How to find out last DDL time on a partition of a partitioned index?
I looked into the data dictionary all_ind_partitions but I couldn't find a timestamp...
Any one have an idea?
Couldn't you get it from all_objects (owner, object_name, subobject_name)?

How to accesss dba objects (dba views) to find all last ddl times in Apex
Hi,
I want to access all the dba_objects.. all dba_views to find out last ddl's. I installated oracle application express and had created users ADMIN, DEV, both are under XXAPPS schema. How can I find out last ddl's on all db objects. I was not able to pull out objects list from alll schemas's. All schemas are not accesableI'm not sure why you are trying to do this unless you are intending to build some sort of database monitoring tool, but if you grant the SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE role to the parsing schema, you should be able to see all the DBA_ catalogue views.

How to find out Last T-Codes by a Users in Last 24 Hurs?
Dear experts
how to find out Last T-Codes by a Users in Last 24 Hurs?
Please Help
Regrads
Is STAD is only solution (or) any other easy way?
Regards
PRHi,
Maybe it's easier with this path :
ST03N --> Expert Mode --> Day --> choose your day
Under analysis view double click on "Memory Use Statistics"
You will get the list of transactions run that day.
If you double click on a transaction you will get the list of users who used this transaction.
If you select the User view, when you double click on a user, you will get the list of transctions this user launched this day.
Many ways to use this ST03N transaction...

How to find out last update date for business partner's marketing attribute
How to find out last update date for business partner's marketing attribute??
Im freshie for SAP Application and im assigned to find out last update date for marketing attribute changed
which table is involved??
Yours kindness will be appreciated
thanksYou can take a look at table AUSP as well as CRMD_AUSP_HIST.
The "changed by" and "changed at" are logged on attribute level, not on attribute value level. When you change one specific value, the system does a "re-insert" of all existing values of this attribute.
Take a look at the SAP notes 938426 and 966670 these may assit you in resolving the issue.

Need to know how to find the last execution time for a function module
HI all
I need to know
1) How to find out the last execution time of the function module ?
say for eg. I have executed a func. module at 1:39pm. How to retrieve this time (1:39pm)
2) I have created 3 billing document in tcode VF01 i.e 3 billing doucment no. would be created in SAP TABLE "VBRP" b/w 12am to 12:30 am.
How to capture the latest SAP database update b/w time intervals?
3) Suppose I am downloading TXT file using "GUI_DOWNLOAD" and say in 20th record some error has happened. I can capture the error using the exception.
Is it possible to run the program once again from 21st records ? All this will be running in background...
Kindly clarify....
Points will be rewarded
Thanks in advance1.Use tcode STAT input as Tcode of Fm and execute .
2. See the billing documents are created in table VBRk header and there will always be Creation date and time.
VBRk-Erdat "date ., u can check the time field also
So now if u talk the date and time we can filter then display the records in intervals.
3. with an error exeption how is my txt download finished .
once exception is raised there will not be a download .

HT201365 How to find out last location of iPhone
My phone has gone missing but was wondering if there is any way we can find out the last location on iCloud and how to do it
First, this is the iPad forum. I've asked that your post be relocated to the proper area.
If it's not currently online through either a cellular or WiFi connection, there is no way to get it. Find my iPhone retains last know location for a short time, but once gone, it's gone. Sorry. -
How to find out last updatde timestamp for a table
Hi All,
I want to find out the last updated time stamp of a table. Is there some thing available with the sys tables. Is there something can be done with user_objects.
Or, is there any need to write pl/sql code to get the last updated timestamp for a table.
Please provide some inputs.
regards,
NareshHi Oleg,
Select * from user_objects.I belieive it gives you the last_ddl_time not the time a update or delete was done.
Not sure if we have this feature in any new release.
I am working on Connected to Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0
to the OP
I will suggest if you planto audit then use the audit feature based on your DB version.
Or to make it more simple have a column called modified_date and update this column whenever you update the record.

How to find out the execution time of a sql inside a function
Hi All,
I am writing one function. There is only one IN parameter. In that parameter, i will pass one SQL select statement. And I want the function to return the exact execution time of that SQL statement.
CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION function_name (p_sql IN VARCHAR2)
RETURN NUMBER
IS
exec_time NUMBER;
BEGIN
--Calculate the execution time for the incoming sql statement.
RETURN exec_time;
END function_name;
/Please note that wrapping query in a "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM (<query>)" doesn't necessarily reflect the execution time of the stand-alone query because the optimizer is smart and might choose a completely different execution plan for that query.
A simple test case shows the potential difference of work performed by the database:

SQL>As you can see the number of blocks processed (consistent gets) is quite different. You need to actually fetch all records, e.g. using a PL/SQL block on the server to find out how long it takes to process the query, but that's not that easy if you want to have an arbitrary query string as input.

How to find out which schema(time and payroll) is being used for which empl
Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is any way we can find out which schema is relevant for which group of employees, for example in a system which has employees from different countries and for each country there is a diffrerent schema being used ?
Is there any feature which defaults the schema names according to groups of employees ? If so what is the name of the feature?
Regards
QBhai
generally the schemas are named X000 which stands for common schema nomination
x replaced by respective country like for india it is IN00 for US U000etc
it is not given according to the group of emplyees but according to the country grouping for your org units
time schemas are country independent they work for all the countries

How to find out the exact time in UK with daylight savings.
Hi,
how can i get the exact time in UK even if the daylight savings time is implemented in UK..,
now my code is implemented for IST ,how can i get the BST timings?
Thankx.the setTimeZone method of SimpleDateFormat (actually inherited from DateFormat). Use it to set it to your timezone when parsing or formatting a date string for your timezone and set it to the UK timezone when parsing or formatting a date string for their timezone.
Edit: IOW SimpleDateFormat was the answer, not a question. -
