How to display current waveform on oscilloscope?

sorry if i asked in a wrong place
i know Oscliscope only shows Voltage waveform but i heard you can do current too
can anyone help me to do that for this circuit on Multism

The current probe is on the instrument toobar. You place the probe on a wire then connect it to the scope to it, now the scope shows current instead of voltage for that channel.

it is not working.
First i tired with for-loop. I initialized variable "i" to -2 (i=-2) I would get the year drop down list from 2003 but, by default 2003 would come.
So, i posted the question.

Hi Arun,
You can define fixed header lines and footer lines so that when you generate the query list, they can receive current values of certain fields. When you define a header line or a footer line, you must specify a character string of the type &field, where field is the short name of a field.
This function allows you (for example) to place a sort criterion in the header line.
You can include the following fields as variables in the headers directly:
%NAME
Name of the user processing the query
%DATE
Current date
%TIME
Current time
%PAGE
Current page number (6 characters)
%P
Current page number (3 characters)
These fields can be used in the short forms N,D,T and P. If you want to use these letters as short names for query fields, the field values from the query are used.

An easy way to tell how to make multi-plot charts and graphs is to hold your mouse over the chart/graph terminal on the block diagram and make sure Context Help (Help >> Show Context Help) is enabled. This screen will tell you how to connect the indicator for a multiple-plot display.
You might want to take a look at my attached screenshots of a working multi-plot chart.

How to display current navigation on "Body only" page layout

I create a new page and applied "Body only" page layout which is basically PageFromDocLayout.aspx
But it doesn't show current navigation. How do I show current navigation on left side of the page? I have the code which will display current navigation but I don't know where to paste it inside page layout because there doesn't seem to be any space for that.
Or is it something that I can enable disable from somewhere?

There is no QuickLaunch snippet. There is one by the name of "Vertical Navigation" which I think is QuickLaunch snippet so I copied its code in PlaceHolderMain section inside page layout but getting error:
ContentPlaceHolder can only be used in .master files.

Ok I managed to do it by adding Vertical Navigation inside a separate <td> in my master page and then I only display it when page is not home page. So the is something like:

go to system administratioon-system configuration-support-support desk-browse deployment-check for com.sap.porta.navigation.masthead.par and download it to nwds.
when you import it to NWDS jar file will be missing so you need to manually add that to PORTAL-INF/private/lib.
once you do this go to HeaderiView.jsp in PORTAL-INF/jsp folder.

once you do that select qucik par upload from the tool bar and deploy it.

How to display a waveform in XY format where X is the time in seconds?

I am aquiring voltage from a power sensor and I am displaying this voltage as a waveform in a waveform chart. Now, I would like to display this waveform such that on X axis I have a range from 0 to 30 seconds (X axis should be displayed in seconds of recording not actual time). On Y axis I would have the value of parameter I am aquiring of course.
Any suggestions/examples?

It is a data signal type that has timing info in it.
What I am actually trying to achieve is to display the data in a chart (that has seconds on X axis) only when I turn on a button. When I turn off the button the data should stop being displayed in the chart. Problem is that when I turn on the button again the new data displayed should flow from the point where old data stopped being displayed. In a chart having actual time on X axis this is not possible because the time will be different that the time when the data stopped being displayed so you will have a gap between the old and new trains of data. I want continuity and I was hoping to get this if I take the timing info out...
Do you see a better solution for this?

How to display multiple waveforms (more than 2) with current time on x axis

Dear All,
I am trying to plot more than 2 waveforms on a graph/chart with current absolute time on the x-axis.
It works if I plot two waveforms on XY graph but shows broken wires (mismatching of data types) for more than 2 waveforms.
Now, I have tried waveform charts and graphs, and ti doesnt work there too.
I have attached my VI below.
Can someone please help me out with this.

Dear Mahu,
I have attached a snapshot of my VI. This snapshot shows a VI which works perfectly but as soon as you will extend the bundle and add another random number generator, it will show data mismatching.
The reason why I am not using a chart, although it works perfectly for this, is beacuse I want to control the x axis (start and end time) to see data at time as specified by user.

In your view in your init() method add the following code:
wdContext.currentContextElement().setOrderDate(new Date(System.currentTimeMillis()));
this is if your Date-attribute is in the root of the context.
else you have to set the date in the node where the date-attribute is present with:
IYOURNODEElement node = wdContext.createYOURNODEElement();
node.setOrderDate(new Date(System.currentTimeMillis()));

How to display current/previous connections to iPhone hotspot?

While using my iPhone personal hotspot to provide a web connection to my Macbook Air, sometimes the iPhone shows 2 connections (but I should be the only one using it!). How can I find out if other people are using my hotspot? Is it possible to display the current/previous connections that have been made to the hotspot, somewhere in the iPhone menus?

I need to produce a promotions/transfer report that gives the employee's current position as well as his/her previous position in the same row.
for example:

I am using the per_all_people_f, per_all_assignments_f, per_periods_of_service, hr.all_organization_units, per_all_positions tables
Somehow i cannot manage to display the previous position. I can only get so far to display the current postions

How to display two waveforms on LabJack vi's?

Hi
I have connected a load cell to a LabJack U3, displayed it using U3 Streaming Mode Example Full.vi which displays the outputs of the terminals FI00, FI01, FI02, FI03 of the LabJack U3 on a waveform graph. I extracted the output of the load cell (which was coming through FI00) through signal select.vi.
I made some changes to the program so that this output is displayed on a waveform chart along with a DC line generated through Waveform Generate.vi. But since both the waveforms have a time lag between them, the DC line was not being displayed. So I changed the time to absolute time. This is working when I disable the DC line display, but when I enable it, the waveform chart displays the number of samples (0-999) instead of the absolute time, with the result I can see only the output of the LabJack without the DC line.
How do I get around this problem? I want the DC line to be there so that it works as a reference line for how much force to apply on the load cell. I would highly appreciate it if someone could help me around with this as soon as possible.

Do you mean if a user is running a report on the first quarter, the report should display data for the first quarter only?
If yes, here is the solution:
Create a formula:
CurrQtr = If (Quarter(CurrentDate())) = MyQuarterObject THEN "Show"
Then put a ReportFilter CurrQtr=Show

Thanks for your suggestion. There is also another way for this:
In a Portal text field (CMS item) you can type
#USER# to display the username of the authentificated user or
#USER.FULLNAME# to display the full name.
