  • How to recover the closed queries put in Service Market Place

    Dear Experts ,
How do i recover the closed queries that i have already closed in service market place??
In my inbox only the open queries are displayed . I want to  know the history of quries that i have posted/closed in past .
    Pls help.
    Regards
    Anis

    Anis,
Service Marketplace is huge, with many sites.  You need to be more specific about which queries you are interested in seeing.
If you are talking about searching for your Forum queries within SAP Community Network (here), just clik on "Your Control Panel" which is displayed on many screens. It will take you to a profile page.  At the bottom is an icon to search for all messages you have created.
Or, perhaps you are talking about your customer messages, in the SAP Support Portal?  Here you would log into the site, select Help and Support > Report a product error > Search Messages.  Enter your s number.
If it is a different site from the above two, let me know.
    Regards,
    DB49

  • How to find the tables and extractor for my dataload

    Hi all,
I am new to BW. Can someone tell me which tables and fields I need if I load data (sales report;t code:MCTG; s001)from R3 to BW. Which extractor do I need in LBWE or SWIB?
I may need to answer as soon as possible. Any hlep will be appreciate. Thank you.
    Koala

    hi,
you wrote that you have specific requirements for your raport so you should build your own extractors:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/e9/6bf2d90e533f409ee56d3f586c325a/frameset.htm
and here you find document how to create delta extractor:
    https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/bi -> infoindex -> delta handling
and take a look on ...infoindex -> extraction as well
If you want to build extractor on infoset you can create infoset in sq02
Extractors in sbiw are not build to extract data from particular tables but as part of data source for BC cubes
    Regards,
    Andrzej
ps. ...and way I use to find what tables particular transaction use is:
go to this transaction screen -> system -> status -> copy program name -> go to se38 -> paste program name -> display source code -> and look for statement 'tables:' there will be list of tables this program use (this statement can be under INCLUDE XXXXXTOP)

  • How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ?

    Hi,
    Few questions
    A. How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ? My req is to select all the contract line items which are in CLOSED status.
    B. How to get the BPs associated with a contract ?
Anyone have the list of CRM tables and the relation amongst them. Please mail me in [email protected]

CRMD_ORDERADM_H     Contains the Header Information for a Business Transaction.
    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business Partner
           responsible for the transaction. To
get the Partner No, link it with
           CRM_ORDER_INDEX.
    2.     This table can be used for search
           based on the Object Id(Business
           Transaction No).
CRMD_CUSTOMER_H     Additional Site Details at the Header Level of a Business Transaction
CRMD_LINK     Transaction GUID set for all the Business Transactions
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX     Contains Header as well as Item details for a Business Transaction.
    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business
          Transaction No (Object ID).
To get the Business Transaction No
          link the table with
          CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    2.   This table can be used for search
          based on the Partner No
CRMD_ORDERADM_I     Stores the Item information for a Business Transaction. The scenarios where we have a Contract Header and within contract we have Line Items for the contract, this table can be useful.
    E.g. Service Contracts
CRMD_CUSTOMER_I     Additional Site Details at the Item Level of a Service Contract

    hi
goto tx genil_model_browser. Suppose you want to find fields reated to your order header eg sold to name. In component set write all and press F8. Then goto access object and in access object click on node BTAdminH. Click on attribute structure. Here you will find structure and attributes. If you click relationship then you will see all the relationship wrt btadminh. open any r/s that you require. and click on other object and attribute. You will get to know the structure.

    Hi,
dates will be stores in the table 'SCAPPTSEG'.
I double checked it. This table stores all the date types of one order transactions...
    The relationship is as follows..
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H- guid = crmd_link-guid_hi
    crmd_link-guid_set = SCAPPTSEG-APPL_GUID.
    Thanks and regards,
    Sreekanth

        Hi,
dates will be stores in the table 'SCAPPTSEG'.
I double checked it. This table stores all the date types of one order transactions...
    The relationship is as follows..
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H- guid = crmd_link-guid_hi
    crmd_link-guid_set = SCAPPTSEG-APPL_GUID.
    Thanks and regards,
    Sreekanth

        Hi,
I can tell you where the pricing records are saved, replicated from ECC.
The data from ECC table Axxx (e.g. A304) is replicated to CRM table
    CNCCRMPRSAPxxx (e.g. CNCCRMPRSAP304).
Here you can find fields TIMESTAMP_TO and TIMESTAMP_FROM.
About the dates: what Sreekantha Gorla stated, about table 'SCAPPTSEG' is correct.
What might help is to execute program "CRM_ORDER_READ". Here you can find
    the relevant entries also.
    regards,
    Wim
