How to find the Script form

Hi
I am getting an error "Start_form is invalid, Open_form is missing" when i try to save the entries in transaction CO40.
How can i resolve this issue?

Check if your form is active .
Check in page settings you have assigned correct page & you have also mentioned the next page & both the pages exist.
Also check if you have created a main window as a page window .

How to find SAP Script Form name for an particular transaction

Hi,
I had an issue, in the transaction F110 Payment advice. They need to adjust the spacing on the cheque printing, which is overlapping the names on the cheque and hence I have forgotten how to find the form name and the driver program of the script. Can anybody suggest me how to find those. Your help will be appreciated.

NACE is the transaction ..for this u must know the output type..
Script for Cheque Printing and Payment Advice can be known from Transaction FBZP...
FBZP -> paying Company Codes -> u will get Script used for Payment Advice
FBZP -> Pmnt methods in company code -> u will get Script used for Cheque Print
....Give points if useful.....

How to find the appraisal form for an appraisal model

Hi group,
We want to implement the BAdI that defaults dates for an appraisal. However, it should only kick in for certain appraisal models. When entering the BAdI, I have APP_MODEL_ID available to me. Based on this ID, I need to find which appraisal form the passed appraisal model belongs to - and only carry out code in BAdI if appraisal form = 5.
I find AFORM_ID in table T77BF, but I cannot find how to determine this based on the APPL_MODEL_ID passed to the method.
Any hints greatly appreciated.

You can do a look up of the Table HRP1043 for the Appraisal Model & retrieve the Appraisal Form ID.

I am working on forms, How to find the standard form given
print program name or the variant name .
for eg:

print program is RKFORD10
varinat is SAP06
The SAP standard Form is F140_ACC_STAT_01.
I need to find the standard form given the variant as SAP13.

How to find the application type fora Script based on Form name?

Hi Guys,
            can anybody tell me how to find the Application Type and output type based on Form name and print program name?
I am having form name as: ZINVENT (INVENT is the actual) and program name as RM07IDRU.How can i find the Appliction ntype and OutType for entering into the NACE tr code.
                i tried thru TNAPR table but i was not able to find the Entry in the TNAPR with form Name and printprogram name
               Th Script is about Phsical inventory Documents.

Hello,
Goto Se710> Do F4 in form. In next screen goto Find->Technical Search function and execute it. It will show no. of forms in the status bar at the bottom.

How to find the Adobe barcode name for its corresponding SAP Script barcode

Dear All,
We are doing conversions from SAPScript to Adobe forms.
The barcode used in two sapscript forms are 'BC_CD39' and 'ARTINR' respectively .
I would like to know the corresponding barcode name to be assigned to Adobe forms as the above barcode names are not present in the Object Library-> Barcode section of Adobe forms.

can any one tell me how to find the standard smartforms and their driver programs and same for scripts also.

1. Either standard or Y sapscript layouts,
   we can check their standard programs
   in this manner also.
2. goto se71
   open the layout in DISPLAY mode.
3. FORM------> CHECK -
> TEXTS
4. a small window will come.
    click ok (tick button)
5. Again a new window will come
which will list out all the DRIVER programs,
which use this layout.

How to find the driver preogram of a smart form.

I am developing a smart form for RFQ. There is a standard smartform that SAP has provided for this. But the problem is i dont know how to find the driver program of this smart form. The name of the smart form is /SMB40/MMRFQ_L. it will be of great help if u can reply quickly. Thanks in advance.

2. select application as EA
3. click output type button and select output type as NEU
4. double click on processing routines
5. Application - EA
 Output Types - NEU (RFQ)
 Smart Form Program - /SMB40/FM06P
 Smart Form - /SMB40/MMRFQ_L
 /SMB40/MMRFQ_A
if u want to directly see without going to nace
1. in se11 give view name as VN_TNAPR
2. execute it
3. it will ask for o/p type and application give it
4. then u can directly go to nace "display view processing routines" screen

Dear all,
How can i find the installed forms version in 6i, the situation is we have given a solution which will work in only forms6i latest version, before implementing the same we need to check whether the forms latest version has been installed or not
Is there any way to find out without opening the forms builder..?
Even if we un install the forms from a machine, the forms60_path variable will remain in regedit, so we cannot go based on that and aslo i dont know whether regedit will have the version details and all.
It would be greatly appreciated if any one can give a solution.

you query the registry, the registry has the version number saved, but I cannot remember exactly where and I don't have 6i Installed on my machine.
You just open the Forms Builder and click on Help/About.
But Jan's method is the best.

Enter smartform name in input field(SFORM): Z_your_smartform_name
Execute
you can find program name under the column PGNAM/Program name.

Hi Rajyam,
I guess you are looking out for the formname which prints sales related documents.
If this is what you want,then go to the T-code NACE and select the option K1Sales activities and click on the Output Types button on the top.The new window has all the types of Output types listed.Select the most appropriate and double click on the Processing routines button in the left side screen.
The new window lists the program names and the forms associated with that output type.
