How to dispaly rowcount in table header.

By default it displays fetched row count.
For instance 10 from 10, 20 from 20, .. to max fetch value set in profile.
How to display estimated row count ( all rows count) as in ADF?

You have to implement a TableCellRenderer and affect it to your columns with:myTable.getColumnModel().getColumn(0).setHeaderRenderer(myTableCellRenderer);

Im having problems finding examples of creating a table header using the DefaultTableModel. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
so far i am able to create a table and add rows, but i need the first row to be the header with title and i am not able to do that with this model.

I have a table model like below I can change column colors (background or foreground ) but I couldn't change table headers color in my application . Basicly I want to change color of "Grup Adı","Kişi Sayısı" column headers.

Preserve the table header while scrolling table

How do I preserve the table header (giving details of what column contains what data)-- I mean:   |

to stay on the screen, and have only my table as scrollable?
currently my table contains a lot of data and the second page on scroll comes with the problem of what each column on each row of data means.

I am facing the same problem.To resolve this I made two containers one is transparent type for header column and another scroll container to display table contents.These two containers are inside the root container with the flow layout .
But the prob is the table that is inside scroll cotainer is displaying in the next row instead of the new row.
Is there any solution of this.

Problem on Table Header

I got a JTable and a TableModel to display data. Every things works fine. But when I try to reset the table model to empty, all the table rows gone but the table header still here. How can I remove the table header?(not disable it, just like setting a empty table model to a table)

If you want to show a localized text in the table header, you should use the <b>Message Pool</b> to create a (parameterized) message "tableHeaderText" like "There are table entries".
Next, create a context attribute "tableHeaderText" of type "string" and bind the "text" property of the table header Caption UI element to this attribute.
Whenever the table data has changed (e.g. at the end of the supply function for the table's data source node), update the header text:
int numRows = wdContext.node<TableDataSourceNode>().size();
String text = wdComponentAPI.getTextAccessor().getText
IMessage<ComponentName>.TABLE_HEADER_TEXT,

Maybe you want to provide a separate message for the case that there are no entries.

How to create a dynamic table (repeating) with static header?

My purpose is to create a table which should be dynamically filled at runtime depending on the number of elements in the datasource($record.list). If the list is empty, the table shouldn't be displayed at all.
I created a subform which holds a table, ticking "Repeat Subform for each data item" and I set the binding of the table elements to $record.list[*].myelement. This works fine so far.
For the table header I created a second subform with a table having exactly the same size like the other table with text fields that contain the table header texts.
My problem now is that I would like to control the display of the subform which serves as table header row depending on whether $record.list is empty or not.
What's the best way to do this? How can I have access to the datasource for a form?

Hi,
Instead of creating the header row outside the table.
Create it inside the same table as header row.
So when you create a condition then automatically applicable for the header row also.
This is the best option.

There are multiple versions of Pages in circulation on Mavericks and Yosemite. Telling us which one helps with a more accurate answer.
If you are referring to Pages v5, then you cannot insert a table into the header or footer, because implicitly, these are table cells too. The discontinued Pages ’09 v4.3 would allow table insertion in the document header/footer fields.

one header row is for displaying only columns header list
second header row is for displaying 'from date' and 'to date'.
and i want this to be done using layout tab(palletes) in the form. will it be?

How to remove table header

my system need to display data, i will apply to display in JTable(one field is checkbox, one is the detail info.), but i don't hope user feel their data was displayed in a table.so i do following:

You can use javascript to do this dynamically.
For example, i used Adobe Designer 7.1 to add a table to a subform.
Now, i have the object hierchy as:
Level 1 - form1
Level 2 - form2
Level 3 - Table1
           -->HeaderRow
                --> Cell1
                --> Cell2
           -->Row1
                --> Cell1
                --> Cell2
Now, i sleect the Table1 element, and write the javascript which is executed on Initialization, as
if(this.Row1.Cell1.rawValue == "")
this.HeaderRow.presence = "hidden" ;
This will check that if the first row is empty, it will hide the header from the layout.
You can use something similar for your requirement.
