Queue/Output Module Settings/Tiff Sequence/Render" continually creates a single frame. What am I doing wrong?

The Save Frame As commands are only for creating single frames. To create an image sequence, add a composition to the render queue and choose one of the image sequence choices from the format menu in the output module settings.

How to create a generic stack (whose elements can be of any data types) ???

How do you define a "Stack" class that takes the Data type as its constructor argument ,and creates a new instance of that stack type ??? e.g. Stack("double") should create a stack of doubles ,and so on...
     Putting it in another way, how do you go about defining a Stack ,if you are not sure what data types will be pushed into it at runtime ??? How to creat a grouped stacked bar chart

Hi,
I am trying to create a grouped stacked bar chart.
For 'on change of ' i have -> 1) update_month
2) update_source ( i have 2 values for this field -> website and ivr)
And for 'show value' field i am trying to use 1) sum of valid_count
2) sum of invalid_count
-> I need two stacked bars for each month, each stacked bar belongs to either website or ivr and is made of valid and invalid counts for that particular update source.
when i tried to use the fields as i mentioned above, i got an error saying
'The data you have selected doesnt fit the chart type' and explanation is as follows 'This chart type requires 2 on change of fields and i show value field OR 1 on change of field and many show value fields'.
I have selected a stacked bar chart.
Does any one know how to do this?

Create private tiff tags

Hi,
after an intensive search on how to create private tiff tags using JAI (ImagIO) libaries i'm now able to create my own tags. But if i'm using the snippet below all my tags are "unknown" to different applications. Of course i can re-read the tags using the number but not the name. Is there any way to set the name correctly too?

I have created the private key and CA's self-signed certificate signed by the private key by using openssl program.That's not a 'CA's self-signed certificate'. That's your own self-signed certificate. No CA is involved. Unless you generate a CSR, have it signed by Verisign, and import it. In which case it is a CA-signed certificate, not a self-signed certificate.
I think you need to look up and note what all these terms really mean.
You could have done all that with the keytool BTW.
Is it considered 'private' with the password?'Private' enough for what? You need to answer that question first, and it's a very serious question. What is the private key being used for? what are the risks associated with it being disclosed? what is the level of security required to mitigate those risks? These are all questions about your application and your business. Not about security APIs in Java.

How to create tiff sequence 24 advanced

I´ve captured a footage with a sony HVR-V1U in hdv format 24 advanced progessive. In this case the camera create a pull down 3223.
I imported this footage in HDV 1080I(30) (60I) project in adobe premier.
But, when I export this sequence to a tiff sequence, adobe create a TIFF sequence in 24 standard (2323) not advanced.
Someone can halp me how to generate a TIFF sequence in 24 anvanced.

Out of curiosity: Why do you need a TIFF sequennce with 24pa pulldown applied?
Can you export another format with the desired pulldown applied (such as uncompressed AVI) and then create the TIFF sequence from that? Does it have to be TIFF or is TGA or BMP acceptable?

         How to create a node with attributes at runtime in webdynpro for ABAP? What classes or interfaces I should use? Please provide some sample code.
I have checked IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE_INFO and there is ADD_NEW_CHILD_NODE method. But this is not creating any node. I this this creates only a "node info" object.
I even check IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE but i could not find any method that creates a node with attribute.

How do I save a stack of adjustment layers that I want to then apply instantly to another image ?

Can anyone help with the following Photoshop question please ?
I've been working on a 16bit image in PS CC on my Mac that has a stack of approximately 15 Adjustment Layers (AL's) which has taken a fair amount of work to put together and then saved as an unflattened PSD. The AL's consist of Curves, Selective Colour, Hue & Sat, Vibrance, Col Bal and Photo Filters with a variety of Masks. All AL's have been renamed with their own unique names.
My question is:
How do I save this stack of 15 AL's, as I want apply them to other similar images that where shot during a motor drive burst either side of the image mentioned above ?
I know I can achieve exactly what I want by dragging all 15 AL's from the original image on to newly opened individual images.
Although this method works absolutely perfectly and is instant I want to be able to somehow apply these AL's in an instantaneous automated way to enable me to deal with the large numbers of images that I want to apply this to.
It appears to be the case that it isn't possible to simply select the complete stack of AL's from the original image, copy them and then paste them into a new image ! If this was possible I would simply create a simple action to deal with it.
I know already that I can create an action to deal with this now, however that entails laboriously retracing what I did to the original image by saving presets to the many AL's, then reloading them, putting them in the correct order and finally renaming all of the AL's but as you'll appreciate it's a fairly long drawn out process which would take forever.
I also need a method which has instant built in flexibility for when I tweak some of the AL's settings. At this point I wouldn't want to then have to go through the whole process of re-writing an involved action.
I hope the above makes some sense to you all and that you can understand what I want to do.
I've briefly looked over the Adobe forum where many people have been trying to find unsuccessfully the answer to this question for many years. If anyone has some sort of workaround for this I would very much appreciate hearing from you.

How to create a user for a database

hi all,
in the default ORCL database (oracle 10g) how can i create a new user. i did the below steps.
1. connecting as sysdba and creating a user
2. create user kumar identified by kumar;
3. create connect,resource to kumar.
but after this when i tried to connect the ORCl database with user 'kumar' it is giving me the ora-01017 error.
please help me how to create a user to a db using sqlplus.

And if you are configured properly (actually, if you are configured by default), the same listener listens on port 1521 for connection requests to all databases on the server.
If you were connecting to the wrong database with 'conn / as sysdba' it's because you had the wrong environment value for ORACLE_SID. In fact, with that connection request, you weren't useing the listener at all. When you added "@orcl", the connection request looked up "orcl" in the tnsnames file, and asked the OS network stack to pass the request on to whatever was using PORT= at HOST=. And that should have been (and obviously was) the listener.

How to create a pdf file from multiple images ?

Dear All,
I want to create a SINGLE page pdf file from two or more page size images that are combined to make a single page pdf. Again, this question is on pdfs that are made out of several, atleast two color images and a black-and-white mask for one of them.
I have such pdf files from an unknown source (the producer is edited out) whereby there are three tiff images, obtained using the well known pdfimages extractor.
When I want to make a pdf out of tiff or png or other image formats, I right click and tell Adobe Acrobat to make a pdf.
However, I dont know how I can give a command to select say, three tif images and specify which is the mask for which and then join them in a way that I get the pdf from the composite of the two color images and a mask for one of them.
Please help me out.
I am a little familiar with the pdf structure skeleton and when necessary, fixed xref tables in one of my favorite editors. A few years ago, I also wrote a bunch of javascripts to make some annotations and needed some automation and used some itext type libraries. However, I need your help in this problem as I am now rusty and forgot some of what I studied to solve my earlier problems. This is a new problem for me. Gentle hints from you would be very nice to help me in this problem. Please specify if necessary what manual and pages to read. in the pdfspec.

Well, ascii format or uncompressed format that is human readable. I
know its a binary file, but human readable ascii version of it.
I hope you can give me some stanza and various other approaches
possible so I can select or combine things for myself. I see only a
miniscule number of posts claiming to have written masks in this forum
and then with no details.

To fix this issue, you need to change the Identity of your website's Application Pool to use the
NetworkService account (or the less secure LocalSystem account). By default, IIS7 seems to set the Application Pools Identity to 'ApplicationPoolIdentity' instead of NetworkService or LocalSystem.
Here's a step-by-step guide for determining your websites Application Pool, then changing its Process Model Idenitty in IIS7:
1.Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manger.
2.In the Connections sidebar, drill down into Default Web Site and click on your website.
3.Now in the Actions sidebar (on right side), click on Advance Settings... In the popup box, under General you will see your Application Pool listed for your website (in my case the app pool is: ASP.NET V4.0).
4.Click Cancel... If you choose, you can change the Application Pool here, but for the sake of this example we just wanted to find out what the website's App Pool was.
Then change the app pool's (Process Model) Identity to 'NetworkService', the steps are showed as below:
1.Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manger.
2.In the Connections sidebar, click on Application Pools.
3.Now right-click on theApplication Pool that your website is using (in this case my site is using the ASP.NET v4.0 application pool), and select Advanced Settings... from the menu.
4.In the Advanced Settings pop-up box, locate the Process Model -> Identity section and click on the Application Pool Identity.
5.In the Application Pool Identity pop-up box, change the Built-in account to NetworkService (or if you want LocalSystem), then click OK, and click OK again to save your Advanced Settings changes.

There is a different Technology Stack associated with the Enterprise Business Suite (EBS). amitphynyl is correct with the description of how to create a button with the edit.ico assigned to it, but with the EBS, you will want to speak to your DBA to get a list of all the Icons that are available as you will have more icons with the EBS than are available with a standard install of Forms Builder 6i. I would also suggest you ask your DBA to give you a copy of all the Icons so you can add them to your Forms Builder installation so they will be available to you during design of your Form.
I would also recommend that you review the Oracle Applications User Interface Standards for Forms-Based Products guide in the Oracle Applications Documentation web site to ensure your Custom Form conforms to Oracle guidelines.
