How to display 2 values in a Key Performance Indicator display screen.

Given the following sql code, how do I display the results for both: “closed_count/all_count” (which is already after the Select satement) and “closed_count-all_count” (not yet in the sql code)?
SELECT closed_count/all_count
FROM
(select count(evt_code) all_count from rfevents WHERE <condn. for open events>) a,
(SELECT
count(evt_code) closed_count
FROM
r5events
WHERE
evt_jobtype in ('BRKD') and
evt_org = '5221' and
evt_mrc ='7100-5221' and
EVT_REPORTED between trunc(next_day(sysdate, 'SUNDAY')-6) AND trunc(next_day(sysdate, 'SUNDAY'))
) b

Read the Oracle documentation on SELECT, specifically the "select_list" diagram. Look at the SELECT examples on that page or many of the ones in this forum.

  • Difference between Key Process Indicator or Key Performance Indicator

    Hi Experts,
    Can any body give me the difference between
    Key Process Indicator or Key Performance Indicator
    Like description , Scenorio, difference, where it will be used in companies, What will be measured by using these things.
    I have to interact with my client for gathering the requirements on basis of these KPI's . Please guid me how to finish this task successfully.
    Regards
    Vijay

    Hello Vijay,
    Regarding Key Peerformance indicator all experts have already explain well...
    I would like to focus on Key Process Indicator: It is always process specific. The main KPI (Key performance indicator is breaked into smaller componenets based on Time, Material used, Manpower used etc)
    So for key process indicators we can have reports like Process yield by operation, Process yield by manpower spend etc..
    Also the cost of non confirmance is calculated based on the Key Process indicator as it comes from small small reports and finally come up as a Big cost for Non confirmance.
    During the process audit the major focus is always on key processes. Using leam manufacturing functions these process are audited and are subjected to change if the indicators are on lower side..
    Key Performance Indicators give us a broder view on buisness and mainly useful for knowing in which direction the bussiness is going...
    Hope it will be helpful.

  • Key Performance indicator

    Hi all,
    i need to list down all key performance indicator for Plant maintenance module..
    I know few of them like reduction in breakdown time.. better management of technical object. plant structuring to reduce time to locate Maintenance site, etc.
    But i need more detail like how to calculate them. please provide your valuable inputs here. if someone already calculate these KPIs please  provide the data as well.

  • Key probelm w. Generic EnumMap -- How to replace a value with unknown key?

    Hi, i have a problem that i want to replace an value of an key/value pair, but I dont have the approiate key for that, to avoid passing the key throug all methods, I just implemented
    a method in the delegate class.
    public K getFirstAssociatedKey(BilanzObjekt bo){
               Set<K> keys = this.container.keySet();
               for(K key: keys){
                   V value = this.container.get(key);
                   if (bo == value){
                        return key;
               return null;
         }It works, but I can't use the retrieved key for a put-statement, cause the satic type comparision seems to fail. Even the key is retrieved from the original, the compilier is unable to validate that the key is in the approiate Enum, so it refuses the operation.
    In my special case I can avoid this by returning the value to the calling mehod inside the delegate, but that can't be the solution for all cases. Even If i would pass the key-vaue through all methods, the universial declaraction of ? extends Enum<?> would raise the same problem, that the compiler can't verify if the given key ist part of the Enum of the current EnumMap.
    Cause i still not an expert dfor generics, I might have overseen an solution.
    So is there any way to retrieve valid keys for the put-method at runtime without declaring a specilized subtype? Using rawtypes would supress compiler-errors, but that isn't the way what Generics intends. I allready have some lager Enums and some subsuets with EnumSet. But this solution isn't absolutly clean, cause you have to use the EnumSet to Iterate over the map and can't use keySet() anymore (Without special preparations for the values not contained in the EnumSet). Also I don't want to limit the code to only one type of Enum. So I my looking for another solution.
    Is there hoepfully any easy and gernerally solution to that problem?
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Greetings Michael

    Hi, I redesigned my programm a little bit by returning the Objeckt which should be replaced to the delegate, but this causes the problem that I know that it is the exact type, cause the previous value had the same type before, but I can't replace it as long I don't except a fixed type for the value-parameter of the EnumMap.
    The workaround which worked with keys via Map.Entry, cause I didn't replaced them, don't work here.
    I found a solution which works for me (after the redisign mentioned above), even it is quite dirty., cause it moves the error detection form compiletime to runtime. But to gain more flexibilty, i prefer this. The else clause is just to find some programming faults as early as possible. I was quite suprised that the cast to V is legal, but the put -method will throw a ClassCastEcxception if it is not. So its a trade off betwenn flexibility and early error detection. I'm sure that should not used widely, but is a soluion or workaround for my problem.
    /* dirty cast */
    V new_v = (V) old.getReplacingValue();
                        if ( new_v != null){
                                  /* If the both instance are of the same base class, this operation is safe,
                                   * Cause if the previous value was ok, then the new value must be also OK!
                                   * This should be the default case.*/
                             if(new_v.getClass().getName().equals( old.getClass().getName()) ){
                                         this.container.put(key,  new_v);
                               }else{
                             /* Otherwise a class-cast exception is most likely,
                              * but should normally not reached, if replacing methods are always returning the most specialized type and are overwritten in all subtypes.  */
                                 try{
                                  this.container.put(key,  eBoNew);
                                  }catch(ClassCastException cce){
                                  cce.printStackTrace();

    thx in adv
    Kris

    Kris,
    If you upgrade to JHeadstart 10.1.2.2 (requires a license), you will get built-in support for user authenrication and authorization including showing tabs based on the role. 10.1.2.2. ships with a demo app that uses all these features.

  • How to display screen saver every 10 seconds ?

    I want to display Screen Saver every 10 seconds as long as the user doesn't make anything on his computer.
    I did that :-
    WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE
    declare
         t timer;
    begin
         t:= create_timer('Hany',10000,repeat);
    end;
    WHEN-TIMER-EXPIRED
    if :System.MODE = 'NORMAL' then
         Host('C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssmypics.scr');
    End if;
    but in RunTime the Screen Saver's Setting appear not the Screen Saver itself ..... like shown below :-
    http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/245/errorv.png
    that's seems weird because when I run the Screen Saver directly from Start>>RUN :-
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssmypics.scr
    it is working nice without appearing of the setting.
    so, what's went wrong ????
    I attached the fmb file to have a look for it if you like:-

    There is a built-in screensaver in windows, why rebuilt that functionality on your own? If you really need it, try
    HOST('cmd /c C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssmypics.scr');I assume that you are using forms 6i? For in 10g this will now work on the client-side, because HOST is executed on the app-server.

  • How to show filter values of restricted key figures in BEx Analyzer?

    Hi,
    I have following report.
                         Quantity USA        Quantity China
    Product           100                        150
    Quantity USA is a restricted key figure using key figure 'quantity' and a restriction on characteristic 'country' = USA
    Quantity China is a restricted key figure using key figure 'quantity' and a restriction on characteristic 'country' = China
    I notice that when I put only one of these resticted key figures into the query, there is a line in the filter area of the report in the BEx Analyzer that shows the characteristic 'country' and the value on which it's restricted in the restricted key figures.
    E.g.:
    Country          USA
                         Quantity USA
    Product           100
    If I put both restricted key figures in the query, this line is not shown.
    Does anyone of you know how I can display this line again when using multiple restricted key figures like this in the query?
    Thanks!

  • How to get Multiple Values for a key from a session object?

    Hi,
    It might seem dumb but I am facing a problem here with the session object. I'll paste the session object's content from the netbeans "Local Variables" window for clarity -
    Name Type Value
    hsession StandardSessionFacade #66
    session LWSFSession #69
    inherited
    attributes Hashtable #80
    [0] Hashtable$Entry "cart"=>#115
    key String "cart"
    value DummyCart #115
    item null
    submit null
    v Vector
    [0] String Full Metal Jacket
    [1] String As Good As It Gets
    [2] String Tim
    What I want is to get the values "Full Metal Jacket", "As Good As It Gets" and "Tim" from the session obejct?
    The problem I am facing is that if I do a session.getAttribute("cart"), I'll get a single value in return. What will that value be? Will it be "item", "submit" or "v"? And if I want all the values in v above, how can I get them?
    Thanks.

    None of the above.
    HttpSession.getAttribute() will return what you put into it using HttpSession.setAttribute(). In your case, it'll return an Object which you need to cast to DummyCart. Then you can access the data in DummyCart using the API of the DummyCart class.

  • How to display PSA screen capture on Front Panel

    Any one know how to display screen capture of PSA series specturm analyzer on front panel. I can save the JPEG file in the C drive, but I can't display on the front pannel. Please see my labview code.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.
    Attachments:
    Capture screen E4446A.vi ‏21 KB
    reading and writing binary number.vi ‏22 KB
    yumg.jpg ‏20 KB

    Do you actually need to save the front panel image?  Or do you want to save a graph of the signal (spectrum) that you acquired?  If the latter will do the trick, you can simply read the waveform over GPIB (or whichever means you control the analyzer) into an array that is plotted to a waveform graph in LabVIEW.  You then save the image of the waveform graph as an image.
    Since you have all the data, you can even save the data which can be viewed later (and not only by LabVIEW).

  • Key performance indicators

    Hi All,
    What is KPI's in Dashboard?
    How to Personalized the dashboards (scorecards) to reflect user-specific alerters and mertrics to track critical KPI's? In this please clarify on Metrics?
    Thanks in Advance...

    Hi,
    I think you have done some ground work before start playing in dashboard designer. KPI(Key performance indicator) & metrics more are less same. Invariably both indicates the industries Revenue, Stats, variance, assets and more. where generally industries use dashboard to view the company is leading or lagging on their progress.
    In SAP Dashboard is used to analyze those stuffs perfectly. But one thing to keep in mind before the development. Dashboard is used to display only the summarized data, its not for detailed data, then the client can use other tools provided SAP, where they can do more analyze than here.
    Hope this information are clear, revert for any clarifications.

    I need some assistance on how to display a Map in JSP using struts or core JSTL. I have a HashMap which has a List of keys and each key maps to a value of an ArrayList.i.e I have an ArrayList of taxCodes and each taxCode maps to a value of taxDetails which is an ArrayList of details for for that particular taxCode. hi evnafets,
    yes i need a nested for loop.I have tried your advice but my bean properties are not found.Am getting this error:
    javax.servlet.ServletException: Unable to find a value for "key_item" in object of class "java.lang.String" using operator "."
    I have tried this as stated earlier in the post:I have tried to make the method getItemTaxDetails return a List and get the returned list value as taxDetails. I then tested to display this list on JSP and its displaying fine.

    This surely seems to be a bug to me(if not by design),  did you check for any SAP notes? Perhaps a front end trace can help(Note 407743) !

  • How to display my input history values on Filename filed (selection screen)

    Hi All,
    Please let me know how to display my input history values under the field of selection screen.
    I created Zprogram as below.
    SELECTION-SCREEN BEGIN OF BLOCK B1 WITH FRAME TITLE TEXT-001.
      PARAMETERS: P_FILE  TYPE RLGRAP-FILENAME OBLIGATORY.
    SELECTION-SCREEN END OF BLOCK B1.
    I displayed a selection screen of my Zprogram, my cursor put on P_FILE field, and enter BACKSPACE key,
    so it doesn't display my input history values.
    Of course I've selected Local Data History 'ON' of my GUI option,
    so it's displayed my input history values on any other fields.
    If you know why, please let me know.
    Regards,
    Rie.

    In the GUI options, there is also a setting for the maximum length of fields for storing the history, maybe it is set to small, as your selection field is length 128.
    Alternatively you can switch to a STRING, I have observed that the history is displayed after the first letter is being entered (maybe dependent on GUI version, who knows...)

  • How to display data depend upon ListBox value?

    Hi Experts and Particularly Hema,
    As I asked before how to display data in the ListBox, I got an very good response from you all(particularly Hema) .
    Now what my doubt is asked with sample scenario below:
    In Screen Painter -
    Two fields namely : One List Box and other is I/O used only for displaying purpose i.e., only for output, not for input purpose.
    List Box is filled by primary key field(C1) value from one table(T1) when the screen load.(i.e., such code is written in PBO).
    Now what I need is :
    If the user select any one value in the List Box then it automatically display the corresponding C2 value from T1 in the I/O field.
    I think you may all understand what I am trying to ask.Please let me know the solution.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Raghu

    Simply attached a function code for the listbox... when the user changes the value, you will be able to pick this up in the PAI and loop back to the PBO and redisplay the corresponding output field.
