How to decrease the latency with flash+http+camera video?

I build a HTTP server between live camera and flash player. The flash player connect http server with NetStream. But i find there is a long latency and NetStream doesn't decode frames when the buffersize reach a special value. So i want to know, how to decrease the latency in those environment?
And why the frame cannot be decoded when the buffersize reachs a special value. I find the buffersize*framerate is about 64. Can i low this value?

Have you installed the latest updates to Flash CS5? They are the first 2 links under "Downloads and Official Documentation" in the link above. Then you should be able to start a new project in Flash and specify "iPhone OS". From there, try to follow Adobe's official documentation until it doesn't work properly, then come back, search around for others talking about the same issues, or start a new thread that is more specific.

What are you talking about is not a "streaming", but
"progressive
download". Images "streaming" is impossible.

Firstly, those are/were the slowest clocked cpu offered and probably do hold you back, esp when there are cpu you could drop in that offer 1GHZ more per core. You could easily just throw in a pair of 3.4GHz 6-core now, right?

But the parser still complain that the 'title' in slideshow2.dtd is declared
more than once.
I use apache's Xerces.
I want to know if Xereces realy support namespace spec. now, or how to use
the namespace with a parser. Can anyone kindly tell me where to find some
material that demo the use of namespace in Java program.

I would say that's normal. Cellular uses more power than wifi. Your screen brightness is also a factor. Lower the screen brightness & battery will last longer.
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). Normally simply pressing them should do what you want, F10 to mute; F11 to decrease volume; F12 to increase volume. However, it's possible that you have a box ticked in Keyboard preferences which modifies the behaviour of the keys, requiring you to also hold down the Fn key (bottom left key on the keyboard) to enable the function.
Check System Preferences>Keyboard to makes sure the box indicated in the image isn't ticked.

BAPI - BAPIs (Business Application Programming Interfaces) are the standard SAP interfaces. They play an important role in the technical integration and in the exchange of business data between SAP components, and between SAP and non-SAP components. BAPIs enable you to integrate these components and are therefore an important part of developing integration scenarios where multiple components are connected to each other, either on a local network or on the Internet.
BAPIs allow integration at the business level, not the technical level. This provides for greater stability of the linkage and independence from the underlying communication technology.
LSMW- No ABAP effort are required for the SAP data migration. However, effort are required to map the data into the structure according to the pre-determined format as specified by the pre-written ABAP upload program of the LSMW.
The Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) is a tool recommended by SAP that you can use to transfer data once only or periodically from legacy systems into an R/3 System.
More and more medium-sized firms are implementing SAP solutions, and many of them have their legacy data in desktop programs. In this case, the data is exported in a format that can be read by PC spreadsheet systems. As a result, the data transfer is mere child's play: Simply enter the field names in the first line of the table, and the LSM Workbench's import routine automatically generates the input file for your conversion program.
The LSM Workbench lets you check the data for migration against the current settings of your customizing. The check is performed after the data migration, but before the update in your database.
So although it was designed for uploading of legacy data it is not restricted to this use.
We use it for mass changes, i.e. uploading new/replacement data and it is great, but there are limits on its functionality, depending on the complexity of the transaction you are trying to replicate.
The SAP transaction code is 'LSMW' for SAP version 4.6x.
