  • Are there any APIs to create an Invoice in Oracle Payables?

    Hi,
    We have a requirement to import the invoices from the operational systems. We will be making approximately 7,000 checks a day. We need to import all these payments information into Oracle Payables as Invoices and then process the payments out of Oracle payments module. We are on EBS 12.1.1
    Were there any APIs to create the invoices directly in Payables as it comes from custom application? We could use payables open interface but as we would like to integrate the payables module with custom application it would be nice if invoice creates directly in Payables through APIs.
    Thanks,

  • How to get client Ip address from web service

    Hello folks,
    I am quite new to web service and developing a web service using netbeans6.0 IDE, where i have to know which client called/used the service, After googling i got code snippet like below
    inject a WebServiceContext instance into your WebService class, and use it in each WebMethod to get the current request's MessageContext Map. Get the SERVLET_REQUEST item from that, cast as an HttpServletRequest. From that HttpServletRequest, you can invoke getRemoteAddr() to get the client's IP.
    @WebService
    public class MyService{
    @Resource
    WebServiceContext wsCtxt;
    @WebMethod
    public void myWebMethod(){
    MessageContext msgCtxt = wsCtxt.getMessageContext();
    HttpServletRequest req = (HttpServletRequest)msgCtxt.get(MessageContext.SERVLET_REQUEST);
    String clientIP = req.getRemoteAddr();
    }But it throws error in my PC like
    Service invocation threw an exception with message : null; Refer to the server log for more details
    Exceptions details : java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetExceptionIs there any way that says client pc ip address using netbeans6.0 Or what went wrong in my code?
    Largely Thanks in advance.
    SRI.

  • How to get Business Event Data in Oracle Apps?

    The WorkFlow 2.6.2 Guide states that the XML Get Tag Value activity used to retrieve data from the contents of an event message is available only for the standalone version of Oracle WorkFlow. How do you retrieve the data from the event message using WorkFlow integrated with the Oracle Applications?

    Hi Don
    You have 2 choices:
    1) You could access it programmatically by writing your own Workflow Function Activity using PL/SQL.
    2) Oracle XML Gateway gives you the ability to create XML and consume XML documents using the Workflow Business Event System.
    Cheers

  • When I'm going through Faces, I am finding faces that i don't have in my photos. Could anyone tell how to get rid of them or why they are there?

    I would appreciate any info someone could give me. I really don't know where they came from?

    Those symbols signify that the photos are in either a photo "stack" or version "set" (group).  Right-click on the "top" photo and choose "Stack" (or "Version Set") for the options to un-group the photos.
    Most likely, they are version sets that were created when you edited a photo in the Editor.  To prevent versions sets being created, pay close attention when you save a photo in the Editor -- by default the save options have the "Include in version set" option checked.

    Hi Bruce,
    Out from what I can find on this network card is it not possible to get the mac address without a OS. I would recommend you to get/burn a Linux/Ubuntu live CD/DVD and run a Ifconfig in there.
    Hope it helps you.

  • SAP Cloud For Customer How to Get the IP Address of Tenant

    Hi Experts,
    I need to know how to get the IP Address of our cloud Tenant ?
    Can anyone know please tell me the process.
    Many Thanks
    Mithun

    Hi Mithun,
    In my understanding there SAP will not share IP address of tenant. If this is really urgent you should discuss to SAP Partner coach or any other representative. SAP network team will not directly communicate with you, this will require numerous approval inside SAP itself.
    Thanks
