How to filter with more than one criteria
Hello,
I am trying to set a filter with two specific criteria. I am able to verify with one but not two. My syntax must be incorrect. Any suggestions?
EMPLOYEE_CD_DESC='Full-Time' and 'Part-Time'
Am I not allowesd to use the and?
I dont think that a criteria like
EMPLOYEE_CD_DESC='Full-Time' and 'Part-Time'can ever be true.
So, either use Bharath's suggestion of IN Clause or
EMPLOYEE_CD_DESC ='Full-Time' OR EMPLOYEE_CD_DESC = 'Part-Time'

Smart Album with more than one criteria?
Can a single smart album have more then one criteria?
Every photo of my daughter in my library is tag with her name. I am trying to create a smart album using her name as the keyword that also rated 3 or more stars.
The steps I am taking are as follows:
1. Set the rating 3 stars or more. (instantly I see all photos in the library that are 3 or more stars)
2. Set keyword (my daughters name) with the condition, "include only the following" (the album still shows photos from step 1)
Any ideas?

1.5.4 p 2: Filtering triggers with more than one criteria does not return
I just recently installed SQL Dev 1.5.4.59.40 updated to patch 2 using JDK 1.6.0_06.
I did not migrate settings from a prior version but rather applied them manually.
When applying a filter to the triggers node of a connection, a single filter works fine, or a multiline filter with a match criteria of all works fine, but when choosing Match Any with multiple (in my case 2) match criteria the filtered list of triggers fails to display in a reasonable amount of time.
The same filter criteria works relatively quickly in SQL Dev 1.5.1.54.40.
The connection in question has 2661 triggers that belong to it's schema.
I don't percieve any lack of performance on Schemas with smaller numbers of triggers (~20 triggers)
Also similar filter criteria work well on:
<li> Tables: 1300
<li> Packages: 41000
<li> Views: 27000

Usually you have one Development repository which you use to develop packages, interfaces, procedures, variables etc.
As soon as you object is ready to deploy you can create scenario from it. Afterwards you can move scenario to any execution repository you have using export/import. -
How to back with more than one external?
I have four internal hard drives with my desktops so naturally my 1tb external HD doesn't have enough space for all the back up. I was wondering how do I add another external HD to the list in Time Machine so that it can back up the remaining stuff. I looked a lot in preferences but could not see a way to do it. I feel like I'm overlooking something...
TM can only have one backup disk. no way around that. you can RAID your externals into a software RAID which means that they will be combined into one volume. but that's a VERY shaky arrangement for external drives sitting in separate enclosures. and it will also mean that you'll have to wipe both externals. you can also get a bigger external drive or get an external RAID enclosure. another option is to use a different backup solution for backing up the extra data that does not fit on the TM drive. there are many other excellent backup programs beside TM. see this link for options

How can i use Itunes to update more than one IPad with more than one owner? I own an IPad and my wife owns an IPad. I want to use my system to update both IPads. We have different Apple Accounts and different applications. Is this possible?

The files are on a windows laptop and a hard drive hooked up to the windows laptop. The windows share server is pants, so I'd need some sort of third party server running. Maybe you weren't suggesting to use Samba to connect to the windows share though?
I'm glad that you've all understood my ramblings and taken and interest, thanks The way I see it, I can't be the only netbook user these days looking for this kind of convenience, and I certainly won't be once chrome and moblin hit the market.

Hi, I want to thank you for all your information regarding my questions about sending more than one photo to Facebook. I did have to stop in at Verizon (where I bought my iPhone) to find out why I did not have a choice to choose Facebook with the export icon. The tech had to go into my setting and enable Facebook to recognize my iPhone. When I upgraded to iso7 somehow it could not recognize Facebook. Once he did this for me I was able to follow your advice and your answer solved my question. Thank you

I have my library cloned to a small 1Tb USB drive which I can take between home & work. At either location I use SyncToy 2.1 to update the local copy with the external drive. Mac users should be able to find similar tools. I can open either of the local libraries or the one on the external drive and update the media content of my iPhone. The slight exception is Photos which normally connects to a specific folder on a specific machine, although that can easily be remapped to the current library if you create a "Photos" folder inside the iTunes Media folder so that syncing the iTunes folders keeps this up to date as well. I periodically sweep my library for new files & orphans with iTunes Folder Watch just in case I make changes at one location but then overwrite the library with a newer copy from the other. Again Mac users should be able to find similar tools.
As long as your media is organised within an iTunes Music or Tunes Media folder, in turn held inside the main iTunes folder that has your library files (whether or not you let iTunes keep the media folder organised) each library can access items at the same relative path from the library folder so the library can be at different drives/paths on different machines. This solution ensures I always have adequate backups of my library and I can update my devices whenever I can connect to the same build of iTunes.
When working with an iPhone earlier builds of iTunes would remove any file not physically present in the local library, even if there was an entry for it, making manual management practically redundant on the iPhone. This behaviour has been changed but it will still only permit manual management with a library that has the correct internal ID. If you don't want to sync your library between machines on a regular basis just copy the iTunes Library.itl file from the current "home" machine to any other you want to use, then clean out the library entries and import the local content you have on that box.

Without "pretending" to be yourself on the other phone (change settings) there's nothing else you can do.
iOS devices are meant to be single user and can't view iCloud.com the same way a Mac or PC can do.
You need to find a desktop or laptop machine (Mac or PC) to log in at iCloud. -
When I import a cd with more than one artist itunes shows each artist's song separately and won't group the album as a whole - this is incredibly frustrating something that Windows media player doesn't do. Does anyone have a simple cure for this annoyance?

How to generate a certificate request with more than one OU?
We're using Sun Java System Web Server 6.1 SP4. The Corp. has it's own CA and organize their certificates in a hierarchical rule with more then one organization unit (OU) in a chain.
So what we need is generate a certificate requeste with more than one OU, but the Web Server wizard has only one text field for it. We've already tried to fill in this field the complete chain of OUs like "ou=orgX, ou=deptY, ou=secZ" and didn't work either.

How can I select more than one song from the search results?
I want to create playlists based on certain words in the song title. For example, I may want to create a playlist of all my songs with LOVE in the title.
Doing the search is easy, but I can't select more than one song at a time. Is there any way in iTunes 12 for Windows to do this? I found an answer in iTunes for Mac, and it basically says to "un-check "Search Entire Library." " but I don't see that option in iTunes for Windows.

I hope some Windows user can help me out.Found the "Search Entire Library" option - click on the small (VERY small for my eyesight) down arrow next to the magnifying glass. Also need to select "Filter by: Songs", and then the songs in the main window show the results.
