How to display smartboard content onto a ipad?

Hi,
I want to display content on the smartboard onto an ipad, so that a student can view the smartboard content in front of them.
I know that you can use air play to display ipad content onto a smartboard, but how do we show smartboard content on to ipad?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If you go into the Purchased tab in the iTunes store apps on your iPad and iPhone then you might be able to redownload them from there - they should then be accessible in the Music / Videos app without you needing to be be online.

You will need to use AirPlay to see that.
Assuming both devices are on the same network and that AirPlay is not turned off on the Apple TV, then simply tap on the screen when you are watching content you wish to stream to your Apple TV, then tap the airplay icon that appears in the control bar, choose the Apple TV from the menu that appears.
When displaying the content you wish to mirror on the iPad 2 (or better), iPad Mini, iPhone 4S (or better), double tap the home button (quickly) and swipe the bottom row of apps to the right to reveal the playback controls, tap the AirPlay icon and select your Apple TV from the list of available devices.

I am thinking of buying a MacBook Air and am wondering how to get the content of my iPad into iTunes.

I am wondering how to get the content of my iPad on to the Mac as I know that sync only happens in one direction, from pc to device. I assume therefore that when I attach my pad to the new Mac it will sync to an empty iTunes and I will have lost all the content of my pad. I know I can restore purchases, but what about contacts, calendar, photos and music not purchased from apple. Do I copy my media library or from a backup. I have a backup on my pc and on an external drive. This drive is usb2 and formatted for windows so I can't connect it to a MacBook Air to make the transfer. Equally I don't think there is a way to connect the 2 computers via a cable ie usb2 one end and usb3 the other. Will the computers talk to each other via wifi if I enable home share although I think this is only for music which still leaves contacts, mail etc.

You should be able to hit the "Agree" button, if you are on an iPhone right now. On a Mac, you should just left click the button where it said "Accept". I hope this helped.
To quit the app store, simply hit these keys:
Than, you should come up with this window:
Select the app store with:
a) The up and down arrow keys
b) Your cursor

I try to make page that displays content that resides somewhere else in my portal, so I can give a summarization of some hot topics. I really want to display the whole content of some regions (not a display with custom search).

Set that page as portlet, include it in a region in another page and in the edit defaults decide which regions you want to display.

VGA and DVI do not carry sound. Only HDMI.
Use a minidisplay-to-HDMI adapter. Then when the TV is connected to the system use "System Prefences > Sound > Output" to select the TV for sound.
Or connect speakers to the output port of the MBP.

Launch iTunes on your Mac, connect the iPad.
Select the iPad under Devices left side of the iTunes window then select the Photos tab from the menu.
Select: Sync Photos from then select iPhoto from the pop up menu.
Select All photos etc or selected albums etc then click Apply bottom right corner of the iTunes window.

but getting the results in the stretch,i need to display the result one below the other.

if you load it all into the buffer that is going to be very difficult. I would suggest loading it into some sort of collection. I like using an ArrayList.
Then pass the arraylist.
you will then on the jsp iterate through the arrayList using what every you want.. el, logic tags, scriplets.
so something like

Go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage. You will see all of your apps in there. You can tap on the app and you can delete it in the next window - if that is what you really want to do.
You can also unsync content with iTunes and keep all of your purchased content in iTunes on your computer, rather than deleting it all and having to download it again.
You can transfer all of your purchased content into iTunes, then deselect the content that you want to remove, and then sync with iTunes to remove the content that you deselected.

I'm not using iCloud, so do not know for sure. I feel as if I have more control by using iTunes on my computer, to determine what is on my iPad, and what gets deleted.
If your wife will share the same Apple ID with you, you do not need to remove everything from the old iPad. She can share your purchased Apps, music, et cetera.
In iTunes, you can have several iOS devices sharing Apps under a common Apple ID, but you can also "uncheck" specific Apps you do not want on one of your devices. Each device has an identity so iTunes should remember which App goes on which device during future syncs.
If your wife will have her own individual Apple ID, you need to go to Settings-General-Reset-Erase All Content and Settings. This will return the iPad to factory defaults, except it will retain the latest iOS version installed.
