How to discover message IDs?

Hi people,
I think it is a very basic question but................. I dont know.
When I'm creating a shopping cart, I receive some messages (error, warning, etc). How can I know the message class and the message IDs of them?
Thanks!!!

Hi
Which SRM version are you using ? when are you getting errors ?
<u>Incase you get any Error / Warning messages on the Shopping cart, then hold the shopping cart by clicking on "Held" button (instead of "Order" button).
Then using BBP_PD transaction in SAP GUI logon for this particular shopping cart, when you check this shopping cart, u will get detailed message numbers, message class, etc with other relevant details...</u>
<b>Also, incase u create shopping cart directly using SAP GUI logon instead of web-page logon, then u will get the message details there..</b>
Do let me know, incase u need any other info..

  • Does somebody has working example how retrieve ALL message ids from queue

    hello,
    i'm having problems retrievieng all message id's from queue using APPQ_MIB. Point
    is that i can't get cursor variable work. Somebody possibly has working example
    or knows how it is done in qmadmin? I'm using Tuxedo 8.0.

    The default CURSORHOLD time is 120 seconds. Are you making your second
    request within that time? And make sure that you change TA_OPERATION to
    GETNEXT.

    Actually there is no debugging required it is enough to use ud32. I created sample
    file (see attach), where is what i'm sending to MIB. For Part 1 everything is
    fine- i get first ~200 message id's and cursor variable, but when i send Part
    2 (substituting TA_CURSOR with returned value) nothing happens. Returned buffer
    is something like:
    TA_ERROR     0
    TA_MORE     0
    TA_OCCURS     0
    TA_CLASS     T_APPQMSG
    You can even send cursor variable TA_CURSOR like: "..TMIB0: 0x99999999" and same
    response will be returned.
    It seems T_APPQMSG is just ignoring those cursors and thats all. Any ideas?

  • How to get Message IDs in Java Mappings

    Hello,
    in PI 7.1 Java mappings the way of getting the trace object has changed from:
    trace = (AbstractTrace) param.get(StreamTransformationConstants.MAPPING_TRACE);
    to:
    getTrace();
    Because the Java mapping class definition changed from
    implements StreamTransformation
    to
    extends AbstractTransformation
    Is there something similar to get the message ID or do i have to use the old way:
    public void setParameter(Map param) {
         this.param = param;
         if (param == null) {
              this.param = new HashMap();
    String MessageID = (String) param.get(StreamTransformationConstants.MESSAGE_ID);
    Thanks and best regards,
    Benjamin

    I found an easyer way:
    TransformationInput.getInputHeader().getMessageId();
    But your reply brought me on the right track!
    Thanks.

  • How to get message ID's with reference to PO numbers.

    Hi experts,
    There is requirement that we need to resend the messages manually from sproxy for a particular interface, they gave only the PO numbers.
    How can I check the Message IDs corresponding to the PO numbers?
    I created a UDMS but we require the time ranges also, that which we doesn't have.
    Can you please help me in this...
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Sunita

    Hi Sunitha
    Unfortunately there is no standard transaction by which you can get the message id from the PO number.
    You can try to configure to user defined message search in ECC system using PO number as search field. After you do that you will be able to see the messages in MONI using PO number.

    I have three iPads and one iPod and one iPhone.  How can I message between them without sending the message to all of them.  You send the message to your email address but all of them are set up under one account.

    You can have a different receiving email in the Messages app on each device : Settings > Messages > Receive At . I'm not sure that there is a different way to have the message only go to one device.

    Can I get rid of one  ID?  How do I do that?

    one on my MacBook Pro
    That's not an Apple ID. That is your admin account which you can view in System Preferencs > Accounts or Users & Groups.
    If I switch from MobileMe to iCloud on my Mac (under the apple logo) will my devices work and sync in iCloud.  I have no idea how I go 2 IDs
    Just use your current Apple ID when you setup your iCloud account that you use for your devices.

    Hi sharonpalencia,
    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
    I understand it can be very frustrating when you cannot sign in, or sign out in this case, to your Apple ID. In this situation you may need to temporarily edit your Apple ID back to the original email address so that you can sign out. Once signed out, edit the Apple ID back to the new email address and sign in. Please use the attached article for further information.
    If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud
    Change your Apple ID temporarily
    If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
    Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
    Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
    Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
    Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
    Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
    Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
    Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.
    If you're still asked for your previous Apple ID password, continue to the next step.
    Have a great day,
    Joe

  • Mail avatar no longer displays how many new messages

    Mail used to show the number of unread messages in its avatar --a number would appear in a little red circle--but that no longer happens.  Is that a new Mavericks thing?  Notifications are fine if you're working in Mail but I want to see how many unread messages there are before I open Mail.
    What's going on?

    Timothy,
    It depends upon where the Mail application is installed. Since Mail is by default, usually installed in the Macintosh HD/Applications folder, the "Computer" Collection should include the Helvetica font.

  • In solman 4.0 how to send message to SAP through service desk

    Dear all,
            I have configured service desk functionality, My requirement is from service desk how to send message to SAP.
    Regards,
    Pavan.

    Hi,
    Following the steps:
    &#131;Basic configuration - RFC Connections to SAP
    Check if the RFC Connectino SAPOSS is working properly
    Check if load distribution group is set to EWA
    The RFC Connections:
    - SAP-OSS (Send Message to SAP)
    - SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 (Update Message from SAP)
    will be created automatically by the system with a user which has been assigned
    previously.
    IMG Path: SAP Web Application Server | SAP Web Application Server | SAP Solution Manager| Basic Settings | SAP Solution Manager System | Connection to SAP | Assign user for forwarding Service Desk Message
    With transaction SM59 you can adjust the RFC connections.
    - For further information on SAP R/3 Front-end connections, see SAP Notes: 33135, 766505, 24177
    - To forward Service Desk notifications and Issues to SAP, you need to assign a user to the SAPNet R/3
    Front-end connection to SAP.
    Activities:
    - 1. From the SAP Solution Manager (transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER), choose (Edit-> Global Settings.
    - 2. Choose Display<->Change.
    - 3. For SAP Service Marketplace, specify http://service.sap.com as the URL.
    - 4. In the Connection to SAP tab, specify SAPOSS as the RFC destination. Note that the entry is casesensitive.
    - 5. For User forwading messages, enter a valid user and a password. This user will require all the authorizations for SAPNet R/3 Front-end for your customer number.
    - 6. Save your changes.
    The system automatically generates the following RFC destinations and assigns the S-User and password you specified: SAP-OSS, SAP-OSS-LIST-O01
    Good Lucky!

  • How to use messages in WebDynpro-ABAP

    Hi,
        How to use messages in WebDynpro-ABAP.
    Does it has any class to manage messages like IWDMessageManager or we can just use standard SAP Message types.. like E,W,X,I,S..
    I hope it have a message container to display messages.
    Thank U for Ur time.
    Cheers,
    Sam

    Hi Sam,
    U can hard code the message or u can use the Assistance class's text elements to store the messages.
    1) Code to display hard coded message:
    report message
    CALL METHOD l_message_manager->report_attribute_error_message
    EXPORTING
    message_text = "Enter the correct Connection ID"
    element = elem_flightinfo
    attribute_name = 'CONNID'.
    2) Code to display message from text element of assistance class:
    lv_text = wd_assist->if_wd_component_assistance~get_text( key = '002' ).
    report message
    CALL METHOD l_message_manager->report_attribute_error_message
    EXPORTING
    message_text = lv_text
    element = elem_flightinfo
    attribute_name = 'CONNID'.
    Where Message "Enter the Correct Connection ID" is stored in Text Element with key '002'
    Hope this helps,
