How to do Privileges in oracle??? help me

i have build a system using oralce form builder and there are some users who use the system....
i just wana know how to give Privileges to users in oracle..?
give me the main idea about applying that?

Sorry for not being more clear, abc_admin, abc_user, and abc_read_only are not table names they are user roles and the abc part is an example name of an application and is also the name of the schema owning the application tables as a whole.
For example in the database:
grant select, insert, update, delete on abc.table1 to abc_admin;
grant select, update on abc.table1 to abc_user;
grant select on abc.table1 to abc_read_only;
grant abc_admin to user1;
grant abc_user to user2;
grant abc_read_only to user3;
In the When-New-Form-Instance trigger of the main form into application:

Select count(*)
into v_count
from user_role_privs
where granted_role in ('ABC_ADMIN', 'ABC_USER', 'ABC_READ_ONLY');
