As of now my report presents the data in the following way:

I want to have the following pattern:

EMP ID EMP NAME

Do you think this is possible with HTML DB?
Also how can I set the print format for a page....?

Go to the Project Library View and select your project.
Then FILE/DUPLICATE PROJECT and give the duplicate a name like "your name - part 1".
Then duplicate it again and give the duplicate a name like "your name - part 2"
Now you can open "part 1" as a project and delete everything that is in part 2.
Open "part 2" as a project and delete everything that is in part 1.

You can place a blank composition widget then click tigger 1, click inside target 1 and from menu--> files--> place the image and adjust it's dimensions, you can repeat the same steps for trigger 2 and 3

Possible to exclude interactive report column from single row display?

hi -- I have an interactive report that I've added a column to (in addition to the table columns that are selected).
The added column is a link to a form for editing a single row. This column/link is in addition to the default link
that goes to a single row view. So, a row of the report has 1) the single row view link, 2) the Edit link,
3) the columns in the table.
The edit link column is named "Edit" (so Edit appears above the "pencil" link icon). Problem is that when the
user goes to the single row view, the Edit column is displayed. (I've set the label in the view to a blank space,
and the value is null (displayed as "-" in the single row view)... but it's generally ugly, and adds that nonsensical
line to the single row view.
Is there any way to never display that column in the single row view, but always display it in the report?
I've considered putting the edit link on the first column of the table... but I don't like that the link will move
if the user changes the column order. It seems it should always be at the left of the row, like the single row view
link.

Please disregard this thread. I see a flaw in the design of what I was attempting to do! Creating the link for Editing as a column means the user could inadvertently not display it, or move it, or... any number of problematic scenarios.

How can a star based slideshow be split into two using metadata?

I created a slideshow based on a five star sort. It is too long so I want to split it into two, one for Australia and the other for Polynesia.. Images are are titled under Australia and Polynesia in the metadata. how can I use the metadata headings to creat separate slideshows? Thanks.

Perhaps I didn't explain myself correctly. Let me try and walk you though the whole thing.
When I first synced my video, with the better audio we recored separately, left and right are both on A1. When I merge the video with the new audio, and put it back into the timeline, left and right now take up both A1 and A2. This would be totally fine, but my annoyance is simply with the fact that when editing, I have to select them separately… to do anything.
So for instance, at the moment I'm editing a dialogue scene, so of course there are times when I want to have audio from one clip, cross over into another's. Such as when a character's dialogue is heard a few seconds before we see them on screen. I can accomplish this effect with the slide too, or just the selection tool (With "linked selection" off of course), but either way, I have to select and move both audio clips separately, or I have to "shift click" to select them both. It just seems like an extra step I shouldn't have to take ever time I want to change the length of the audio in my timeline.
As I said, I am very new to Premiere Pro, I recently made the switch from Final Cut 7, and when I merged audio and video in that editor, it kept left and right audio linked together. If for some reason you needed to work with left and right separately, you could hit a button to make that happen.
I realize it's a minor complaint, but after editing for an hour last night with this thorn in my side, I thought there must be a solution.

AppleMan Thanks very much for the information, however I could't make it work. I followed your instructions to the letter, in fact I tried every which-way. I created a dedicated file into which I copied and pasted the project from "package contents" but it was still greyed out when I went to retrieve it. I also found that the file size was reduced to only a few Kb. Any further step-by-step instructions would be appreciated as I am obviously doing something wrong. Babowa It appears that in imovie everything has to be "finalised" before it can be used or shared elsewhere in the same way as a disk has to be to be played elsewhere. Funnily enough an MOV file I converted to Mp4 was not greyed out and I was able to import it.... an exercise I am not keen on because of resolution loss during conversion

Try going it by Sno.
If you are using Pivot Table, try changing measures from columns to rows and see. I vaguely remember doing this would address your need

Calculate percentage between two rows in a matrix report with a single row group in SSRS 2008

I need your help. I have a matrix report in ssrs 2008. The report contain one field value column and one value column. I need to calculate a percentage for two values. For example : row 1 : Discount 10 Row 2 : Sales 100 Result : 10/100. I have only one
row group, I need to have a condition where Field = Discount % on Revenue then Discount/Total Turnover. Because of the grouping for total, I am not being able to calculate the %, its just totalling the % discount. Kindly refer to the snapshot of the

Hi Thanks a lot for your answer, but unfortunately it didn't work,the report is reading from a stored procedure which I have unpivot to convert all columns into rows, so that's why Discount % on Revenue, Discount and Total Turnover is found in one column.
So the Field!Col.Value is the Discount % on Revenue, Discount and Total Turnover. I have tried to change the code to
"=SUM(IIF(Fields!Col.Value = "Discount",Fields!value.Value),0))
/IIF(SUM(IIF(Fields!Col.Value = "Turnover Total",Fields!value.Value),0)) = 0 ,
Nothing,SUM(IIF(Fields!Col.Value = "Turnover Total",Fields!value.Value),0)))" but to no avail. Any other suggestion will be most welcome.

If everything you're getting from stored procedure then you need to calculate and bring the value from there itself.

i tried to execute a plsql query for the values concatenate two values into same column
example in my table
i am having teachers list one can teach two or three subjects
in table i am saving like
teacher_id teacher_name salary subjects

2 gang 4000 maths,science,english
but my report should come like
teacher_id teacher_name salary subjects
1 ram 5000 science maths i have to highlighting these subjects with images or with different colors
2 gang 4000 maths english science

First of all, i would split the subjects column.
If you for sure only need up to 3 subjects, you could make three columns subject1, subject2, subject3.
If you may have an indefinite number of subjects for each teacher, you might create a detail-table with the subjects for each teacher.
I also would create a list of values for the subjects, either based on static values or based on another table with the subjects allowed.
Now that the subject-names are fixed you could create a subject-image for each subject, named as the subject itself. Then you "construct" the image for each subject as

How do I split an iTunes account/library into two?

Hi. I have a single Apple ID and iTunes library that I share with my son.
We would like to split the library up so that he has his own account and library on his laptop and I retain my own stuff on my PC. We don't need to share any of the stuff in the library - he likes his stuff and I like mine - so all I need to know is how to divide it up and to move his stuff onto the laptop.
Can this be done?
If so how?

No. An iTunes account is for only iTunes purchases.
You can put them into a separate iTunes library.

Displaying the values from a single column into two columns???

hi buddies.....I've a table "Stock" and its fields are:
Date, Invoice#, prod_id, sal_qty, pur_qty, rate, status
The "rate" column stores the rate value on which a product was sold or purchased and "status" column values are like "S" for Sale,"OP" for opening and "P" for purchase.
The problem here to me is that I'm unable to pick the purchase & sale rate of a product based on the status either "S" or "P". Is it possible to pick the purchase rate of a product sold between a specified limit of dates??? and show both sale & purchase rates in two separate columns in the result sets for a given product in a specified duration. The resulte set format should be like this:

From this design can u calulate the difference of sale & purchase rate of a product during a range of dates(which is the Profit)? i.e firstly pick a sale transaction and then minus the purchase rate of the product from the sale rate in that sale transaction by looking at the product name and its batch number.
While solving this case, please keep in mind that I'm using Oracle 8.0 which doesn't support inlined Sub-Query(a query within FROM clause). So giving u a hint(although I'm not genious enough;), I tried the Self Join at Stock Table by picking the sale rows at first and then purchase rows afterwords by giving this table two different names. I also tried the following query by joining the Sale Table with Stock Table. Is it the right way I'm heading towards???
