How to define a Recur. Paymeny/Ded wage type for an Emp Subgroup

I have created a Recur. Payment/Deduction (0014) wage type of "Fixed Amount" value 9say, Rs.2000). I want all the employees of an Employee Group to get this amount in salary, periodically (say in periods 2, 4 & 6). I know, thru "Personnel Actions-Maintain", I can set up the "1st Payment Period", "Interval in Periods" etc. for this infotype for a particular employee. But I want the same setting to be applicable for all employees of an employee subgroup. How to acheive this? Because, doing the same setting for all the employees is difficult and also error prone.
Please help.

You can do this through User Exit.Ask your ABAPER to do this logic in SMOD->PBAS0001->Components->EXIT_SAPFP50M_002
INCLUDE ZXPADU02.Do the coding here.

    I want to assign an exiSting wage type (<b>i.e Transport 1234)</b> to <b>new vendor (600139)</b>The above wage type is aleady assigned to old vendor (600136)
    Hence from 1st June2007 onwards, the wage type will be assingned to new vendor, hence where we assign this wage type to new vendor?

    Assigning WT to new vendor through that i explain.
    just assign you WT to Symbolic account and further link will get created.
    Each employee is having its own vendor account if you don't have that then its very difficult to understand where the amount is going
    so when you make a payment to employee that payment is go and seat in to his/her vendor account so for that purpose you have to assign the employee id to employee vendor, so if you don't have relation between employee and vendor how you come to know that for which vendor the amount is paid.
    so for this purpose we need to assign the employee id to vendor.
    in SAP employee is treat as vendor and customer also.
    This setting is done by FI consultant.
    ask your FI consultant he will do for you.

    It is deduction wage type .
    (a.) How can i know that in which Infotype this wage will appear .
    I tried IT-14 / 15 but it is not there .
    (b.)When i see the clusters it is appearing in table ARRRS and DDNTK .
    When this table will trigger in payroll run . ?

    Please check the table v_t512z if you want to check the wagetype that in which infotype it will belong.
    2. ARRRS Triggers whenever there is a insufficent funds left in your gross after deducting the staturary deduction, then based on the characterstic of wage type amount will be send to arrears Table. so that it will be deducted in the next pay period.
    Diffrence between ARREARS and DDNTK is :-
    If amount goes to ARREARS Table then it will be deducted on the next pay period based on buiness logic to handle the arrears.
    if amount goes to DDNTK which means deduction not taken then for that particular pay period this deduction is not taken and should not be consider is fututre pay period also.

    I do not think that is possible because the total value of the items must equal the value at header.
    You can maybe add an extra text item for these costs if you do not want them added to the other items.

  • Model wage type for performance pay and additional pay

    Hi gurus,
    my client wants performance pay and additional pay in the additional payments. I am confused what model wage types to be copied for this. i tried copying m2sf for these but the prob is if if the employee is joining in the mid of month say 15th , then if i am trying to give performane pay of 10,000 rs then it is calculating only 15 days pay n giving 5000 in the payroll n payslip.
    if i try to copy the other wage types like m200,m281 n m282, i have the same problem . but if i copy m280 for both of these w.ts ,then it is giving the flat amount irrespective of the joining date of employee. but my question is does it have any implications on the calculation of the tax. coz i observed different model wage types deduct different amounts of tax. i.e if i copy m281 for performance apy n give the value as 10,000 then ,it give some x amount of tax on 10,000 similarly if i copy some other model w.t , for same amount of 10,000 it gives some other amount of tax.

  • ISSUE in basic pay arrears wage type for new joiners

    Hi Experts,
    I am facing an unusual issue as after executing payroll for new joiners from previous month(example: joining date 25.01.2015 & payroll execution date:28.02.2015) results not reflecting arrears wage types of basic pay but reflects /552 wage type and /ZF5 PF arrears wage type.
    But this issue is not happening in case of salary revision or other action which affects salary from retro date ie. basic pay arrears wage types are reflecting in RT table.
    Already analyzed similar existing discussions in the forum. 
    Kindly help me to get it resolved.

    As mentioned earlier check the parameters for payslip to bring the arrears on payslip, For your reference check the below image where similar case employee is joined in the month of January and payroll is executed in the month of Feb with arrears same wage types will appear on payslip this is standard functionality of SAP you can find out in the image with * with out * * indicates arrears.
    let assume your basic pay is XXXX when arrears are there then another line appears with *XXXX indicates arrears similar to your case joined in the month of January and payroll executed in the month of February then one month arrears appear on payslip like above for each wage type.
    This is completely integrated with payslip design and PC00_M40_CEDT parameters which we are using for Remuneration statement variant.

    Hi All
    I am trying to create A SINGLE parameter file for export utility. I have 2 tables and want to use a different QUERY condition for each of these tables. However i do not want to create 2 seperate parameter files for this and run/script exp twice.
    Is there a way to do it ?
    NOTE: I am using normal export utility for Version 9 and NOT oracle data pump.
    Following is an example of what i want to achive in parameter file:
    Tables = (TabA,TabB)
    # for table - TabA
    QUERY = "where id =25"
    #for table - TabB
    QUERY = " where court_id=54 and id >1"
    Please advice on syntax of parameter file so that exp knows that it has to process 1st condition for only TabA and second condition for TabB.

    You can add a reference to an existing type only.
    You might have to manually edit the XSD file to change the xmlns definiton to xmlns:tns and then after you define the record type, set the datatype to tns:.... this creates the XML Type. Then later in your schema you can instantiate this with a name and
    then set type to tns:.... (Reference)

    There are several ways you can do that. 
    Treat them as Podcasts.  This can be set via Get Info > Options > Media Kind.
    Start a whole separate library.  This can be done by the Shift-Start method.
    Put them in a separate playlist.
    Create a separate Genre for them, e.g. "Language."  This can be set via Get Info > Info.
    Personally I would do #4.  Once the Genre is set, you can always find them via the Column Browser, or by  making a Smart Playlist that keys (includes or excludes) on Genre. 
    However, each has its pros and cons.  You can decide which is convenient for you.
