How to create an URL link for product cancellation using an FM

Hi,
I have tried creating an external attachment i.e URL link for a workorder by triggering a custom FM by exporting business object type , order id ,realtion type , title and link with return parameter as a message .
But i'm not being able to create URL link for workorder using the custom FM.
Kindly please suggest some solutions regarding how the URL link can be created using an FM instead of manual creation.

actually we are calling some actuate reports from actuate server, and the URL looks like this

my question is, can we have some url in which we would specify the output format, as far my research i found URL reporting
some thing like this

but my client needs an excel output, with out going through any web page or viewer controls and generating buttons.

I know this is not a question directly related to OS X, but I just can't find a solution. So I was hoping that some of you might know the answer, or could recommend further reading.
I have .mov video files (video footage) on the server. I would like to make these files accessible for download, via link.
So I am wondering .... how can I create a link, which would allow people to download .mov video files from the server?

The question is, where is the server?
Is it on its own static IP? If it is not, it likely is on a DHCP configuration.
For those with DHCP, I recommend http://www.dyndns.com as a workaround, otherwise the links given will have to change as often as every hour!
Is it on a router, or does it have a firewall turned on in its sharing preferneces? Routers and firewalls block direct access from the outside. You need to setup the web sharing access on your router or firewall before someone can access it via the web.
Is the .mov file saved via Quicktime? You would also need to provide link on your page to http://www.apple.com/quicktime so that it may be downloaded by those who don't have it. If it is another format, you'll need a link to whatever format it is.
HTML for putting the video right on the page is usually controled by the EMBED function. That's covered here:

Otherwise a simple hyperlink to the file will do, once you have an open web sharing port on a static IP or dyndns controled domain.

Hi Gurus,
Can anybody tell me how to create an external alias for a portal link(URL). Actually, my problem is i want to send this Portal URL(link) thru' a SendMail step to the user so that when he clicks on it, it will take him to his UWL(Ofcourse after signing-in). As this URL length is > 80 char(101 char), i am not getting the full lenght URL in my Outlook mail. THough we are on ECC 6.0,Basis Rel 7.0, as per the OSS note 559234, we should have this length extended to 132 bytes. But, for some reason, its not happening. And,in the same OSS note, it was mentioned that we can use external aliases to achieve this(shortening the URL length).
Can anybody tell me how to achieve this, either thru' increasing the URL length or thru' ext. aliases.

you can go with t-code CS01
if you have the BOM already and you want to create the alternative BOM then just goto create BOM
and enter the material and plant and uasge system will auto matically prapose the next numner ie, if you have Alt BOM1
then next system will prappose 2.
then you can enter the components as per you requirement
if you go to different BOM usage then sytem will not go for alternative BOM it gives again alt bom 1.
prodcution version you need to craet from mateial master
each version you can go woith alternative BOMS
Version 1 will have alt BOM1
Version 2 can haev ALT BOM2

Yes it is possible to create dynamic URL's.
1. Simply select the link from the table like so.
SELECT PK_ID,
       NAME,
       LINK
FROM IMAGE_INFO2. Edit the region and go to report attributes.
3. Click the pencil to edit the link column.
4. Scroll down to the column link section and enter something like 'View' as the link text. You can change that to whatever you like.
5. Change the target form page in application to url.
6 In the URL text object enter *#LINK#*. This will substitute #LINK# for the value that is returned by the sql statement in the LINK column.
Seeing how you are linking to an image you could just do something like this:
SELECT PK_ID,
