There may be an easier way but if you are trying to get info on something that has already happened look at your redo logs and archived logs. It would be hard but in V$LOGMNR_CONTENTS you could find the max time for a given object. Note to use this you need to set up log miner. Since you did not give a version try the Oracle 9i DBA Guide pg 9-1.

I have a assignment to find out when some programs where last executed in the past 2 years or so. My question to the profs here is as follows? What are the possibilities in ABAP to out when a Program (report) was last executed? Is there a function Modul that can give you when a program was last executed? OR is there a table to show you when a program was last executed?

Are dd/MM/yyyy and MM/dd/yyyy the actual formats you'll get? Let me ask you this: If somebody showed you the string (on a piece of paper) "12/05/2005" how would you know if it was Dec. 5 or 12 May?
Answer: You wouldn't. You can't without some additional information.
And if you can't know, then neither can Java.

How to find out Invalid Materials in the transaction data.

We have a requirement as mentioned below, please suggest how to achieve this.
Requirement: A new query that will show which Transaction data records have been loaded into BI with invalid materials.
We have an infoobject called ZEPMPROD, which contains all VALID materials. And we have a cube ZRREUC16 which have COPA transaction data. So we would need to say that if there is a transaction data Record in cube (ZRREUC16), where the material in the transaction record is not found in ZEPMPROD, or where the material is not active (ZEPMPROD- ZEPMFLAG NE u201CAu201D), then those records need to be shown in the report.
0Material is an attribute of ZEPMPROD and 0Material is in ZRREUC16 cube also.

Thanks for the response. I have tried the steps you mentioned, report is dispalying data but there are some common entries, the entries that are present in ZEPMPROD also showing in the report. Although filter is ZEPMPROD=#.
But we need only those Materials that are present in the cube(ZRREUC16) but not present in ZEPMPROD.

Can any one tell me that "How to find out the Query last used by whom. I have already searched in SDN but no luck. In my system BW Stats are not installed and I have already checked the below tables.

i think u have missed it.
RSZCOMPDIR IS THE ONLY TABLE WHICH PROVIDES THE DATA.
ENTER TECHNICAL QUERY Name in RSZCOMPDIR-COMPID.
RSZCOMPDIR-TSTNAM gives you the user id of sap bw user who made the change.
RSZCOMPDIR-TSTPDAT gives you date on which change was made .
RSZCOMPDIR-TSTPTIM gives you timestamp on which change was made .
all users details can be obtained from TCODE SU01 where you need to enter sap user id.
You can also get user name( description) by using tcode SE09 and entering above sap user id.

Try STAD transaction. Unfortunately it contains a huge amount of data, so it is available only for a few days backwards... Maybe some weeks, but you can't make yearly reports from its data... So it's not useful to see, which program is in use or not...
I planned once to download it weekly, but it was not so important...

Hi,
Maybe it's easier with this path :
ST03N --> Expert Mode --> Day --> choose your day
Under analysis view double click on "Memory Use Statistics"
You will get the list of transactions run that day.
If you double click on a transaction you will get the list of users who used this transaction.
If you select the User view, when you double click on a user, you will get the list of transctions this user launched this day.
Many ways to use this ST03N transaction...

You can take a look at table AUSP as well as CRMD_AUSP_HIST.
The "changed by" and "changed at" are logged on attribute level, not on attribute value level. When you change one specific value, the system does a "re-insert" of all existing values of this attribute.
Take a look at the SAP notes 938426 and 966670 these may assit you in resolving the issue.
