How to do a trigger with in parameters

Hi everybody
Is there someone who knows how to do a trigger in a table for updating another table?,
I want to do a trigger which must have the user name session, I think that the user name must be include like a parameter for update trigger.
The user session is of the session of oracle application express.

1) I'm having quite a bit of trouble understanding exactly what you are trying to do. So it may be beneficial to ask the question a different way...
2) Triggers cannot have parameters. A trigger can access data in a column in the table, so you could add an UPDATED_BY column to the table and have the application populate that column. A trigger could also access session-level objects, so you could create a context, have the APEX application populate that context with the user name, and query that context in the trigger. The APEX application might also use the DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO package to populate the client identifier in V$SESSION with the user name which the trigger could then query.

If you are wiring an isolated power output to the EVS you will need to apply a power supply to the terminal block. This is mentioned in the "wiring isolated power output" section of the EVS getting started guide located here. The guide references the EVS user manual which provides a pinout of the d-ub connector in table 2-11 of the manual located here. For more information on the camera settings you need to set on the Basler camera please see the user manual of the camera you refrenced here.
To provide power to the camera you can purchase a power cable for the camera. Rather than a power cable, since you want to also do triggering, you will want a Trigger and I/O Cable instead which is part number 779985-01 as seen on this product page. The I/O cable would allow you to wire the trigger lines to the terminal block as well as the power lines.

I have a dll file (compiled in C++) and I would like to call the individual functions from this dll file.
I do not know however, how I must correctly define the initial parameters in LabView.

Hard to say without the full C source. Are you building the DLL according to the CIN rules (see Using External Code in LabVIEW)? Mapping clusters to C code in DLLs is not a simply process and we generally recommend to create wrappers. However, since your structures are fairly straightforward, you could use the "Adapt to Type" as you are trying to do.
I recommend checking out the mentioned manual and also the examples in \examples\dll\data passing\Call Native Code.llb and the associated C files.

there are 2 schedulers
1st CMS
the reports which does not have any input parameters, only then t can be scheduled in CMS
2nd in Infoview
if report has input parameters and if you want to schedule it, then you may need to schedule the report from Infoview
To have a email notification
configure the SMTP server in report JOB Server

Current procedure can only display one picture per person, however, I am supposed to write a new procedure which displays multiple pictures for one person. When user click a button on report, APEX should call this procedure and returns next picture of the same person. The table is SOR_image. However, I rewrite the HTML expression as follows to test to display the second image.

Well, it sounds like you are wanting a picture of the graph, yes? If so there are two ways of getting it. First there is a VI method (Get Panel Image) that lets you get an image of the entire screen, and then there is a control method (Get Image) that lets you get an image of just the front panel object that you are interested in.
The help file entries for either method provides added detail on how to uses these methods to save a picture of your data.

How to use digital trigger with analog I/O

How do I program analog input and/or analog output to start on a digital trigger (PFI pin) on PCI-4451/4551.
I have tried out various configuration and succeeded in starting analog input, simultanuous input and output triggered by the the anlaog input signal. I have also succeded i triggering 4551 from the dedicated EXTTRIG pin.
The problem is to trigger on a selectable PFI pin. I find the help for "AI Trigger Config" and "AO Trigger and Gat Config" misleading - some unsupported features seem to work while selecting PFI pin as source make the PC restart immediately.
I have not been able to find any LabVIEW example that shows how to use PFI pin as trigger input.
Using LabVIEW 7.1, NI-DAQ 7.3 on Windows 2000.

The PCI-4451 does not have any PFI lines. If you look at the user manual in the link beneath you will be able to confirm this by looking at the connector signal discriptions. The same is valid for the PCI-4451

The two ways of triggering that you have succeded are the analog triggering and digital triggering that you can peform with the PCI-4451.

I've got a class that declares a type parameter T. I know how to declare a static method, but this doesn't work for a static variable:

Actualy the only case I know of where such a factory might be seem to be a 'good' idea is where someone has gotten it into their head that every class should be represented by an interface and every class created by a factory (its own factory.) And of course that is flawed.

Do you think is possibile to connect it to the serial port of the pc
and create via Labview the Trigger?

I think the 9-pin serial port on a PC swings between +/- 12V - if that's OK for your trigger, then a pulse of precise duration might be generated by configuring the port for serial output, a suitable baud-rate, careful selection of start or stop bit, and then sending a single byte byte where all bits are the same. I've never done this, but I think it's possible!
If the +/- 12V is a show-stopper, then consider using a parallel-port instead. Its pins swing between 0 and 5V.

You basically answered your own question. If you have access to another computer just go download the appropriate language and OS version of Firefox 5.0 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html and put it on you usb drive and then go and install it onto you pc.

How to create web services with complex objects as parameters

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place, but...
I'm using Netbeans 5.5 and trying to learn web services.
Creating a simple web service with simple parameters like strings and integers is nice and easy. I'm now trying to take the next step, and create a web service with a more complex schema as a parameter.
I've tried two approaches, and hit dead ends on both:
(1) Define my complex schema as an xsd file, and then create a WSDL file. Creating the schema and saving it in my EFB project works fine; when I try to create a new WSDL file, the IDE gives me a button to import external schemas - which is where the problem is: the Browse simply won't find my newly created schema file.
(2) Define a Java class (in this case, it's a fairly simple example containing a single ArrayList), and then use the IDE to generate a web service from Java. The IDE does this fine, but I now have no idea how to consume or test the web service - I don't know where to look for the WSDL that has presumably been generated, and I'm also a bit iffy over what answers to give the WSDL creator about port names etc.
Ideally, I'd prefer to get approach 1 to work - can someone point me in the direction of a sensible tutorial for these things?
(Happy to carry on using Netbeans 5.5 or to revert to Sun Studio Enterprise, which I was playing with before.)

How to use Count with Date Parameters

Hello,
I am having issues using the Count() function in conjunction with date parameters.
This is a Siebel report and in my report I have 2 date parameters(From Date, To Date). In a nutshell I am basically trying to count Opportunities that has a start date within the given date period. However I don't see a reasonable way to put my date parameters within the Count() function. The reason being is that I need to have a huge chunk of code to convert the dates into a common format that can be compared, and it won't even fit within the code block in my rtf template. I am not even sure how to put multiple conditional statements inside a Count() function since all the examples I have seen are very simple.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to use Count() with date parameters?

Any chance you can get the date formats in the correct format from siebel?
I don't know Siebel - so I can't help you with that. If you get the correct format it is just
<?count(row[(FromDate>=date) and (date<=ToDate))?>
Otherwise the approach would probably need to use string function to get year/monthd/day from the date
and store it into a varialbe and compare later the same way

<?count(row[($from>=date) and (date<=$to))?>
Potentially you can use the date functions such as xdofx:to_date to do the conversion
