How to create the folder in LabVIEW 7.1?

Dear All,
I need to create the folder in LabVIEW 7.1?.. Then if the folder exsists i need to ceate the new folder with the file name by increate by nemerical number by 1. As well as i need write the data's which i acquired in sepeate test file within that folder itseif. If the file name already exsists i need to create the same file name by increatemet by one in numerical no 1. Any one help to solve this issue?

You've asked this question before, and so far have shown nothing to indicate that you've made any attempt to solve the problem by using the tools available to you. Like the functions palette. Or the search tool, since this question has been asked many times before.
Have you looked in the File I/O palette? There's the New Directory function for creating directories. There the File/Directory Info function that can be used to check if the folder exists (call the function, and if you get error 7 you know the folder doesn't exist). You can also use List Directory on the parent directory.
Make an effort.

Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Hello Dharani,
Changing the name of a folder at the root level of KM (the name of a repository) is very different than changing the name of a folder within a repository. To change the name of a repository, Ravinder's previous post explains the steps to take. However, a repository is typically something that a normal end user wouldn't be able to create, so I'm assuming this won't come up much.
To change the name of a folder within a repository, you can simply select 'Rename' from the context menu of the folder. Do you see this option when clicking on the context menu? If the user created the folder, they should have the permissions needed to see this option.

You can control this using authorization objects in DMS.

The error of outside the scope of unicode occurred when I compiled(mxmlc) the as file which was set surrogate pairs to 'Unicoderange'.
Ex, I set the ' '(UTF-16 is '20B9F') to 'Unicoderange'.
However, I cannot add the surrogate pairs.
The error of outside the scope of Unicode occurred when I compiled the AS file.
The reason of error was that the Unicode(UTF-16) of surrogate pairs is invalid.
Then, I read the following pages.

I've been able to create project jar files in Eclipse by selecting Export from the File menu, then choose Java - Jar file - and provide the required information, name, destination folder etc. But when I do this, I do not export other jars on the build path this way nor do I expect to do this. I am only concerned with creating a jar file of my own work. A jar file does not "contain" other jar files. If the jar file contains the main method, and requires other jars for it's execution, then you may wish to include a reference to required jars on the class path entry of the Manifest file of the jar file you create. I'm not sure how to create a Manifest file in eclipse though..

How to create a folder with date each day?

I've not used Automator, just once to "create" a workflow to create a new folder with a name; but what I want is this:
Each morning at 12:01 am, a new folder to be created with the correct date as the name of the folder.
So for tomorrow, Sunday 23 Nov 2008 at 12:01, I'd suddenly have a folder on my Hard Drive that would have the date like 23 Nov 2008 or 11/23/2008 or 23-11-2008 or similar.
Then at the end of a week I'd have 7 of these; - but I can manually trash them-- I want to create these on my HD since I backup via SuperDuper! each morning (automatically) at 3:35 am (incremental backup to an external La Cie HD) and I want to know if was done, so by having a folder with the date on it I can open the external HD and if I see that that folder with the recent date is there, then I'm confident the BackUp was run.
I have been able to create a workflow to create a folder in Automator, but not sure how to:
1. Have the folder created automatically each day at 12:01
2. How to have the folder label be the date

Amend the path with your Hard Disk name and username. Save as an application to anywhere suitable.
